Fantastic experience: Just had a hygienist appointment today and it was first class. A big thank you to Perminder who did a great job and was incredibly polite and a pleasure to talk to.

Negative experience: You take people off your books without telling them and then you won't accept them back unless they say I have private, oh we accept that and when can you come in! I wouldn't use you if all my teeth fell out. You are disgusting, I'll go to my private dentist fo anything and never again NHS dentist. It is a terrible shame that you'll accept private but not NHS even if I still pay when I get there. You are modern day thieves.

Fantastic experience: I mean. Where do I begin?? I suffer from very severe anxiety. This is the 6/7th dentist I have been too. As all the other didn’t want to help me after knowing I was on UC. So going into this I’ll admit I was afraid, anxious worried to be turned down. However the staff here are so kind and polite. And the dentist I saw was honestly amazing. He was so understanding and polite and actually trying to help. In one appointment he managed to do more than every other place i have tried. I’m so thankful and can’t wait to finally not be in pain anymore. 100% recommend this dental practise

From the friendly receptionists to the dentists, I was made to feel welcome. I'm a nervous patient and done my research before registering here. I'm so glad I did. Both my dentist, Anisha, and my hygienist, Krystyna, were absolutely lovely and so understanding. They made me feel very calm and at ease and explained everything. Their dental assistants were also very nice (I'm sorry I can't remember their names). Thanks to the whole team for looking after me and making my visits a positive experience. I'll be back!

Fantastic experience: I am so fortunate to have the Harrow Dental Practice at my doorstep. In the last year I’ve learnt more about how to look after my teeth than I have my entire life. Fantastic experience: Best Dental Practice! I had a lot of dental trauma during my teenage years which made going to the dentist really difficult. I was recommended the dental practice by a work friend. The reception team were so accommodating with me being so nervous. I saw Anika for a dental check up. She was so kind and really listened. I then had a filling with her a few weeks later. Again both Anika and the dental nurse looked after me and made sure that I felt safe Annika recommended that I see a hygienist. I was seen by Deborah. She listened to me, made sure that I was comfortable and spoke through each step. She was incredibly thorough and gave me demonstrations on teeth brushing and using interdentals/floss. My teeth feel brilliant and there is a plan in place to further treat some problem areas. I never thought i would ever say this but I am looking forward to returning for my next appointment! I cannot thank the whole team for making a really nervous patient feel comfortable and safe!

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank the team here enough, I wasn’t registered at a dentist but urgently needed an appointment, I first saw Navdeep who referred me to Simona for my root canal. I was terrified of the dentist and asked to have all my treatment under sedation but both dentists reassured me I wouldn’t need it. Simona and her nurse made me feel so comfortable during all 3 of my appointments with them, by making sure the patient explained everything they were doing to do and having the music on to distract me. I will continue with Navdeep for the end of my treatment and see her going forward. I haven’t had to wait long periods of time between appointments and have always been met with friendly faces and leave completely pain free. Honestly cannot thank them enough for not only sorting my teeth out but also helping me get over my fear of the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Front teeth bonded by Iulia. My 4 front teeth were wonky. Iulia worked her magic and I am really happy with the results in just a few hours my teeth look straight and looks like I have have invisalign. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This review is for hygienist Krystyna Strutynska. Krystyna could put the most nervous patient at ease with her friendly manner. She also explained every step of the way what she was doing and did a truly amazing job in getting rid of the stains on my teeth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone and have already booked another appointment with her.

Fantastic experience: I have now completed months of extensive dental assessments and treatment by Safa Somi, who is a specialist prosthodontics. She was supported by Rosie, a dental nurse. I was referred by my dentist, due to the complexity of the work needed. I must say, I am very impressed with their skills, ability, and professionalism. From my initial appointment, Safa explained everything to me very clearly, as I embarked on my dental journey. She explained the entire process and kept me updated on every visit. I had many hours of treatment and was very fortunate that Rosie was such an organised, efficient, calm, and professional nurse. It was very evident how well Safa and Rosie worked together. I was very reassured by Rosie's ability, and had full confidence in her. The end result is better than I could have expected. Safa is very thorough and has great attention to detail. Safa has excellent communication skills, and her warm, personable approach was incredibly reassuring and supportive. I would highly recommend Safa and her services. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire dental team. Their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency were second to none. I couldn’t recommend their services more highly.

Fantastic experience: I have early stage gum desease. After my first consultation with Krystyna, the hygienist, she did a good job and provided valuable advice on how to clean my teeth. I was very pleased to find out in my second appointment that my gums are healthier. She is professional and friendly. I have already booked my next consultation with Krystyna.

Fantastic experience: This is our regular dentist that we all have pir check ups and I have always been pleased. But yesterday I was exceptionally impressed, my 7 child had a knock at school and her front tooth (milk) had been badly affected. It was twisted and very painful. I got an emergency appointment for the same evening, the lovely receptionist literally squeezed us in between appointments bless her, which we was so grateful for. Then we saw Annie the dentist. She was amazing, so warm and friendly ❤️ and really made my child feel at ease. She numbed the area with gel and whipped the tooth out. Honestly couldn't recommend this practice enough and Annie!

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic and was very disappointed with the service. I paid over £30 for a check-up, only to be told what I already knew about my dental concerns—no new insights or proper advice were offered. On top of that, I was told I needed an x-ray, which cost an additional £90. Since I was genuinely concerned about my gums, I felt I had no choice but to agree despite the steep price. The lack of guidance was frustrating, and I left feeling like the visit was more about profit than patient care. To make matters worse, I requested my notes and had to wait two months to receive them. This experience has left me questioning the clinic's professionalism and value for money. I would not recommend this service to others.

Negative experience: Not happy at all. I did a crown a two year ago and it came off. It's poor as my previous crown was done in a different place and lasted for 13 years on the same tooch!.They mentioned only now that there are different white crowns for different prices which would last longer, that information was not given before. I feel like they are only after peoples' money as i paid more than £2k for that, and I have to pay all over again ( God knows how long will that last, so I might go to a different place)

Fantastic experience: I've recently had the invisilin treatment where they recommended me to see the hygienist also Krystyna. After previous painful experiences elsewhere with a general check ups and clean ups, I was dreading it. However i could not believe how professional and delicate she was. She made sure I was comfortable with everything she was needing to do and gave me some excellent advice to ensure I keep my teeth looking and feeling healthy.

Fantastic experience: The service I have received from this dentist practice has been some of the best and most comfortable I have experienced. Due to poor previous experiences with dentists I have grown a bit of a dislike towards visits and it’s has made me put off visiting. However, since joining this one I have enjoyed the professionalism and honesty of each staff member. Fantastic experience: I recently completed a full mouth implant procedure and couldn’t be happier. Less than a year ago I barely had 2 teeth in my whole mouth and now I have a full set of beautiful strong teeth which has improved my confidence and day to day life significantly. Fantastic experience: I had 2 implants then a 4 tooth temporary bridge fitted immediately. Dr Safa Somi explained the procedure fully to me and a treatment plan was given to me before any work was done. During the procedure I didn’t feel any pain and Dr Somi was lovely and reassured me throughout as she knew I was nervous about the procedure. At the end of this appointment the temporary bridge already looked a lot better than the old crowns I had before! and the aftercare I received was fantastic. After a few months when my gums were ready Dr Somi fitted my permanent bridge. Her attention to detail is second to none. I am so happy and can’t stop smiling! If anybody is thinking about having an implant I would thoroughly recommend Dr Somi and the team.

Fantastic experience: As mentioned in other reviews, Lisa the hygienist has incredible people skills. She put me at ease immediately, and carried out her work with expertise and good humour. Brightened my day. Lisa has taken on hospitality as a part of her job and in a short appointment, she changes your perspective on going to the dentists in a very positive way.

Fantastic experience: Will be honest, dentists and I have not always seen eye to eye so was very apprehensive at the thought of visiting a hygienist and paying to have pain inflicted. But I needn't have worried as Lisa was fabulous, really personable, knowledgeable and made the whole experience painless, in fact we had a good natter and a giggle She gave me loads of tips to maintain better dental health. Must have been good as I've booked to return.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to The Harrow Dental Practice now for several years and have only had good experiences. My hygienist, Krystyna, has been brilliant and I've noticed a real change in my teeth and gums since seeing her. She's also a dab hand at using AirFlow to get rid of those stains you just can't remove with a toothbrush. I'm also going through Invisalign with Dr Aria and Maria who have both been very helpful so far. I'm really with the progress so far and have no doubt come next year when I finish my treatment, my smile will be transformed! Thanks to all the team

Negative experience: I will be forced to finish my Invisalign treatment as unfortunately for me I paid all up front. Otherwise I would of cancelled and refunded my money. I won’t be getting any further treatment here what so ever. The staff literally had a go at me over the phone telling things has been told to me during a consultation that did not happen!! I’ve been coming here 18 months and have always parked outside on the customer parking space but today the staff had a go at me and told me I had to park in Lidl. The last time I parked there I got a ticket for leaving the site £90 fine it cost me: and she stood there and argued with me that I was wrong. Then maybe she should pay my fine? I won’t be spoken to like this. Massively regret booking the invisilign. I was going to to use a half price clinic in london. But decided to stick with a real dentist that’s earning 50% more money from it, Never again. Oh and btw these things are extremely uncomfortable to wear. Don’t feel like they fit correctly as they are moving, Instantly regretting.

Fantastic experience: Had my Hygienist appt with Deborah on the 26 July, always a great visit, she is so kind and very good at what she does, I have recommended her to lots of people. Fantastic experience: my hygienist, Lisa is probably one of my favourite people that have worked on my teeth. i haven’t had many visits with her but she is so chatty and friendly. she shows you diagrams of what is happening inside your mouth - which is super helpful - and she gives you the option to put up your hand to make her stop if things are uncomfortable. i’m a nervous teenager and she easily put me at ease. she loves chatting with you and is great at recommending products for your teeth.

Fantastic experience: First visited Anisha Kaur August 22 for urgent treatment. I am very nervous but she put me at ease. Had 2 sessions under sedation but today had composite bonding on a tooth without sedation and this is all thanks to Anisha who put me at ease and talked me through it step by step. If you are a nervous patient then Anisha Kaur is the dentist for you.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for many years through anxiety and not having any issues. The time had come where I had to seek help as I had a broken tooth. I had an initial check with Dr Safa Somi, who put me right at ease as soon as she saw me. She had so much empathy and was just so kind in explaining everything including all my questions I had. After not seeing a dentist for many years, she didn't make me feel bad for it either. I now have a appointment to have my tooth out and hygienist. Everyone seems so nice too. So far, I would highly recommend anyone going here.

Fantastic experience: After a lot of research and consultations with several practices I decided to go with Harrow Dental for my Invisalign. I like that this practice has several dentist, good availability and services. My Invisalign journey has been great and with the support and advice from dentist Aun and nurse Mirela I feel that I have finally got the nice teeth I have yearned so long for. They have given me so much time to ensure the process is not rushed and that I maintain good heathy teeth and gums. I have also seen the hygienist who was fab and gave so much energy! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you are looking for that perfect teethy smile!

Fantastic experience: After having full jaw implant treatment in Spain which suddenly failed after nine years, I was highly recommended to Dr Safa at HDP and have been having ongoing treatment over several visits preparing for new implants. Dr Safa has kept me well informed at all stages, and where I have been unable to take it all in at the visit she has patiently and promptly answered all my questions by e mail, she is professional, caring and knowledgeable as are the other staff at the practise that I have met, during my appointments. My treatment is on going, and has included laser dentistry for advanced gum disease, the difference was amazing immediately.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment for a check up today,also I had a fractured front tooth. The receptionists are really nice, friendly and welcoming. The dentist I saw, Farhan Malik checked my teeth and said he would do the filling at next appt. Off I went, 2hrs later I got a call asking if I could go in as they could do the filling!! Brilliant dentist and dental assistant was lovely too.Service was amazing,really happy.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a great experience with Krystyna, a dental hygienist at The Harrow Dental Practice. She not only did an amazing job but was very informative and gave me great advice for keeping my teeth and gums health going forward. I always dread the dentist, who doesn’t, but she made me feel very comfortable and I have already booked my next appointment with her. Thank you very much Krystyna.

Fantastic experience: Just had my appointment with Lisa. I have been coming to the practise for many years. Lisa is always friendly and bubbly and very professional. I am also seeing Safa for treatment and she is lovely too. The whole team are friendly and professional and always put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and professional setting. Appointment on time and Dentist Nikhil and his team were very welcoming and polite. They took the time to explain things to me and offered me options on my treatment. Lot's of treatment options are available here, I'm very happy.

Positive experience: I have been using this dental practice for well over fifteen years now. I have always found them polite and well informed this goes for all staff, from the receptionist to dentists and hygienists (Lisa in particular) Getting a quick appointment, even for a check up can take a while sometimes, but you will generally get one for a time suited for you eventually. In conclusion, this not the cheap dental practice, but if is way above average in every respect (they do good dental implants too)

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental practice after having my implant sinus lift and bone graft done by the lovely Dr Safa this year. No pain whatsoever throughout the surgery and she made me feel at total ease. The healing is a little uncomfortable for a few days as expected with what I had done, but I never had any bruising as she used this new technology which helps to reduce the swelling and bruising. I them received my hygiene clean by the lovely called Lisa and she did a grand job and even sent me away with some little cleaning tools to use. Thank you Harrow Dental practice

Fantastic experience: Lisa is the best hygienist. I have been going to her at Harrowlodge for Years. My teeth always come out shiney. I have a lot of Dad jokes that I need to laugh at when I am at work. So clean teeth come in handy! Lisa can make your teeth Dad joke ready!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Aria for possible treatment to some skin problems which included Seborrheic Keratosis on my temples on either side of by forehead. After a consultation it was agreed that was possible, which was carried out soon afterwards. Some four later, the dead skin stated to fall off, and on the fifth day the rest of the dead skin had now fallen off. Now exposing my natural skin which I haven't seen for a number of years now. Well done to Dr Aria and his team, many thanks once again.

Fantastic experience: I developed TMJ in March this year which was honestly the worst medical condition I have ever suffered with. The pain was unbearable, I couldn’t eat or sleep and it was having a huge impact on my life. I decided to see an expert and met with Dr Aria, who diagnosed TMJ and set out a treatment plan which was laser treatment. I visited Dr Aria and team periodically for treatment and there was a dramatic improvement after just the first session and after completing treatment I now suffer from no pain. I cannot thank Dr Aria and team enough - I have my life back!

Fantastic experience: I have been undergoing my Invisalign journey with the Harrow Dental Practice for a few months now and the quality of service has been great. From the start, Dr. Aun, Dr. Aria and Nurse Mirela have all been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and have put me at ease throughout. The receptionists are all helpful and welcoming too! Fantastic experience: I recently had reason to attend the Harrow Dental Practice, as I needed root canal treatment. I had an appointment to see Miss Simon Loghin. After her initial examination, she succinctly explained her findings, & her plan of treatment to me. I found that Miss Loghin & her dental nurse Mirela, were both highly professional, & went out of their way to make a very anxious patient feel at ease. I felt extremely satisfied with the treatment I received & would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've had Navdeep as my dentist for over ten years and she's always made sure I'm relaxed before starting as I always used to be nervous. Whenever I come for any kind of appointment the staff are very friendly and polite along with Nurse Elona, I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist.
