Fantastic experience: I have been going to Shilpa for my dental hygiene for several years now. Shilpa always does an excellent job, she carefully examines all the teeth and gums and suggests improvements to my ongoing at home cleaning. Shilpa then cleans thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: I was offered an afternoon dental appointment at short notice. Everyone was very kind and treated me well especially the Dental Practitioner. I have been going to Rickmansworth Clinic for some time now for another treatments. They have always been very courteous.

Negative experience: Terrible place. Had bad pain all weekend and went in for an emergency appointment yesterday to be told I had food trapped in my gum, seen clearly in the scan. They could see the inflammation, so likely infected and yet did nothing. Told me to come back in 4 days for a for a hygiene clean! I have since read the food should have been removed during the app. as it can cause infection or absess, not to mention the pain im in. Been awake since 4am with the pain and now having to find another dentist for an emergency to get it removed. Cared more about getting me back to pay for another treatment than actually treating the issue that was already paid for.

Thank you to him and his nurse for being so kind, patient and professional with me, I really appreciate the respect and support they provide especially me being a highly anxious person especially when it comes to dentists. I put off getting my teeth straightened for years as I didn’t want to do anything to jeopardize the health of my teeth, but I shouldn’t have worried. Fantastic experience: I had been insecure about my smile for quite a few years, my teeth were crooked and i had broken a front one, which had a bad filling in and i was self-conscious of. Before being recommended to Sav, I had seen two other Invisalign providers, but neither of them filled me with confidence. I was concerned that if my teeth were straightened, I would have huge gaps near the gums between my teeth, but this wasn't explained to me how this would be addressed. When i met Sav, the first thing he asked me is what I didn't like and what my concerns were. he spent ages talking me through the process step by step and answering all my concerns by not only explaining, but also showing me case studies that had the same sort of issues as i had. I walked out of there feeling confident and all my fears relieved. So although yes, i could of gotten it done cheaper, the peace of mind Sav gave me was worth its weight in gold. On top of this, I had expected that I would need two veneers and had costed for this, however as we got to the end Sav decided we didn't need to do that and that he could just replace the bad filling with a new one to blend it in and match my other healthy tooth and the results are amazing, you cant tell that one isn't real! I really do think this highlights how honest and passionate Sav is, alot of people still would of done the two veneers to make more money out of me but Sav prioritised not only giving me the best results but also me saving money. I recommend him to everyone I speak to. He's the best!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the practice is lovely, Natalie always gives a warm welcome with a big smile. I cannot fault Ricky and Ana they know how apprehensive I am about my visits but they always have a good laugh with me to settle my nerves and are conscious of my sensory overloads. Even when I moved away I still come because of the first class service I receive from everyone.

Today i had a wonderful Hydra facial with Bex . Beds hydra facials are highly recommended with amazing results, I asked for some skin advice which was as always clear and concise, not over complicated . Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of the Rickmansworth Clinic for a while now and am always very happy with the service I receive. I have just completed a course of Dermapen to help reduce hyper-pigmentation. Unfortunately, the pigmentation is still evident however, my skin texture overall has improved and appears much more hydrated. Demapen treatments are not cheap and not terribly comfortable but they definitely do improve your skin.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to the Rickmansworth Clinic for years now for our routine teeth examination and cleaning. The team there are always so friendly. I've had Amanda for teeth cleaning and she is so brilliant and gentle and Dr Ricky for examination, he is very knowledgeable and thorough and so very friendly. Dr Ricky is extremely patient and so good with all three of my boys who are 7,7,9 - and my boys love him and feel comfortable going to the dentist to be seen by him which is excellent and so important. The dental hygeniests Shiloh and Amanda are careful and considerate when cleaning my teeth and also offer helpful advice, without nagging! Anna the dental nurse is so kind and lovely. Lastly, Dr Koran and Dr Ricky are really good dentists and are always mindful of the fact that I can be a nervous patient! I highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have recently returned to The Rickmansworth Clinic having been dissatisfied with my nhs dentist. I am a very nervous patient but over the last few months Dr Ricky has worked hard to stabilise my teeth. He takes time to explain the treatment prior to starting and at each step of the way. He constantly checks that i am comfortable and puts me at complete ease. The dental nurses always have a smile and extremely supportive. The treatment rooms are large and with day light (this is important to me). The reception staff headed by Natalie are helpful and caring. All staff at the Clinic are professional.

I got in contact and booked a consultation, I have to say from the very first point of contact to finishing the treatment, I was always made to feel welcome and valued by the staff there, The clinic itself is really nice, Sav in particular who was looking after me with my Invisalign gave me all the information and also recommendations based on my best interest, he and all of his team members went above and beyond for me and this is what has made the difference for me. Invisalign is an investment, which you can done at loads of different locations, But the service I got here was spot on, So much so, I actually signed up there for my usual dental appointments too, even though my normal dentist was walking distance from my house. In terms of the results from the Invisalign process, I’m over the moon, my teeth and smile have transformed and I was able to smile with confidence at our wedding last June Huge thank you to Sav and the team. Fantastic experience: I visited Sav after a recommendation from a friend who had composite bonding and had a great experience. From the moment I met Sav I felt completely at ease and I knew he was 100% committed to giving me the results I wanted. I had Invisalign and whitening and will be returning for composite bonding soon. The whole process was made so simple and I could not be happier with my results. Fantastic experience: Sav was my dentist at the Rickmansworth Clinic for my Invisalign journey - the package I had included wisdom tooth extraction, straightening, bonding for four teeth, whitening and a permanent brace on my bottom teeth. Fantastic experience: I've been with the Rickmansworth Clinic for Dental work for a while now following a recommendation from a friend. My previous lovely dentist had retired, and after a number of bad experiences as a child which made me frightened of visiting a dentist, I was avoiding finding a new dentist. Since the recommendation I've had a consistently good experience (with the odd exception of some interim dentists who disappeared quickly!). Special call out to Shilpa the Hygienist who has gently educated and encouraged me to clean my teeth properly. Ricky and Michail have also been very supportive over an unpleasant but essential course of treatment recently. And I must also mention the team on reception. Natalie and Bex are always cheerful and efficient at arranging some rather complex appointment schedules. I've recently moved out of the area, but am reluctant to change dentists, so while the current team are there, I will be too.

Fantastic experience: Sav and the team have been great absolutely amazing!! I’m so happy with my Invisalign results☺️ Working during the week I was worried I’d struggle to get appointments but I’ve always managed to get weekends or evenings! Sav has been so helpful too- I feel confident I can message him with any problems (even if I sound stupid) and he always replies super quick with such professional advice! Would definitely recommend!!

Negative experience: I would steer clear of this practice! I have been a customer of the practice for many years but since Nisheal left, things have gone horribly wrong! This is a collection of generalist and specialist dentists working in the same practice but not talking to each other. I think I have seen almost all of them in the last year! And no one knows what the other did or is doing. Many of them are only in once or twice a month, which makes getting appointments almost impossible! If you want a quick routine check-up to be told to floss more, you should be fine. If you need anything more complex, I would steer well clear. Particularly if you need an implant - definitely don’t go through it here - probably one of my worst medical experiences!! Confusing mixed messages and extortionate! And having moved to a different dentist now, I have realised this practice was ripping me off on pricing too. I paid a fortune for whitening which simply didn’t work, despite using it for 2 months! I would like to give a shout out to Natalie and the other receptionists - they are amazing but they are not backed up by the dentists!

Fantastic experience: Wow. I can't recommend this Clinic enough. From the Customer Service at the Reception to the amazing Dr. Rakesh Sharma who did a phenomenal job removing a very painful and stubborn back tooth. He talked me through the process, engaging my understanding at each step of the process. I was able to relax and just let him get on with the job. I expected to be in severe agony after the extraction (Based on past experience). But thank God no pain. And within a few hours my mouth felt "normal" as if nothing had happened. Everything Dr. Sharma told me was spot on. Keep up the good work. And thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth whitened with Sav at The Rickmansworth Clinic - the process was seamless and the results were great (white!). I have been seeing Sav for various aesthetic and dental items over the past few years and couldn't recommend the practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Rickmansworth Clinic for a few years now (for dentistry rather than aesthetics) after a long period of neglecting my teeth. Natalie and the front of house team are very professional and always eager to help. Despite my initial scepticism about using a hygienist, Shilpa is calm and reassuring (were it not for her, I would skip a visit to the hygienist). Last but not least, I have utmost confidence in Dr Shah who has transformed the health and appearance of my teeth. Not only is he great at his job but he will push back if I suggest that extra work should be done. The measure of my confidence in the Clinic is that I have to travel for 90+ minutes to get there (and then back).

Fantastic experience: It is fair to say that, over the decades, I had dreadful teeth. My wife called them old man’s teeth. Many were missing and others were almost worn down to the nerve. Ricky has images of the before although the pictures might frighten those of a nervous disposition. Then catastrophe during lockdown. Two crowns broke off right down to the gum. There was now a gap right in the middle front. So I visited Rickmansworth Clinic to investigate what could be done. First I saw Michail who recommended implants. First the two roots had to be extracted and a bone graft to the front tooth. I decided that there was not much point having two nice implants when the remaining teeth were so awful so I saw Ricky who started a major rebuild. I even saw Michail about another implant. With Michail and Ricky liasing with each other, I now have three implants, all teeth have been crowned and a denture to fill the gap bottom right. It took a long time; it sometimes felt like I had moved into the premises, but was well worth it. I now have a full set of teeth for the first time in years. I have even started smiling to people, although I try not to overdo this. What can I say about the staff at the Clinic. I found everybody to be friendly, professional and helpful. Michail and Ricky are two really great guys and are really artists in their field. I would certainly recommend the Rickmasworth Clinic to everybody.

Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic which was recommended by my daughter. The place is lovely and the receptionists are so welcoming and very helpful. I saw a dentist called Dr Savan. Very lovely man has a lot of time for his patients. I came here as I was not happy with my front teeth. I had originally a crown which I wasn’t happy with now. Dr savan went through a lot of options with me as I didn’t have a clue what o wanted. Firstly I had my teeth whitened using at home whitening which i definitely would recommend as I got great results. I then went back and I had scans and pictures taken which would show me before and after would look like. This was a very thorough process as I know Dr Savan is a perfectionist by the way he was explaining to me how my teeth will look and what I should go for. My 4 front teeth didn’t match so I had a new crown and 3 veneers over the other teeth. After several visits as I had temporary ones in first which then even looked amazing. I had my permanent ones fitted. The transformation to my teeth and smile are amazing and I’m so happy with the results. Dr savan and the clinic have been amazing. Would highly recommend this clinic as you will not be disappointed by the results

The Invisalign programme took just over 8 months (exactly as predicted) and throughout that time every single dealing with Sav and the whole team has been exemplary.
