Fantastic experience: Second time I've attended for a tooth extraction. I was seen early and the tooth was out really quickly - a very efficient and professional service. I have no qualms about going there again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. From the first voice on reception everything was clearly explained and all instructions were made easy to follow. Digital informaton sent was again made easy to complete with simple, clear instruction were given. On arrival we had a warm welcome and were quickly put at ease. The nursing staff were again excellent and very professional. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me and the dentist was absolutely first class. Friendly, reassuring and very pleasant personality. Lastly, the after care service was excellent. Clear instructions on aftercare at home were given with clear advice on pain management if needed. When I arrived 15 minutes late and had unfortunately missed my appointment, I was met at reception by Casey. Instead of being judgmental or dismissive, Casey was incredibly kind, a great listener, and made me feel truly heard and understood. Her helpful and solution-oriented approach meant my dental issue was addressed quickly. My treatment was carried out three days later by Dr. Daniel, who not only demonstrated exceptional skill but also took the time to ensure I was comfortable and at ease . Their kindness and professionalism are deeply appreciated. Thank you so much to the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start. Nightingale is the BEST! dental clinic. From the receptionist to the lady that took my weight and height, to the lady that did the x-ray and the guy that gave me advice about aftercare. I saved the best for the last the Dentist!!!! Oh my God he is such a caring father, calmed me down, told me what to expect from the extraction and to top it all, I was there lying diwn with the goggles on my eyes and my mouth numb then he comes opened my mouth, I felt a touch on the tooth and the next thing he gave me my extracted tooth. I did not even know when he pulled it out. Thank you so so much Dentist. God bless you and all your staff. You're a life saver especially given the pain that I've gone through in the last 3 weeks. Fantastic experience: AMAAAAAAZING!!!! I was so scared and nervous to get my tooth taken out under sedation. Due to my past history. surgical denstist can’t remember his name but he was Scottish. And the other staff who gave me the sedative drug was so amazing. Very patient and caring. I was sedated but aware of everything. Only felt a tiny scratch when the local anaesthetic was being administered but honestly it was amazing. I am so happy after my infected cracked tooth was removed. Thanks so much

Positive experience: I got my braces done by Claire in 2015, she is amazing and always welcomed me in with the biggest smile. She made me feel comfortable at all times. Today I remembered her and wanted to share my feedback about her. My experience has always been so smooth apart from a receptionist who was South East Asian, long black hair and was so rude to me, no manners. Every appointment she would insist I needed to make payment and would look at me with a rude face. I felt embarrassed and repeated many times that on the system should appear that I already paid the deposit previously and also fully paid the remaining balance. She always looked down on me and I will never forget how uncomfortable she made me feel each time I visited. I hope she has changed. Overall, everyone is nice and approachable. It's sad that because of that one person, I will never forget how humiliating she made me feel, despite 10 years after.

Fantastic experience: I had a very broken and painful tooth out under sedation yesterday 11/07/25. The team could not have been better, every single person, from the anaesthetist, the dentist, the nurses, the receptionists -wonderful. As a really nervous patient they put me at my ease, explaining everything to me and before I knew it, it was done and I was out in recovery. It's just a shame that they are a specialist clinic or I would go there for all my dental work. A huge thank you to everyone

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Ben Marlow for a consultation regarding orthodontic treatment. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Marlow was exceptionally thorough throughout the consultation. He clearly explained all of my treatment options and took the time to answer my follow-up questions afterward. A very professional and reassuring experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely smashin service.. we came in for a consultation.. they realised we needed a extraction.. we asked if we can hav it done today instead of coming in agian on another day.. the ladies at the counter requested to the dentist n she fit us in with only a 15mins wait.. well chuffed brilliant service..

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on the 14th as someone who is terrified of needles and generally get quite anxious around the dentist. I have sedated tooth extraction, i had to get 4 out and let me tell you i didnt remember any of it, the surgery went so smoothly, quickly and they were lovely. Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing, and I’m so impressed! I was really nervous and even stalled my appointment a few times, but the dentist I had was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Aurora was a wonderful reassurance and held my hand the whole time, thank you so much. Negative experience: Would give -5 if I could! Terrible experience for tooth extraction. Under conscious sedation the dentist yanked and tugged and pulled at my tooth whilst trying to extract it! He was also pressing his other hand forcefully on my cheek ( which was unnecessary) causing even more pain. The pain was immense and consent. The machine was not set up properly for me to inhale! Terrible

Positive experience: I waited more than 40 minutes to be seen for my appointment because their outdated computer system failed to inform the dentists that I had arrived. I sat in the waiting room while others who had just arrived were seen. The two dentists who performed my treatment were exceptional and apologetic for the wait. Very professional and I was not sat in the dentist chair for long. They took care of my teeth and were adaptive to my needs.

Fantastic experience: Writing this literally after 5 mins taking my top wisdom tooth out. I couldn't get the names of the Doctor but his initials were DPVDW and a nurse with him both were very very professional and extracted my tooth within 30 seconds I felt no pain whatsoever highly recommend this clinic they know what the are doing thank you so much guys I am literally shocked as to how fast and easy procedure was I walked in and within 60 seconds I was back out pain free once again thank you both

Fantastic experience: 21.2.2025. I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Dr. Gerard Gillan for the extraction of two wisdom teeth, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Gillan's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. His kindness and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. Dr. Gillan took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, ensuring I understood every step and addressing any concerns I had. His calm and reassuring approach made me feel safe and comfortable during the entire treatment. She is always so caring and amazing at her work , both our children look forward to their visits and not filled with dread! Reception staff are always friendly and helpful . Fantastic experience: I had my impacted wisdom tooth taken out by Dr.Gillan under conscious sedation. It was a difficult procedure but I was lucky to get Dr.Gillan as he performed this surgery with precision and care. He made sure to explain the risks of the procedure, gave us options to explore and told us everything and more we needed to know. After the procedure too he was in touch with me and my husband and quickly answered all our questions and concerns. It is the best dental clinic I have been to. The staff is really nice and welcoming too. 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: After paying almost £2000 for the braces and an additional fee for a permanent metal retainer, I encountered several issues that I believe should have been handled more professionally. When my braces were removed, my teeth were still out of place, and I had to return for a further adjustment, which finally corrected the issue. Later, the metal retainer came off unexpectedly, and though you reapplied it free of charge, I was made to feel as though it was my fault. The retainer you fitted only covered my two front teeth, despite your initial advice that it couldn’t cover more due to my overbite. Later, you informed me that it could, in fact, cover four teeth but said I would need to pay an additional £100 for this adjustment. This seems unfair, given that I had already paid for the retainer and followed your professional judgment. The retainer then broke again well before its expected lifespan of six years. At this point, I decided to have it removed due to ongoing frustration with its failure and the overall handling of my treatment. I believe the initial judgment on the fitting of the retainer was incorrect, and I should not be charged for the adjustments needed to fix these errors. not good.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were lovely. Was really easy to find. They looked after me very well and I was out within an hour of my appointment time

Negative experience: I had a tooth out from here a while back and it was honestly a traumatic experience. The Dentist who took it out was so heavy handed, I know they have a lot of people to see in a day but, honestly he literally ripped my tooth out there was no care involved at alI. I had previously gone private to get a tooth out before and it was a completely different experience. I still have issues untill now with the area that tooth that was taken out from. MY ADVICE: IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO GO PRIVATE FOR THESE SORTS OF THINGS THEN DEFINITELY DO SO!

Fantastic experience: I had extractions of 4 teeth last week because I’m getting braces soon iA. From the moment I was called by the nurse I felt as though I was in very safe hands, despite me being nervous. From the sedationist to the nurse and the oral surgeon, everyone was so nice to me. They began by talking to me about my plans for educations, etc and soon thereafter explained that once the needle for the sedation was in I would feel very drowsy within 1-2 minutes. They were still chatting to me as I went under the sedation, and I don’t remember a single thing of the extractions! Next thing I remember (barely!) was being in the bed and recovery area, and next thing I know I was home! There are varying degrees of pain and discomfort that come with extractions in the days following afterwards, which is normal, but the team made sure everything went so well and painless on the day!

Fantastic experience: Practice is very clean and well organised. Staff are friendly, professional and good with kids. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I just took my foster son to his appointment and was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the receptionist infront of my son. She had no customer service skills and was abrupt and this was an awful experience. If management would like to contact me I can explain further. This is not acceptable thankyou Roxy.

Negative experience: My wife’s extraction of three teeth was painful, she normally has very good pain tolerance but this was out the ordinary, the dental surgeon yanked at 2 of the teeth slightly cutting the lip because they kept putting pressure on the cheek to try and wedge it out with a screwdriver type of extraction tool, she was waving her hands and moaning with pain, not really recommended at all, I’ve had my fathers 2 teeth out from another dental surgery and they were so good that my father didn’t even know they were taken out, getting back to the nightingale clinic, we were referred by My Dentist on longbridge road barking, we won’t be using them either, they are not good anymore, I also will not be using them anymore either

Fantastic experience: The loveliest professionals I’ve ever met. I had to get a surgery and was extremely nervous about it but the surgeon and the nurses did absolutely everything to make me feel comfortable and safe. The clinic is small and that makes it feel much less intimidating than a big hospital, and it is also very quiet, which helped me feel more at ease. Very grateful for having been referred to this place and the amazing people that work here ❤️

Fantastic experience: Recently had a tooth extraction here after referral from my normal dentist. All staff I met from reception team, nurses and dentists were all very professional and made me feel at ease. Extraction was all explained to me and the actual treatment was pain-free and very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and understanding staff, took my niece here and she was extremely anxious and was panicking quite a lot, but they assured her about the sedation she would be having. Very clean and airy waiting room, all dental staff are very calm gentle putting my niece in a slightly calmer mood

Fantastic experience: I reluctantly had a back tooth removed under sedation after a tooth, which had root canal and a crown fitted, developed problems. I was dreading the extraction as I had a wisdom tooth removed once and it was absolutely gruesome. My husband came with me as is required for sedation. The dental surgeons were very friendly and professional. I don’t recall a thing. No unnecessary bleeding, no swelling to speak of - just fab!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the clinic from my dentist to have treatment she could not do , I got a text to make an appointment to the clinic so I made a phone call and spoke to Casey who was so helpful and explained the process and I got an appointment. Fantastic experience: i have been to the Nightingale clinic a couple of times for dental treatment, and tbh i have never had an issue - OK previously when ive been there have been a few mess up with getting back to me regarding appointments but that being a trivial side of things when you're of course going for physical treatment. the reception staff are friendly and always open with you at all times. the girl who booked me in is who i tend to get when i call up (i can tell by the accent and voice) - but she is always professional. the dentist that i saw on the day of my extraction was AMAZING - i have no idea of his name but he was from Scotland - so if you get a Scottish dentist your in good hands! i went in for IV sedation which i have had previously and this was a great experience, i have no recollection of the treatment and for someone who has anxiety this is 10.10 - im not too sure why the people who leave bad reviews do? (Maybe its because they have cracked lips like the person below) but i for one have no issues with the clinic and i would recommend it highly. il be using them again for any other extractions i need going forward! thank you!!!!

From the moment we walked in, at the reception, we warmly greeted by all at the reception desk. We met Claire and immediately put my son at ease with her engaging sense of humor. Throughout the appointment, Claire demonstrated not only professionalism but also a genuine care for her patients. She effectively communicated the procedure to my son, making sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. Her ability to connect with him on a personal level made the entire process much smoother. Moreover, the clinic itself exuded a welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a positive overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Nightingale Dental Clinic, especially if you're looking for a dental experience where your comfort and satisfaction are prioritized. Claire's exceptional service truly made a difference, and I'm grateful for the excellent care provided to my son.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Nightingale last week for a tooth extraction and had a very positive experience right from the initial point of contact through to aftercare which all took place within 24 hours of my referral. My local dentist issued a referral to Nightingale after he was unable to fully extract a tooth. I called Nightingale the following morning and was able to book a consultation for that afternoon. When I called the phone was answered within 30 seconds so no wait time. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived. I was very pleased that the staff were able to book my tooth extraction immediately after the consultation so I was able to get my issue resolved without having to visit twice. I was a bit anxious about the procedure but the dentists and assistants who I dealt with were friendly and put me at ease. A professional and helpful experience from beginning to end at each point of contact.

Negative experience: I suffer from severe anxiety and have several mental health issues and have suffered a lot with dental hygiene , the person i had was very rude and didn't care and was very rough during my checkups and didn't at all teach me how to deal with my braces and kinda just left me to do it on my own i had to use google to help me. the reception were lovely but the person i had wasn't nice at all

Negative experience: To extract the tooth, they rip my lips. Rn it's burning alot, big lumps and probably turn into blister. They dentist kept making it wide open when I've told him it hurts and the pain was up to my nose bone, even the upper jaw was moving and the rest of upper tooth were hurting, I felt the guy was in rush...that doesn't mean make me feel unsafe at the practice. I swear I felt he will take out my both jaw. I felt like I was in the movies in SAW3. He won't even stop or let me spit out the thing that was making me vomit. Wants me to swallow my own blood. Ew

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the Nightingale Clinic by my local dentist. The reception staff, Olivia, Sadie and Irina were very helpful, particularly when I couldn't find an escort at short notice for IV sedation, they made me aware that I could opt for inhalation sedation instead which was an ideal solution. On my assessment appointment I was seen by Dr Robert Kaszas, who conducted the appointment swiftly but in a friendly manner. All questions I had were answered clearly, as with all the other staff also. I was then given an information sheet with all relevant information about how to prepare for the treatment. The day of the extraction I was assigned to the dentist Dr. Daniel Van Der Westhuizen and the anaesthetist Dr Smit Engelbrecht. I felt that I was in capable and experienced hands and they kept the experience light and informal and they were obviously used to people talking nonsense while under sedation and the lapses in short term memory that can occur. The extraction of the tooth took no more than five minutes, although I only remember it being around thirty seconds. I was greatly surprised to find that the extraction had been completed and there was no point at which I was in great discomfort. I was then taken to a room to recover for around fifteen minutes after which I was able to leave with an information sheet about what to do next and some gauze pads to control any further bleeding. I cannot recommend the Nightingale Dental Clinic highly enough. It made an unpleasant condition and the necessary treatment to correct it as stress free as it is possible to make it. My thanks to all concerned.

Fantastic experience: Everything from the service at reception to the aftercare was managed wonderfully. I was booked for a wisdom tooth extraction and has sever anxiety around it. Mr Gerald, Mr Smit and Alicia were a fabulous team, who worked really hard to put me at ease for the procedure. I didn’t feel or remember a thing A thanks also to Raz in the after-care team. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had two teeth extracted by the staff at the nightingale clinic . They was very professional. Everything was explained to me before and after the extraction. I was sedated and injected in the mouth for a painless procedure. I’m a happy patient. I would highly recommend this clinic and staff for your future dental procedures 5 stars

Fantastic experience: My appointment was 25/10/23 for 3pm. I arrived at 2.30 and got seen immediately for a tooth extraction which I was dreading. I never got a chance to thank the dentist, anesthetist or dental nurse but thank you all for being so kind, especially the anesthetist who was very reassuring as I was very worried about this. It all went well, no pain and I'm very grateful. Please thank those guys for me.

Fantastic experience: I have to say from the reception staff to the dentist performing my tooth extraction under sedation - and all the staff in between and after - they made a very nervous me feel looked after ……….. brilliant service all round - thank you so much xx The chairs is the waiting room could do with some comfort for us fatter people haha - but other than that it was fab

Fantastic experience: Had tooth out by Dentist Dana on Friday. Absolutely painless and it only took few secs. Lovely Dentist he is. Nurse Madalina was very chatty and made a nervous wreck like me laugh on Dental chair. Anaesthetic nurse Taz and all reception were fab. Just loved the whole experience from in to out.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team! Had extraction done by Dr Smith, Dentist Naveen, Roxy Nurse and Taz Anaesthetic Practiner. I was scared but they made me feel comfortable and it was painless. Fantastic experience: All medical practices should learn lessons from Nightingale. In two years for Orthodontics there's has NEVER been a late appointment. You know 1pm means 1pm! All staff here are SO lovely. The receptionists as really lovely and always try to help. I had an emsil responded to at 7.38am well before opening time giving me information to be seen as a same day emergency for my sons bent brace. Then nice thing is you also always see the same dentist. Ieva is just superb. She is kind and has great interpersonal skills with youngsters. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at the Nightingale clinic. I got my wisdom tooth removed under sedation and I didn’t feel a thing. I was seen by Dr Smit the anaesthetist who was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Gerrard was my dentist and I have to say he was absolutely amazing, he listened to my concerns about the injection and found the vein in my arm that I was comfortable with. He was so kind, we spoke about my dads Chemo then next thing I know I was finished and in the room with my mum. Raz was my recovery practitioner and if I could bottle up his attentiveness and smile then I would. Raz gave me all my aftercare information and gave me a leaflet so I can read it in my own time. Throughout the process I was seen by Sarah who was happy to answer any question and was always so nice Overall I would say I had an excellent experience, this is my second wisdom tooth removed by the Nightingale clinic and I am very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Easy to find, good transport links wheelchair accessible. Waiting room can get busy. Nice friendly people.

Positive experience: Can’t complain at all about the friendliness I received during my treatment, everyone I encountered was pleasant and kind. However I do feel that my appointment was rushed - I was allocated a 30 minute appointment and was out in just 12 having had three teeth extracted with sedation, one being a wisdom tooth that was known to be sitting on a nerve so a little more complex. Having spent the last three weeks in agony with dry socket and a hugely swollen/bruised face I can’t help that feel if a little more time and care had been taken during the extractions, I may not have suffered so badly since.
