On returning years later the staff from the receptionist to the dental nurse to dr shahs son who I seen all are so lovely, Professional and actually care for their patients. The best dentist around highly recommend!

Negative experience: I called last week Friday on the 11 October to ask if this practice accepts NHS patients and person who answered the phone said “YES, we do, please come in and register” , I came in today Friday the 18 October and I been treated EXTREMELY BAD BY THE RECEPTIONIST. When I’ve been asked why I’m there I said that I came in to register and she made me wait ages until she was dealing with every new person that came in , on top of that she were answering on the phone at the same time and told me to wait. In the end she said “NO YOU CAN’T JUST COME IN AND REGISTER, YOU MUST BOOK AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT AND WE WILL TAKE A DEPOSIT FROM YOU BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE DON’T COME TO THIER APPOIMENT” I’m sorry I don’t care what other people are doing , I just wanted to be registered and she made it impossible. I am very confused how this practice works, one receptionist made me come all the way there because she said that I will be registered and the other told me NO , I CAN’T JUST REGISTER !!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE PRACTICE NOT EVEN IF I CRY IN PAIN ! THIS RECEPTIONIST HAS NOT RIGHT TO TREAT ME THE WAY SHE DID . SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I have been to. I was booked in for a tooth extraction an hour after making the initial call and the receptionist was very informative and helpful. She was very jolly unlike other practices. The dentist and dental nurse were also very professional and made the entire extraction process a breeze with their constant reassurance and humour. The entire process from booking over the phone, the wait at the clinic to the actual treatment was an absolute treat. Thank you so much to the entire team at Willesden Dental Practice. I’ll be recommending all my family and friends to sign up here and recommend all reading this review to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ashil Shah did one filling, one extraction and wisdom teeth removal with deep clean all in one day for me, and it was the smoothest dental appointment I’ve ever had. Honestly going to the dentist was always scary for me, but since signing up to this dentist it’s been the easiest appointments to attend. Fantastic experience: I had 2 extractions yesterday and my dentist Tapas deb Roy and his dental nurse Miriam did a great painless job and at the same time Tapas also did a couple of small fillings while waiting for the numbing injections to work.I would highly recommend Tapas and the Willesden Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: I found the receptionist that I spoke on the 22nd of May 2024 really rude and aggressive when she spoke to me . I had appointment the week before which I attended but was unable to attend the new one for this week so I phoned early before the time to see if I could reschedule. She said if I cancel a dentist appointment ever again I won't be able to go back to that dentist ever again I will be struck of there appointment list. She eventually made me a new and then threatened to strike me of the appointment list again in a rude and aggressive tone of voice. I attended all my appointments in the past it was only this one I had to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: Arrived here first for an urgent appointment because of a tooth infection. I had chosen to go private with them since they were not taking on new patients. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tapas Debroy; I received a root canal and crown in less than a month. He was incredibly kind and sweet, would also play music which would help me feel comfortable also would explain each procedure to me so I knew exactly what was happening. Such a sweet man, 10/10 service, would definitely recommend!!!

Negative experience: They made me go back to them as they did not stamp my prescription. Plus they did not spell my name on the prescription. They made my pain worse so I went to the chemist and gave help with the pain and swelling. As a result I am losing sleep because of the pain. As a result I have contacted the company and I told them the way I treated so they know how this practice treats their patients.

Fantastic experience: At 8:30 am this morning, I called in the hope of securing an emergency appointment, though I had significant doubts about the possibility. To my surprise, Dipak Shah personally answered the phone, mentioning that he was the only one available but encouraged me to come in, despite the potential wait. I arrived around 9:30, and by 10 am, I had already been seen. It's now 11 am, and I'm back home with a temporary filling, antibiotics, and a scheduled appointment for a permanent filling. For a Saturday emergency service, the efficiency and care provided were truly exceptional—thank you so much. The receptionist, whose name I regrettably forgot, was also delightful. Calling today truly saved my weekend, and I am immensely grateful. I highly recommend this dentist; it's the best service I've experienced in a very long time.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by NHS 111 for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction the dentist was patience explained everything and the whole experience was pleasant to say. I found it quite straight forward. I was a very clean establishment I would definitely come again.
