Fantastic experience: Came in for a root canal. Lasted 1h 40m and it was entirely painless. My fitness watch thought I had a 1h 10m nap Had headphones in with a podcast... Great staff, lovely facilities.

Fantastic experience: Upon joining this outstanding dental practice last year, I was fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Frazer Robertson. As a new patient feeling quite anxious, I was warmly greeted by the lovely, friendly reception staff, who went above and beyond to help me feel at ease while I waited. Dr. Robertson always saw me on time for my appointments and always greeted me warmly, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my treatments. While Dr. Robertson was on holiday, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Christine Brooks. I can genuinely say she is one of the loveliest, kindest and most caring individuals and medical professionals I have ever encountered. Along with her wonderful assistant Cath, they have made me feel like part of their family and treated me with the highest level of care and support that any patient could ever want. Their incredible friendly and positive approach is second to none and you would go a long way to beat the care and service this amazing team provide. Going to the dentist is no longer an anxious and traumatic experience for me. Each and every one of the staff here, from the reception staff, dental nurses, assistants and the dentists themselves, are incredibly patient, kind, supportive and consistent in their care. Negative experience: I have rewritten this review again (to clarify the point on the costs) because of a terrible drop in customer care since my first few visits. I spent quite a lot of money with Bamber Bridge Dental Care on veneers and whitening products and on the whole , I was happy with this. Fast forward a couple of years and I have an abscess, causing me a lot of pain. I visit and this time it isn’t Dr Victor but another dentist, who refuses to give me a prescription for antiobiotics, telling me they won’t work and that I need to spend over £1000 to get a crown and root canal done and I need it done urgently. I thought that sounded excessive so the next day I went to an emergency dentist and guess what? They said I needed antibiotics and thank god they did, because by this time I was in excruciating pain. To cut a long story short, I managed to go to a non-nhs dentist and have the crown (and root canal) done for £330. Bamber Bridge Dental CARE, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I did receive calls from the proprietor and I am not satisfied with the explaination. I intend to seek advice.

Fantastic experience: I have used Bamber Bridge Dental Care for the last 25+ years, always had professional and friendly care back then. The staffing might not be the same now, but you can expect to recieve the same kind of care. I was a bit nervous about having someone new for a tooth extraction, but Frazer was very polite, explained the options available and the steps involved.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental implant started yesterday with Jamil and his team. Excellent experience wirh no pain during. Excellent hygene throughout the procedure. Great aftercare advice. Looking forward to completing the implant. 10 weeks later, I had the implant completed. Very happy with the new tooth and the service that Jamil and his assistent gave me. Fantastic experience: After years of seeing other dentists with no definite answers, Frazer quickly identified the issues I’ve been having with a couple of my teeth and explained everything in detail which put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Not been to a dentist for 20 odd years but the moment I walked in the friendly receptionist made me feel at ease. Upon seeing the dentist he again made me relaxed and put all my fears to rest. My treatment was relatively pain free and quick. He gave me excellent after care advise and made me sure to get in touch if I experience any pain over the coming days. Absolutely thrilled to give this review and would not hesitate to recommend the practice to everyone. Hello again Been back today for a general clean up and hygiene tidy up. After 20 years or so since my last clean up I was a bit apprehensive to say the least. But like my previous visit last month upon walking through the door I was met by friendly and welcoming staff which made me feel at ease. Kirsty the hygienist came in with a big smile and explained what was going to happen in stages. It is not the greatest feeling with the water, suction and scraping going on in your mouth and no matter what you do you cannot really drift away and forget what is going on. Kirsty advised me to raise my hand if I needed a break from my treatment at any time. I did this occasionally and Kirsty was happy to stop and for me to have a little break. No rushing me, no pressure to get the treatment done. Overall pain free always uncomfortable but the staff in this practice are very caring and understanding. Again I would recommend this practice to all and sundry and is not like the dentist of old. Back next week for a filling. Thanks one and all 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: The service I’ve received has been amazing. From the minute I explained my concerns I was given different options to achieve my desired results all within a reasonable price range with the option of finance if it was needed. I undertook Invisalign teeth straightening, whitening and eventually composite bonding to perfect my smile. From start to finish I expressed that i wanted to say true to my natural teeth in shape and size and that’s exactly what I got, it has given me so much confidence and knowing I have full support going forward with any issues is worth every penny. Fantastic experience: I had such a fantastic experience at my recent dental visit! I went in for a hygiene cleaning and a filling, and from start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Jen, the hygienist, was absolutely lovely. She took the time to explain everything before starting, which made me feel completely at ease. Throughout the procedure, she was incredibly professional and reassuring, always checking in on my comfort and responding with such kindness to any discomfort. Her nurse, Beth, was also wonderful, friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even smoother. After my cleaning, I had a filling done with Dr. Jamil and his nurse, Charlotte. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Jamil was great at answering all my questions. He kept the atmosphere light with some small talk, which helped make the experience more comfortable. Charlotte was also lovely, ensuring everything was taken care of with care and professionalism. A special touch was Jen checking in on me again in the lobby after my filling to see how everything went; such a thoughtful gesture that truly showed how much they care about their patients. Overall, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The whole team was warm, professional, and incredibly skilled. Positive experience: Visit to see Christine for filling etc. Usual very high standard from Christine and the rest of the team. I am a bit disappointed that a few antibiotics (Amoxicillin 500mg TDS for 7 days ) cost £9. I was able to fill same drug and prescription for £2.50 at ASDA pharmacy. Feel like I am being ripped off and can’t see a reason for it .

Fantastic experience: Thank goodness I managed to see Kirsty (hygienist) yesterday. there's nothing like a good old probe with the plaque remover to make your teeth feel really clean, the water jets used by other hygienists just don't hack it especially when you you have sensitive gums. Negative experience: Seems to be new receptionists all young girls, with no customer service care. There was no greeting and no smiles, if it wasn't for Christine my dentist & her nurse Cath I don't think I would be going back. They are wonderful ladies and so professional with always a cheery smile, they make me feel very confident in having treatment ! That is the only reason I gave 2 one each for Christine & Cath. Reception is the first port of call and if that is not right then you have already lost half the battle. Good looks don't always last !

After not going to the dentist for 10 plus years and not being able to smile properly I can finally say that thanks to the fabulous duo Christine & Cath I can finally smile with a full set of teeth.
