Positive experience: While they were late, the appointment was fast and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Teresa made me welcome and was helpful at reception. My dentist Hirra and Haajrah the dental nurse always put me at ease and provide excellent care. I am very happy with the treatment I have received and all the staff are a credit to the dental practice.

Have recently had a crown, whitening and a front tooth re-capped. Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience with Dr. Bilal and her two nurses, who all really put me at ease. I was very nervous to have my first ever tooth extraction. I didn’t feel any pain I only noticed a slight scratch of one of several injections. They were all really sweet and it couldn’t have been a more comfortable experience given the circumstances. Fantastic experience: We were on vacation from the US when the crown on my tooth cracked. The staff at the front desk made sure I was seen ASAP by Dr Yash Ghevaria. He and his assistant were very friendly and professional. When the finished crown was not ready on time, Dr Yash Ghevaria came in on his day off to affix the new crown. And they had a new mouth guard made at no extra charge. I'm so glad that I choose this office to have my work done.

Dr Manesh Patel is the only dentist I will trust with my teeth especially for root canal, been 10 years and no issues. Dr Juhi Lal and her assistant had to do two fillings and a separate tooth reconstruction, which was pretty complex. Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Chest House dentist for over a year as a private patient. Of course as a private patient, the price is higher compared to NHS patients, but it is totally worth it if you actually care about your teeth. I’ve had a couple of different treatments with CH. Fillings, root canal, hygiene, Invisalign. I always receive the best consultation in order to make informed decision. I had a tooth that was severely decayed and initially thought it would be easier to just have the tooth removed. Dr Yash gave me a few different options and explained the pros and cons of each one. In the end I decided to go with his advice to save the tooth and went for root canal. Any other under NHS would have just pulled it out, which removes the support for other teeth and could accelerate more teeth coming loose. I also go for regular hygiene visits and at the end I’m always given advice on how to look after my teeth and I noticed every hygiene visit there’s less plaque that’s needed to be removed. I highly recommend CH to anyone who wants to take care of their teeth and be looked after by experts.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hirra was fantastic, it has been a while since I had a filling so was expecting a really lengthy appointment time, waiting for anaesthetic to kick in, however it was all done within 20 minutes of arriving and the anaesthetic wore off much quicker than I remember. Apparently it has a stronger numbing effect but for shorter length of time, so while having a filling done isn't exactly pleasant it was as comfortable and convenient as possible! I have always found Dr Hirra to be great with my two young children too so whole family very happy (as possible with dentist trips!).
