Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr Reeza this afternoon. He was so impressive with his knowledge and top range equipment to check my teeth. I came for a routine check up and I was able to see how my teeth were looking from all angles on the screen. Dr Reeza was kind, friendly and gave me great advice on what to do to improve the quality of my teeth. Dr Reeza is a top guy and very professional.

Fantastic experience: The dentist ( and his nurse) were very kind and professional. At no point did I feel rushed or gave any concerns. Dr Rezza has looked after me for a number of tears and as a nervous patient have always felt in very good hands. Recommend especially if anxious type. As ever felt no pain...not even the injection. Finally I would like to add the the staff on the reception in particular Lawrence, was was extremely kind professional and helpful. Fantastic experience: I recently joined Canning Town Dental Clinic and recently had a hygiene and filling appointment. I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and friendly. As someone who is quite anxious about visiting the dentist, I was nervous, but Dr Reza, the dental nurses and the hygienist made sure I felt comfortable in all of my appointments. This reassured me and made me feel confident in my decision to register to this clinic. Dr Reza took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. They were patient and kind, never making me feel rushed or judged. If you're someone who feels nervous about dental appointments and or worried about being judged, I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I needed a dental hygienist appointment, but was only available for one day. The practice manager informed me that the hygienist wasn’t working the day I was free to attend, however, I could have the service performed by the dentist. The service was excellently performed. The dentist was friendly and informed me what he was doing throughout the appointment. I appreciated the time taken to find a way to get the appointment done in my limited window of time.

Negative experience: Honestly wouldn’t even give one star if it was possible. I read the other reviews and thought surely the receptionist cannot be that bad. I was wrong because he’s absolutely awful and I had to bite my tongue the whole call to just not call him out on his outrageously rude communication. The surgery doesn’t have to bother replying to this saying they’ve checked my name and I’m not on the system, my Google name is different. The rudeness started within. Seconds when the receptionist didn’t even let me finish my sentence, something as simple as saying my birth date he had to cut me off. He then proceeded to tell me I had outstanding charges and that my account was blocked because I had apparently agreed to multiple sessions and not attended. Proceeded to tell me he couldn’t remember things from 20 months ago. I told him he didn’t need to, they should at the time just have the correct information on their system. For reference just so we’re all talking about the same person here, the receptionist with the lisp. In response to the response from the clinic below. 1) on YOUR account i apparently agreed to multiple treatments which is untrue. 2) not discriminatory, simply identifying the receptionist as the most unpleasant human I have dealt with. I would identify anyone else by a characteristic regardless of anything. 3) I wouldn’t even walk past this place, certainly wouldn’t want to be treated by this clinic ever again. Luckily there are enough dentists around to never see this place again.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with my teeth, was eating oxtail and my teeth broke, which then got infected, so I had to do an extraction asap and as such decided to root an implant. The care and treatment I received at Canning Town Dental Surgery was more than excellent, Dr Reza and Lawrence were the best, they keep me inform about my treatment and the care plan, I was listened to and had my input in every step of the process, thank you Canning Town Dental Surgery Would definitely recommend Canning Town Dental Surgery 100%

And wow they are such nice people treated me with so much care and they was so keen to do every procedure correctly . Definitely would refer to family and friends great work overall and great service and manners . I didnt catch the name of my 2 dentist but was seen in room 3 . I had an amazing experience and will be returning again next week to get some more treatments done ☺️thanks again

Negative experience: Not child friendly. No parking, which is normal for London, so we walked 45 mins with our baby for his appointment only to see a huge, new "NO PRAMS OR PUSHCHAIRS" sign on the door. Plenty of space inside for folded prams so don't know why this is suddenly an issue. Thankfully both parents came, so I waited outside for half an hour or so. Do they not think/care about parents of young children?

Fantastic experience: Just started treatment at this practice with Dr Shamisa and head nurse Jovita. They are non judgemental, very professional and friendly. The work I’ve had done so far has been excellent. Felt no pain and have a clear understanding of my plan. My only recommendation is - if you have sensitive teeth , or gaps in your teeth , PLEASE consult your dentist first before doing the clean as it can worsen your teeth!!! If you need to get your teeth cleaned I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone !!!!!!!! Ask you dentist first !!! However , if you have seriously stained teeth do it !!!! It’s worth it ! Brushing your teeth twice a day , and flossing , using a tongue scraper and mouth wash will help you maintain your gorgeous new teeth. I would highly recommend this dental practice . Fantastic experience: Wow, Dr.Talai is great, her dentistry is on another level. This Dentist is really skilled at what she does. I had a few fillings and some cosmetic bonding completed that I'm really happy with. The shade match and tooth shape was perfect. As a patient that can be challenging, I found Dr.Talai kind, calm and reassurring. An honest Dentist that listened and provided other options than just pulling out my tooth. An overall excellent service provided by the Dentist and Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic for almost four years and they have always been very lovely, helpful and accommodating. They have helped me sort out appointments around my busy schedule, great experience with my dentist (he is brilliant and one of the best dentists I’ve ever had, always answers my millions of questions and very patient with me) and the team around is very kind and helpful. Despite the dentists being a bit of a scary thing they make it a whole lot better. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Reza and the team are great. He is very friendly and listens patiently to all concerns and answers all my questions and knows what he is doing. He does not charge you for things he doesn't have to which is rare these days. Before my fillings I tried whitening my teeth at home with a product they recommended and it didn't work after only a few uses as we expected so he provided another syringe free of charge to make sure I get the results we hoped for. Overall a great experience

Fantastic experience: I am anxious about going to the dentist but Dr Shamisa is always meticulous in making me feel at ease. He talks me through the procedures before, during and after which helps me to understand what's going on and this helps me to stay calm. I was able to fill out the forms online which made it convenient for me to do before my appointment date. The surgerys decor has been updated and is lovely, modern and bright, calming music was playing while I was waiting which made had me feel chilled before I got in the dental chair. Lawrence on reception is also very professional and helpful as well. (Edited today as I deleted my original review with my sixth month update)

Negative experience: I won’t be returning to this practice and cannot recommend it. While the female dentist was absolutely lovely and professional, the rest of the experience was disappointing due to poor management and staff behavior. During our visit, my child needed to use the toilet, and while the dentist kindly said it was fine, management was unnecessarily rude about it. Additionally, the receptionist seemed uninterested in helping. When I tried to book my next appointment, they dismissed me and told me to do it online, despite the dentist instructing me to book with them directly. It felt like they didn’t value their patients or their own business. This is a family-run practice that seems to lack basic courtesy and work ethic. My advice to the wonderful dentist and her assistant: find a workplace that matches your dedication and professionalism. Unfortunately, the management here doesn’t.

Negative experience: Terrible service had a tooth extracted and they left pieces of tooth in my gum when asked for help was told I would have to pay for a consultation when i paid £180 to have it extracted in the first place (have now attached photos , I did in-fact tell the dentist I had some discomfort and it wasn’t healing properly and was told it was normal , also I never got a X ray after the extraction that’s complete rubbish it was done before but not after)
