Negative experience: Only giving a 2 star as Mia the receptionist was so lovely and calming. Tooth had been hurting for a few days now and I booked an emergency appointment for this as no where else had anything available. Was a waste of an appointment as nothing was sorted and every 2 minutes the price was increasing and another treatment (root canal) was apparently needed in the future. Only wanted a filling and was pushed into all these other things that I didn’t need especially after hearing the price of £395 for a filling. Will be off to find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr. Farzad Azimi about whitening my teeth, and he recommended the Enlighten Whitening treatment for me. He explained everything so clearly and guided me through the whole process with great care. I received my whitening kit on time, and I’ve been using it as instructed. I honestly can't express how happy I am with the results - my teeth are noticeably whiter, and I feel so much more confident with my smile now. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Time Dental after being recommended by a friend who had a great experience there. I'm nervous with dental from bad experiences in the past but went along based on their own cosmetic treatment and they looked fantastic! I'm so glad did. I was look after by Dr Farzad who was fantastic and kept me at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a cosmetic consultation and was suggested an OPG which I'd never heard off! Dr Farzad explained it gives a detailed X-Ray around the head which ensures a detailed and accurate display of the best form of cosmetic treatment to follow on my dental journey, without it, it can almost be like selecting a product from the shelf instead of a bespoke treatment just for me. I'm really happy with my treatment and so glad I found a dental practice that genuinely cares for the patients and offers a sensible fair price for the service. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Having been traumatised by a dentist when I was younger, taking my kids to the dentist is a highly anxiety provoking experience! I want them to have a healthy relationship with their teeth and to teach them how to take care of them without being terrified - not an easy balance! Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic i have been to so far. Had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past but these ladies and gents put you to ease straight away. Iv had 3 appointments so far in 2025 and have walked away each time feeling happy and better equipped with knowledge about dental care. Every single one of them has a great sense of humour, explain things in a very simple and easy to understand manner and provide very detailed instructions in how i can better care for my teeth. I think the post appointment emails from the Dentists are a great touch to remind you of the things you need to do to keep your teeth in a healthy condition. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny given the world class service you receive. I no longer fear going to the dentists and dare i say it...but Dr Farzad, Dr Rashid, Dr Samantha actually make dental care sound fun and not a chore! Always a pleasure talking to Lucie before and after appointments too! I stumbled across them by accident after i suffered an injury and needed urgent dental treatment, but im so pleased i did. For once, Google did not let me down!

I was very nervous before the appointment, however Dr Azimi immediately put my mind at ease and the removal was done quickly, with no pain at all during the procedure and only minor discomfort after. I don’t live in Farnham and have to travel 1.5 to 2.5 hours for my appointments, but it is absolutely worth it to see Dr. Azimi! I feel very confident in my treatment plan - they made a anxiety creating experience very easy to deal with.

Negative experience: Went in to get a chipped tooth repaired. Dentist ended up making me have a filling, hygienist, x ray etc. Did not even get the chip repaired and now am in pain from the filling still over a month later. Called to try and get resolved but was told to pay deposit for new appointment. I was also made to sign a form taking all responsibility from the dentist should there be any further issues. Feel like I've been taken for a bit of a ride here to say the least

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental practices I've visited. Have had the unfortunate need to have 1970s amalgam fillings replaced, as well as a crown. Dr Taher Rashid has the most amazing bedside manner, turning what could quite easily be a horrendous ordeal into something quite bearable. Also see the hygienist Idalina, who provides an equally great service. And to top it off, the team on reception are also friendly and most helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient here now for around 3 years I have nothing but praise for all the staff, from the receptionist Lucy’s kind, welcoming and caring demeanour (she always remembers the little things about you) to Dr. Rashid knowledgable and thoughtful attitude you couldn’t ask for a better dental team. Having undergone Invisalign treatment here for the last year I can say it’s been an pleasant experience never once feeling anxious or nervous about any procedure, always being informed of what’s happening and what direction we are going. In Dr. Rashid hands I know I never need to worry and the results have been incredible, my smile is still mine but more refined and ever so natural looking. If you need a reason to come here this is it! Highly recommend 10/10 in every aspect. Never been let down in the slightest.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been terrified of the dentist (many bad experiences) so when I broke my tooth I was beside myself on where to go, a friend recommended Dr T Rashid. On the day of my emergency appointment I was visibly shaking, Dr Rashid asked me to take a seat on the chair (not the dentist chair) he was calm, reassuring, explained what he was going to do & took his time. When I felt comfortable he asked me to sit in the dentist chair so he could take a look. Although I still get very nervous & shake on arrival, I’ve had two more appointments since then and would highly recommend Dr Rashid & the team.

Lucie was so lovely and welcoming on my arrival and made me feel very comfortable while signing me in to my appointment. The appointment itself was with Dr. Rashid who was very professional and great at makinge feel calm and in good hands. The new joiner examination was extremely thorough and helpful at putting together a treatment plan for my teeth. I was worried about the costs of private dental as I'm not in the highest salary bracket, but the membership offer they have makes it affordable and great value for money, it's already coming in useful for what I need done! I would highly recommend Time Dental not only for their professionalism, welcoming manner but for their consideration for an individual's circumstances. Personal shout out again to Lucie, who as the first point of contact for the practice, is doing an outstanding job at setting the tone for the rest of the visit.

Fantastic experience: If the whole world operated like Time Dental, we'd all be much happier and healthier (with better teeth). I originally went to Time in 2019 because of the amazing reviews.. However, I never expected it to live up to the hype… I have high standards for customer service, operational efficiency before we even get to the actual service I’ve purchased. … this leaves me forever disappointed in a disorganised world which lacks empathy, customer connection and organisation. In 5 years however Time has never let me down. Every single member of staff including all receptionists, Hygienists and Dentists are on another level. This is Harley Street levels of service and expertise but on our doorstep. I see Idalina Silva and Dr Rashid a couple of times a year and I actually look forward to going to the dentist to see them both (how weird is that? looking forward to the dentist?) It sounds dramatic to say that a dentist surgery can change your life life but because of the fact I actually want to go I imagine it will prevent a lot of problems further down the line (I’m 32), and teeth are pretty bloody important. So if you’re unsure, go. Even if your teeth are in good shape, you’ll get a Masterclass in how to run a business. Thank you you bunch of legends, I’ll see you for my next check up.

Fantastic experience: After years of horrendous treatment from a dentist in my childhood , I have always detested going to the dentist and only go when it’s an emergency. So typically I have years between visits and have to be sedated. I met Dr Rashid on an emergency appointment , I as crying and shaking and absolutely dreading the appointment. Dr Rashid was extremely understanding and patient with me. Not once did he push me out of my comfort zone. He talked me through everything he’s about to do and coaches me with breathing exercises through out my visit and praised me, knowing how hard it is. I have now been to several appointments and feel more confident with each visit and don’t need to be sedated at all. He’s kind and gentle and I will not be seeing any other dentist ever…. Let’s hope he never retires. I can’t recommend Dr Rashid enough

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic team right the way through from Dr Rashid and Shannen, through to the reception team. Time Dental in Farnham gets my unequivocal recommendation. I had a significant amount of work done to repair long standing issues. I spent the longest time I ever have in a dentists chair and yet it was the least anxious I ever felt having dental work done, such is their expertise. My dental health has now been set on an even footing and will hopefully remain so for many years to come. Top job folks!

Given the amount of work I have needed across general, periodontic, cosmetic and hygienist treatments, it has all been carefully explained prior to any work being carried out. Time Dental are very welcoming and have a competitive pricing model here in Farnham. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to find a quality dental practice.

Negative experience: The receptionist Lucie was literally the most incredible receptionist I have ever met. She was extremely helpful booking me in when the website wouldn’t work, then when I showed up to my appointment, she was so so smiley and happy it was awesome to see. Her emails also came across super polite and very well written. Thank you so much Lucie. The dentist was also very nice, but this is where I have a complaint. I understand that it is a private dentist, hence it is expected to be more expensive. I was happy to pay for the appointment as I didn’t realise my teeth needed looking at so badly and was more booking an appointment for my own sanity. But throughout the appointment, it just felt like more charges kept popping up here and there. First a £50 deposit, then an extra £50 for a small X-ray, then an extra £95 on top of all of that for a bigger x-ray (which I did decline). Then it was determined that I would need a teeth guard to wear while I sleep. The dentist then said that this would be £885 or £850 depending on the type. If I have been price sensitive to something that is £95, I clearly do not have the money to spend £885 (on top of the £100 I already paid). I did say to the dentist that that is never going to happen. When I asked if this was the only option, the dentist said that I would just have to save up. The experience felt extremely careless and insensitive, and to be honest, a bit of a scam. Unfortunately not everyone can afford that amount of money for a piece of plastic. At this point I was nearly in tears as I have just been told my teeth would wear down and get shorter in time if I don’t start saving up for this guard. I then looked up on Amazon guards for teeth, and some came up for under £20. Sure, they probably won’t last as long but this absolutely could have been suggested as at least a temporary solution. I am still quite upset about the whole situation. Not about the price, but that alternatives were not suggested.

Fantastic experience: After an extremely bad dentist experience with the NHS as a teenager I refused to go back to a dentist for nearly 25 years. After a recommendation from a family member I decided I probably shouldn’t leave it any longer and booked an appointment with Dr Rashid. From the first consultation he immediately put my mind at ease and was really understanding about my concerns about my previous experience elsewhere and explained that wouldn’t happen again with Time dental. I’ve just had my first treatment (removal of a failed filling, same filling that made me stop going to the dentist 25 years ago) and Dr Rashid was amazing, I didn’t feel a thing and the whole experience was so much better than I had imagined, and I’m happily booked in for more treatments. Also - all the staff are brilliant, from receptionists, nurses, plus the hygienist Sam was also really lovely. Would 100% recommend Time Dental!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from the admin to the dental team. Great facilities and detailed analysis of dental issues with options for treatments. One of the admin team called me the day after my procedure to check all was well which I really appreciated. Dr Azimi was great and made sure I was aware what was happening throughout the treatment. Fantastic experience: I had to have quite tricky root canal treatment which required really specialist endodontic treatment and Dr Shima Mahdavi-Izadi did a brilliant job. She was so professional and so far the treatment has been a success. Clinic were really responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I went to Time Dental for emergency dental treatment, having had two front teeth badly damaged in a horse riding accident. I rang on the Friday before a Bank Holiday and they saw me on the Saturday afternoon! Farzad was the dentist who treated me and he is excellent. He took X-rays, straightened one tooth and braced it, (under anaesthetic) and repaired the other. Now you would never know I had two damaged front teeth - I have my smile back! Also from the X-rays he detected decay behind a filling, that I was not aware of. A subsequent appointment got that tooth fixed and a good thing too - much more decay would likely have been very painful and have needed root canal work. The composite filling I have there now is virtually indistinguishable from a normal tooth - far better than NHS amalgam fillings. I honestly can’t recommend Time Dental enough - if you can afford private dentistry (and they are very reasonably priced to be honest), I would really encourage going to them. And I am someone who really doesn’t like having to visit a dentist!

I’m usually a very nervous patient but I’ve always felt reassured and calm with time dental. Nothing is too much trouble and they’ve been super helpful and accommodating. They’ve been so lovely with my young children - I often have to bring my 2 year old with me and that’s never been a problem. I’ve also seen the hygienist recently and brought my 7 year old and she allowed him to help - as a result he now wants to be a dentist! Fantastic experience: I had two top wisdom teeth removed today by Dr Azimi. I was nervous about the procedure expecting it to be pretty brutal and uncomfortable. From the moment I walked into the surgery Dr Azimi went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and allay my fears. There was really no discomfort after all and it was over before I knew it. I couldn’t recommend him and this dental practice more highly. They’re all charming, professional and make you feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Time Dental has been nothing but positive. I'm annoyed I didn't get Invisalign sooner, as the result is amazing. I can't stop smiling! Fantastic experience: I've seen more of the Time Dental team this year than I'd have hoped to! But following the identification of a gum infection in January I've been really well looked after and managed to promptly get everything on the straight and narrow. This includes 3 dentist appointments to prescribe me antibiotics for the infection; a hygienist appointment and a periodentist appointment where I was advised to have both top wisdom teeth out. I had the extraction of both wisdom teeth yesterday and I promised to write a review, as I'm really pleased with how it went. Honestly I'd been a little nervous about the procedure, but I needn't have been. They had calming music playing, guided me through what they were doing at each step and I felt nothing when the teeth came out (I was a little surprised when he said "that's the first one out!") It's not cheap, and I'm hoping this treatment buys me a few more years to save up again..! However, they've given me good quality care and attention, and didn't charge me extra for the follow-up appointments to get more antibiotics prescribed etc. So thanks guys, in the kindest way possible, I hope to not be seeing you so much for a little while! x

Fantastic experience: I am a long time customer of dr. Farzad Azimi (best part of 6 years) and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve had thanks to him! I’m in the process of getting my second implant now, following an extremely successful first one a few years ago. Understandably, it’s important to go with someone who can deliver high results and I’m very lucky I have found dr. Farzad! The process can be quite daunting and long, but dr. Farzad has always gone above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible, he’s also played calming music during the appointments to try drown out the sounds of the instruments as much as possible for me! I’ve also never been in pain following major surgery, but the team has always checked up on me on the days following to make sure everything was alright. I don’t live near the practice, but the journey is worth of the results dr Farzad can deliver! I couldn’t be happier with the team at Time Dental as everyone is always so caring and attentive!

Positive experience: Underwent over £4000 worth of treatment in January, all very professional and great dentistry. However, after experiencing extreme sensitivity around some of the areas I’d had work on, I returned for a checkup and made it clear I’d not be paying a deposit for the appointment as I classed this as ‘after treatment’ as one would expect. I was in the dentist chair for no more than 5 minutes and told it should settle down and given some toothpaste to help with the sensitivity. Upon leaving, the dentist informed me that there would be a charge of ~£98! I had to pause and wondered if the dentist had recognised me?! After my 7 or so visits in January. I was told that I had been made aware of this when checking in - I hadn’t. I was rather shocked and angry at the sheer audacity of being asked to pay £98 after spending £1000s and returning for a quick checkup?! I reiterated that the sensitivity was the result of the treatment i had received to which the dentist replied, ‘but is it?’ and told I’d booked an emergency appointment? (I hadn’t - I booked it the week before). This is why I’m leaving a 3* review and that’s generous if we’re basing it on principle. Such a huge huge disappointment. I’m sure, many Farnham patients would have most likely paid, but the dentist read me wrong. As mentioned, I can’t fault the treatment, or the staff, all very lovely, and you’ll receive exceptional work. Hygienist will tap into what you do etc and then dentist will reiterate it, empathetic touch etc, all part of the service to relax you etc but this fell short when the work was done. Where has the loyalty/ honour/integrity gone these days? Perhaps that’s too old school, I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rashid and the team at Time Dental have made my journey to straight teeth as pain free and easy as it could have been. Particular shout out goes to the friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and modern premises, always running on time for appointments, with evening and Saturdays available to fit around work. I even finished the teeth straightening process faster than originally predicted. Dr Rashid explained everything very clearly and keeps you informed at every stage. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an initial appointment after being referred by a friend, as I wanted to explore Invisalign to close a gap in my front teeth ahead of my Wedding, and get them whitened. Rather than just pushing me down the Invisalign route, Dr Rashid explained that with composite bonding I would get a much better result, faster in time for the Wedding. Fantastic experience: I was pretty nervous about getting a veneers as though it is something I’ve always wanted, it’s a big financial investment for me. I didn’t know whether having 4 veneers would look stupid but definitely couldn’t afford the whole set. Having now done it, I honestly couldn’t be more delighted with the results. Dr Farzad Azimi and his team were absolutely brilliant throughout. Dr Azimi really took time to talk me through all the options, explain all the pros and cons, and didn’t make me feel stupid when I had a wobble! The various steps, mock ups and temporaries meant that I was able to ask for another millimetres to be added which he was very happy to do even though it meant going back to the lab to get a new set of temporaries- he really wanted me to be 100 percent happy. I really couldn’t rate the whole experience more highly, if you are at all interested in veneers I highly recommend you go and have a consultation with Dr Azimi to find out more.

Fantastic experience: This dentist had been phenomenal in supporting my vulnerable mum through an emergency appointment and extraction. They made a very daunting process for her simple and comfortable and explained everything in a clear way. From the reception team to the nurses to the dentist they were all perfect couldn't be happier. They've enabled my mum to get the correct care she needed and and she will be attending for follow ups to prevent an emergency situation again.
