Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice now for over 40 years. I have always had great service and there has never been no more work than absolutely necessary done. The surgery is very modern and up-to-date with the latest equipment and continual ongoing investment. No one likes going to the dentist but the team here make you feel at ease and relieve you of pain not induce more pain. All the family are with Crystal and and we all use Darren Robinson who is a great person.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to any other practice and the whole team is professional and friendly. The receptionists put you at ease immediately. I recently had to see a different dentist as an emergency which resulted in me having a tooth extraction, meaning I was extremely nervous but she made the whole experience calm and took care of me really well. The only downside is the chairs in the waiting room which are very uncomfortable as the backs lean back too far!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dentist has always been positive. My dentist Shervin Rahmati has always made me feel at ease. I'm nervous of the dentist and do dread going but once I'm there it's fine. I've been today I find him easy to talk to, he explains procedures so I know what to expect. We've done a future plan and I'm confident he'll make all future appointments relatively stress free. He's got really good customer service, understanding, easy to talk to and he's approachable which is the main thing. I'd recommend him for anyone in the future looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: Long wait poor service- had my crown fitted and it was disappointing. Dentist didn’t have a clue what she was doing.

During the appointment the problem was identified, requiring 2 fillings. The work was done at the same time rather than a follow-up appointment. Very satisfied and grateful.
