Fantastic experience: What a wonderful dental practice all staff are very polite and professional. I must give huge credit to Gregory and Roberta who are literally like two movie characters especially Gregory he's such a charasmatic figure who goes above and beyond to ensure that the patients leave satisfied. I really love how they treat their patients I genuinely felt like I was in movie whilst Gregory and Roberta treated my teeth I couldn't believe it. This is hands down the best dentist I ever visited. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the service I had been receiving since I started my root canal treatment, filling and dental hygiene is excellent, the staff are so accommodating, bravo Anjali, I was thinking I’m going to missed my appointment whilst coming so late and thanks for your helpful service.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists where kind and helpful, and the Dentist and Nurse were kind, gentle and excellent communicators. The Denist put me at ease and made me feel safe by thoroughly reviewing my health history and being very knowledgeable on how the complexities of my health impact dental care. The Dentist also diagnoised an issue I have had for a while and gave me a good thoroughly explained treatment plan.

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars I would give them, horrendously service, robbers. I will report you to the Dental Department Clinics with the Council and NHS. Let’s make them close down they harm all of us in the area. I am still suffering. They destroy all my teeth’s front who didn’t needed adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have Mrs Beatriz Sanchez as my dentist. I say it with pride because anyone who knows me knows that I don't like going to the dentist. I have previously been afraid of going to the dentist because a bad experience I had years ago and prior coming to creekside, I was ridiculed for my dental hygiene so, I already assumed that all dentists lacked empathy and care. Well, don't judge before you try is all I can say! I've had a tooth extraction, a denture and a referral. I was well informed and was told my options by Mrs Beatriz before both treatments. I have never felt so cared for and safe. I recommend that Creekside is the place for your treatments. Even my children come and love their appointments. Thank you so much for your care x

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this dentist for over 10 years and I’ve always had the most amazing service from the dentists and reception staff I would specifically like to mention my hygiene cleans from Anjali have been fantastic. My teeth have never felt and looked cleaner. I can’t stop looking at my teeth in the mirror. I highly recommend her and this practice!

Negative experience: Horrendous service. Had a dental check up 1 year ago. Doctor put in a referral to a hospital as they were unable to conduct the procedure. Called 3 and 6 months later to follow up on the referral. After calling them back again 1 year later, they say the dentist has left and they’re not sure if the referral was put in to begin with. Absolutely disgraceful staff

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned and it was good and painless! The dentist was very friendly and my teeth look amazing and super healthy! They offered another way of cleaning that would be faster and more precise called “Air Flow”, it would be more expensive tho so I didn’t take it.

Negative experience: They botched my root canal filing i went there 3 times after the filing in pain and all 3 times i left in pain and one time with infection i was told that they cant fix what they done i wasnt giving antibiotic and im in pain 1 month no sleeping and swollen and i need to wait for referal for specialist or to extract it there was not even an attempt of cleaning the place or puting antibiotic because i have infection which i can taste the dentist is clearly very poorly educated because most of my problems she says oh i cant do that i cant do this all they can do is get money from the goverment for nothing if you appreciate your teeth and9 dont.want to lose them avoid this place the worst dentist in london absolute idiots that dont care about the patients at all dont go there

Fantastic experience: I had my very first hygienist appointment today with Anjali. She was great and my teeth felt very clean after! Abigail was absolutely brilliant at helping me feel calm and reassuring me throughout the appointment.

Fantastic experience: This has been my usual practice for a while now when it comes to hygiene or dentist/check up. I'm very happy with the treatments and people working there, always very kind and helpful. Special mention to Anjali and Abigail, they truly are amazing, their care, good vibes and support amazed me specially on a Sunday early morning. First time I come out of a dental clinic happier than when I got in :)

Negative experience: If it was possible not to give a star, I would. Very unhelpful staff who have lost all forms of humanity. Called to say I was running late due to traffic and I would be about 6mins late got there 7 minute late and I was turned back.The staff said I was 7 mins late instead of the 6 mins i said when I called. Pure wickedness!I told them I'm a medical person and I see patients based on appointments. I would never turn a patient back just because they are a minute late. Very shameful! and unacceptable behavior! Where is compassion and kindness in this!

Negative experience: The worst denist I have had the unfortunate experience with. One particular denist (female) spoke to you like you were beneath her,she like to point out out how much each treatment cost. I was made to feel like an hindrance. When asked if I could switch denist as I didn't feel comfortable with that particular denist it was told in so many word No! When called to say I will be late for my appointment due to a bus crash,and I was stuck in traffic I would be 20-30 mins late to my appointment,the appointment was cancelled, tried rebook and told I was no longer on the list due to missing an appointment in 2021! And this time in 2024! Because a late show is considered as a no show! That is reason for removing me. They Lack care,and judging by the staff turnover its the same to their employees In all honesty it has done me a favour,I put off looking for a new dentist because it was convenient, but I can now look for a new denist because really this practice hasn't been the same since the original dentist left.

Fantastic experience: This dental practise is just great. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The dentist explains every thing to you very experienced and polite. He explained the procedures and the costs gave the options to say yes or no and to talk about it.

Negative experience: I called to let them know I was running late to my appointment and they didn’t pick up the phone for almost 20 minutes. No apology for the late response or nothing. The receptionist was incredibly rude. I was later told that I would be deregistered if I missed the next one because I didn’t give them 48 hours notice but that is impossible as I didn’t know I was going to be late. So unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I have my dental and hygienist appointments here. The clean and polish with airflow by Anjali is very good and leaves your teeth feeling great.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth whitened with Dr Pinedo and the results were absolutely fantastic, it’s a really natural finish. He was really helpful and as it was my first time whitening I felt very reassured following all his advice.

The dentist was of good humour and made the experience as enjoyable as it could be given the circumstances! Fantastic experience: This might be the first time I've ever left a google review, but I honestly had a truly unexpected experience that I would give 6 stars if I could. I signed up for Creekside Dental and explained about a broken molar. They immediately told me they would squeeze me in at 5.30pm that afternoon for an emergency filling. Afterwards I was seen every couple of weeks as a root canal was performed, and then a mould taken before a crown was implanted. Dr Pinedo was extremely pleasant and kept the whole thing light-hearted and yet I could tell he took the job seriously. The entire process was a complete success and I have a new tooth that fits perfectly. Dr Pinedo's assistants were great every visit as well. The reception staff were always helpful, and happy to help rearrange appointments when needed. Overall a very good experience and I won't hesitate to go back in a few months when I'm due a check up.

Negative experience: The manager at this practice is awful, does not listen and care about patients. I have been with this practice for years even before the renovation of the practice. I have always paid for my treatment but I have gotten a fine letter due to a change in circumstance and that I wasn’t informed about and same goes for my family member that has been with the practice for years. The feedback I got from the manager was, putting it bluntly: “it’s not our concern, just pay the fine.” It is very disappointing and frustrating. Honestly, the dentist and receptionist were very kind and supporting and I wish the best for them.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today scheduled for an hour. It was for a deep filling where the cavity was very close to but not yet touching the pulp and root canals of the tooth. Of course a bit anxious before going in but Dr Pinedo put me at ease with his kind and constant reassuring approach. Always explaining the steps he’s taking which I like and even lets you make some music requests. Was super efficient and what should normally take an hour was completed in 40 min where he even cleaned my teeth as goodwill to finish. My kids and wife also go to this practice too and always come back happy with the service. Especially the stickers for the kids. Exactly what you would want in a dentist and clinic. Thanks again.

Negative experience: This place is questionable. COMPLETE MESS!!!! They either book you in for an appointment, send a confirmation text then cancel without notice or waiting until you show up and say Oops! Appointments cancelled by the system and only 1 dentist available . COMPLETE MESS!!!!!!
