Negative experience: Not great this time unfortunately new dentist dosent know me, absolutely put fear in me to never go back, this one wasn't understanding at all, didn't really talked me through things miss Faye Kampouridou so much hoping she's back for my next appointment she always makes you feel calm relaxed and never does anything until she's talked through it and she takes her time.

Positive experience: Thank you for seeing me on a Sunday for emergency appointment. No issues with the staff or the service hence the rating. Few things to be aware of. Not being familiar with the area. Postcode initially took me to a trading estate and school something to be aware of when sharing location. When I did arrive clearly building is undergoing refurbishment but that dust nd dirt is brought through to reception and the practice. More cleaning required. Also check your emergency lighting and signage for fire compliance.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here today. Waited 6 months on their waiting list to enlist James Martin as my dentist. People make the practice not the fixture and fittings. It was clean didn’t smell and the staff were all very nice . My treatment was first class . I wasn’t late but I suspect I may have made the next person late which was entirely my fault as my false tooth on a post had fallen out only 2 days earlier and Doc Martin wasn’t expecting to have to stick it back in. But he did anyway and one day he will help you out and make his next patient late. But let’s be honest who doesn’t want that from a Dentist. Next time if my appointment is late I’ll know it’s for a good reason

Fantastic experience: Had a 111 appointment here and i didn't get any work done but i was very happy with the results, the women dentist had a look at my face and straight away said i needed antibiotics before they could do anything till it went, she had a look to see witch was the problem tooth and ask if i would like to be sedated as i have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so that made me so happy, that's all I've ever wanted but couldn't get it done before. I go back monday for a xray to send of to the dentist that will be doing my sedated. am so happy with the outcome and actually can't wait to get my tooth sorted for once.

Fantastic experience: I don't like dental work, which is unfortunate as I seem to end up with lots of it. But, having seen Faye for the last few years, she makes it so much nicer. She understands my nerves and also talks through everything that is happening before doing it. She's amazing. Reception staff are also really helpful and will try their best to get you seen quickly for emergencies.

Negative experience: Said they were too busy to book me over the phone so I went in in person, sat waiting in the lobby area and heard reception taking calls accepting new patients on the spot.. I just walked out. Maybe I don’t fit their criteria.

Fantastic experience: Doctor was doing an excellent job -- diagnosing, explaining the dental state of affairs, suggesting treatments but leaving me with choices and then executing efficiently and as painlessly as possible agreed treatments. Dental appointments always leave one with trepidation, but here i got away again just feeling well cared for and served, without pressure or unnecessary procedures.

Negative experience: Absolutely poor services. You have to register with a dentist for at least a month. They are constantly late. Although the appointment time is set. It doesn't matter to anyone, be prepared to wait another 10, 15 minutes at least. The offices are not open, there is a sharp smell of medicine and rubich. Doctors and their assistants work without a hat- and wear shoes wherever they go- outside. Unsanitary chairs that no one cleans. You come to fix your teeth, and the doctor tells you to pull !?! Some kind of stone age. Don't waste your time, there are dental clinics of a higher level than here. Where they will definitely fix and not pull the last teeth!!!!!!!!!!! this link might be useful to someone, you can use it

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you didn’t have the best experience. I can assure you that this is not the usual experience at Genix Healthcare East Park. It is extremely important to us that we meet your expectations. Putting patients’ interests first is extremely important.

In response to your queries hats are not a requirement for our personal protective equipment and all uniform worn in surgery is not worn outside the practice. We have infection control procedures in place which are followed and monitored and the practice is kept to a high standard of cleaniness. We also try and run to appointment times but sometimes things out of our control can cause delays.

We have a zero tolerance to threatening behaviour towards our staff and we will not accept any form of bulling or harassment.

Fantastic experience: Faye the dentist is lovely, thorough and explains everything in great detail, even explaining the X-rays to me. Disappointed by the lack professionalism of the receptionist area. Girl (not actually the receptionist) was sat at computer eating her breakfast and playing social media videos out loud on her phone. Really disturbing/irritating. I appreciate everyone needs breaks but is there no staff room? Or at least wear earphones so other staff/patients around her aren’t disturbed.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice as instructed via NHS 111 and was very impressed. The dentist that saw to me was calm and nice and made feel at ease as I am very nervous when it comes to dentists. She assessed me and gave me a course of antibiotics. Just need to wait for my appointment for an extraction which I hope comes soon.

Negative experience: This dental care need some serious looking into, when you 6 to 10 minutes late, there will not see you even when is a family appointment and your are late for the first one.
