Fantastic experience: Foxley Lane Dental has been my go-to clinic since I moved to Purley a few years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. I’ve had dental implants, hygiene cleaning, and most recently veneers done here—and every experience has been exceptional. Punita and her lovely team, Kayleigh and Suzanne, are incredibly welcoming. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism shines through in every aspect of the service, and they always go the extra mile to ensure you feel at ease. Punita herself is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a daunting process genuinely enjoyable. I can’t recommend this team highly enough—they’re simply fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Once again I have just paid another 6 months visit to my Dentist at Foxley Lane. I received great treatment from everyone, starting with the wonderful, friendly receptionists- Suzanne and Kayleigh, who were very understanding and accommodating to find me my next appointment that fitted in with my job. I have been a patient of Foxley Lane Dental for nearly 40 years now. When my last dentist sold the practice I was terrified. I have a real fear of going to the dentist and felt that I was never going to be able to replace him. How was I to know that the practice has proved invaluable and the new staff give 100% to their patients. My dentist Kirtan is amazing. He has a real understanding about getting to know his patients, their fears and hygiene practices. On one occasion I called with a suspected absence and was seen within 3 hours. I was prescribed antibiotics after an X-ray and excellent care. On another occasion I had a tooth removed and was worried when the plug came out. I went to the dentist but Kirtan was not on duty and the other dentists had patients with them. I was asked to take a seat. The next thing I know there was a gentleman in a jogging outfit sitting beside me. He apologised for being sweaty as he was out jogging and heard about me. He was one of the owners and came to see if I was ok or needed treatment. Where else would you get that kind of treatment? I am so grateful to have Foxley Lane Dentist and grateful to Andy- the previous owner for leaving it in excellent hands. Thank you for your service and care. Julie S

Fantastic experience: Foxley lane dental have been fantastic. I really hate the dentist but Punita made me feel instantly at ease and was so kind and professional with exceptional bedside manner. I had to have some work done recently on a badly cracked tooth, she was gentle, checked in on me the whole time and my tooth now looks amazing. I saw Nhyira the hygienist on a seperate occasion who is also incredible. I have never in my life been to a hygienist so gentle it didn’t hurt one bit and my teeth look beautifully clean. Thank you girls for making my experience a not so daunting one I am very grateful ☺️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend a dental practice more highly than Foxley Lane Dental. Everyone, including Suzanne on reception has made my experience an exceptional one. I’m on a journey of dental restoration with Foxley Lane Dental, and have been working closely with Punita and Nev. Punita’s advice has been professional, honest & caring all the way through, she even stopped me from spending money on treatments that weren’t necessary - an example of the high level of integrity the practice carries. A few months ago I had two implants placed by Nev, after putting it off for years out of fear. The procedure was carried out with care, advanced expertise, and was virtually painless. I’ve already recommended him to two friends who are thinking about having implants done. I’m so happy I finally took this step and can’t wait to flash my new smile. Fantastic experience: Excellent, thoughtful and empathetic Dentist. I met Dr Punita Shah for an initial consultation and she was one of the best dentists I've dealt with, from first impressions. She really listened to my thoughts on preferred treatment, understood my busy lifestyle and what I could commit to treatment-wise, and she gave me options vs pushing one course of treatment. It can be difficult to get dentists to really understand and empathise with my preferences so I was grateful that Dr Punita was able to work with me (instantly) on what I wanted to achieve. She came across very professional, considered and kind. I came away feeling heard and that she would be someone I can see for the long term solution for my teeth. Thanks so much Punita!

Fantastic experience: Both the full review of my dental state after many years and a subsequent filling replacement showed my I can really trust my dentist. There was no pressure to get work done, and the one filling I chose to replace was nothing short of rebuilding a badly decayed tooth hidden under my old fillings. Seeing pictures of the stages of the work that was done after the fact, leaves me with nothing but respect for the skill applied on what is super delicate work!

Fantastic experience: I attended foxley lane dental. My tooth had cracked. I was seen first by Dr Patel. He was very professional and made feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step of what he was doing and why he was doings things. The made me feel at ease. I will go there again. I then had a tooth extraction with Dr Adesh. He was very professional and very kind. Dr Adesh knows his field. I had no pain during and after the extraction. He made feel at ease and is very knowledgeable in his field.

Fantastic experience: Always great to have six month check and get confidence my teeth are doing well and generally (TIP: must floss better at the back) good tooth hygiene. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service received from all at Foxley Lane Dentists. After a fall that damaged several teeth, I was seen very quickly and arrangements made for repairs within 48 hours so that I could go on an important work trip. Also, my usual dentist, Christine, is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Put at ease! 5 stars. After losing faith (and patience) in somewhere where I used to visit for over 30 years after it was taken over I was apprehensive on my visit to a new dentist. Was met by the lovely Suzanne the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. Once in with Jamie the dentist and Steph the nurse the room was light and airy with a lovely view of their garden (to take my mind off things). I explained in depth the background to my visit and also answered their thorough questions before we went ahead with a full mouth examination- at no point was it uncomfortable and everything was explained throughout. Once the diagnosis was visible Jamie went through options and broke down everything into priorities which as a nervous patient makes it easy to digest. I have great trust so far in the practice as it was very transparent with costs etc. booked in a few appointments very quickly after this one and soon will have a few less issues with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Karen & Natalia offer an excellent hygienist’s service and are very through with their work. The new technology & technique used by Karen is very effective & efficient allowing her additional time to perform a through exam and additional clean of all the nooks & cranies between teeth. I will highly recommend them both as much as I would recommend receptionists Kayleigh, Audrey & Lucy who between them always manage to get us booked for appointments as per our convenience & send reminders at the right time to ensure we can plan our day ahead of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: My honest opinion of Foxley Lane Dental practice is that I have received lengthy advice on possible future treatment. The dentist explained fully the pros and cons if Royal Marsden do recommend the prescribed medication and have allowed me time to come to a decision.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and professional from call to couch! I called up this AM and was given a same day appointment with hygienist. The administration team member on the phone was incredibly friendly, helpful and facilitated what I needed immediately. On arrival she was friendly and greeted me with a familiar and reassuring smile. I was seen by an exceptional hygienist who gave me brilliant advice and was very transparent and honest about her recommendations. The airflow procedure didn’t hurt at all and my teeth felt totally clean afterwards! I cannot fault her honestly she was just great! I then saw the dentist after that and had a full check up complete with 3D modelling , x rays and a thorough, insightful and tremendously clear clinical explanation. I was given some very sound recommendations and was offered compassionate reassurance when discovering I may need to have a few more things seen to in my teeth than I realised. I really had an excellent experience from start to finish and look forward to booking my follow up to continue my treatment. Really really cannot recommend this dentist practice enough!! Fabulous.
