The doctor Constantinos Loizides was extremely attentive and reassuring, taking the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer all my questions patiently. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Simply put they are brilliant. I’ve had a few horrible experiences at one or two practices over the years and thought I’d struggle to get a half decent dentist after moving to Perth in 2010. My dentist Rachel Dunsmore is superb. The practice is bright, modern and staff are professional and friendly. It’s a nice place to be. I really am privileged to have found gold. She and the team have helped remove the fear of the dentist that I've had since childhood. Something I shall be forever grateful for.

Fantastic experience: I requested an emergency appointment at the dentist due to having severe pain which was keeping me awake and feeling irritable. I received an appointment for the next morning at 1100hrs. I attended this appointment feeling a bit apprehensive about what procedure would be carried out. I have to say as always the reception received me well and I took a seat and waited. The dental assistant came to reception and called me in to the surgery room where I met the dentist Mr Constantinos who put me at ease and asked me how I was. He was very polite and funny he created a nice atmosphere with a professional touch. I was in the chair and he had seen the issue very quickly. My bottom right wisdom tooth was infected and was going to be removed, this news made me feel a little nervous. The dentist along with his assistant administered gum numbing medication and had the tooth extracted with out any issue in a fast and smooth painless process. I can only thank Mr Constantinos and his assistant for a fantastic experience very professional and with due care and attention in making me feel at ease. Well done on a fantastic job done I am very happy and appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Amanda today to fix a chip on my front tooth, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting.The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Amanda with the help of Nurse Tegan did an amazing job on my tooth. Not only was the procedure quick and painless, but the result was flawless—you can’t even tell there was ever a chip! She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and at ease throughout the process. The service was top-notch from start to finish. I was offered three options, each clearly explained, and chose the middle one, which has proved to be extremely successful. Dr. Bassey-Duke was unfailingly pleasant and professional and her obvious expertise filled me with confidence. Now that the treatment is over, I am delighted with the result, and family and friends have commented on the improvement, which is remarkable. - transformational, indeed. Fantastic experience: Wow such great service throughout. Friendly and helpful managers who fixed an appointment scheduling problem for me. I like that I've got my next scheduled check-up appointment for a year ahead. The place is all so new and clean too - far better than the dentists I was with when I lived in England - cheaper too! The survey before my visit (that was emailed through in advance) asked all the right questions to enable the staff to be fully prepared in time for my visit.

Fantastic experience: After an initial consultation on Dental Care Perth's open day, I booked an appointment with Amanda to finally sort my smile - something I've hated since I was a teenager. Amanda went above and beyond with my care and is a truly exceptional dentist - to have created the most natural straight looking teeth from the mismatched, uneven disaster that was there before was incredible - even down to considering the way my teeth catch the light to create the most uniform of appearances was a testament to her skills. What she achieved has been life changing for myself and I can finally smile with my mouth open - something I've never done before. I would absolutely recommend Dental Care Perth - everyone was very welcoming and the dental nurses were lovely too.

Negative experience: the worst experience I had with the doctor. Constantinos (Dino) Loizides filled my front teeth for the 3rd time and when I left the office at the reception to pay the filling fell out, he is a doctor who makes fun of people and behaves very badly, he removed my dental crown 8 months ago and even now he didn't manage to put it on, I don't recommend you to go to this doctor

She reassured me & made me feel comfortable throughout the process & clearly explained what needed to be done & also helped me to overcome any concerns that I had about the treatment plan. Fantastic experience: A very professional well run business. I went for my first appointment yesterday and was seen by Amanda. After a very detailed examination, including viewing my x-rays, I was given my treatment plan along with explanation of the procedures. I was also given an estimate of the cost which is an important part of the process. This was in stark contrast to my previous dentist who gave little information and kept cancelling my appointments. So, I would recommend this practice based on the experience of my first visit.

I was having an extraction + a stubborn root removed & they made me as relaxed as was possible, kept me advised of what was happening at all times. Fantastic experience: A trip to the dentist was, in the past, something to dread. However, times have changed drastically! The reception at Dental Care Perth is a welcoming open space, with comfortable seating and lots of light streaming in through the large windows along one side of the room. A clean and easily accessible toilet is available, if needed. Reception staff are friendly, polite and informative when approached. My dentist, Rachael makes every effort to help me deal with any anxiety I might be feeling and keeps any discomfort during treatment to an absolute minimum. She kept me informed throughout, explaining any issues and possible solutions. She was also very polite and showed respect to her assistant, which helped me to relax also. Her abilities in dentistry are second to none, in my opinion and I am very pleased that she is my dentist.

The front desk staff were pleasant, professional and friendly; the examination process was thorough and comprehensive; questions asked by medical staff were relevant and answered in a satisfactory manner. I never felt rushed nor that I was “just another patient” to be hurried through to make way for the next. In fact, the opposite is true: the practice was very busy yet there was never an implication nor suggestion that my appointment wasn’t valued nor unimportant.

The combination of regular brushing, use of dental floss and a more recent purchase of a WaterFlosser has made a real difference to the amount of work needed.
