Fantastic experience: My visit with the dental hygienist Aliz was excellent. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and well cared for. The hygienist was professional, attentive, and explained each step of the process thoroughly. The cleaning was carried out with great care, ensuring both effectiveness and comfort. I am very pleased with the outcome and would gladly recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality dental care.

Negative experience: I was very dissatisfied with my visit to Dr. Noor Aziz at Cambridge Court Dental Centre. The experience was marked by unprofessional attitude and poor service. After a filling replacement, it fell out within just 5 months, which caused complications and required additional treatment. Unfortunately, this left a very negative impression, and I cannot recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: This is a small centre of clinical excellence providing amazing NHS-supported care. Dr Christos and his team have helped me through a number of complex procedures (and dental phobias!) with amazing care and diligence.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Sandip, he is a great dentist - had a fear of dentists for many years due to a couple of horrific experiences when I was younger and needed sedation ever since, but I can say due to Sanrio’s transparency, thorough explanation, care and patience - my fears have ceased. The receptionist is also very welcoming and warm, they’re friendly and it’s nice to have a brief and informal chat with her which also helps to and you alleviate any anxiety. The surgery is a bit of a distance but the travel is worth it as it’s a great surgery all round & quality of care is superb

Negative experience: Absolutely horrific experience - my appointment for the hygienist was cancelled last minute on a Sunday evening (for a Monday morning appointment) - after a call on Friday to confirm my attendance. Yet when I miss my appointment due to last minute work commitments, I'm charged £50. One rule for them and one rule for us - someone call Britney Spears, it's giving toxic.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appointment for 3 fillings with the lovely Dentist Noor. She was super sweet and accommodating, explaining what she was doing and asking me how I felt throughout the experience. Very lovely and friendly, definitely recommend her if you are looking for a dentist in London

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the hygienist Annetta. She was ever so professional and put me right at ease. She was very patient with me as I am normally very scared of being in the the dentist chair. She did a thorough job all the while being most gentle. she even applied numbing gel as I have sensitive teeth. I came out of the surgery feeling as though i had a new mouth.

Negative experience: My mother went to see the dentist after not visiting in a while and the new dentist Nour didn't look confident in explaining her treatment, we will try the other dentist in the clinic who hopefully know what they're talking about. Receptionists were chatting and took a long time to book her next appointment, Nudgeham spoke rudely, unprofessional but hopefully the next visit they will improve.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Cambridge Court with Chris the Dentist, following a check-up appointment. The team was very approachable and friendly and he remembered me from a few years back. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was treated recently by Dr Noor Aziz who was great, she explained the recommended course of treatment and what was involved in that as well as being very reassuring which was especially appreciated as I had never undergone a significant dental procedure before. The wider surgery and administration were also very understanding and accommodating (as was Dr Aziz) when I had to cancel an appointment on extremely short notice and then delay my ongoing treatment due to a family emergency. All in all I would heartily recommend the surgery.

Negative experience: The dentist gave me bad advice on what kind of treatment I should get so that she could do it quickly. The hygienist ended the session after 60 mins when I paid for 75mins and she didn’t even complete the job. Woefully bad dental practice. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I moved my son here from Marble Arch MED dental centre after having the worst experience with the dentist and the receptionist. Being treated at Cambridge Court Dental Centre has been amazing every time. The receptionist was so accommodating and chose the best dentist for my son’s dental problem. Dr Noor has been an angel and made my son so comfortable and hence, made me so happy. Me and my son now look forward to going to the dentist because we know we will be treated with respect and have the best experience. Thank you so much to the whole team, you are all wonderful!

Fantastic experience: The Dentist- Sandeep is very patient, helpful and very professional indeed. I have a severe dental phobia but I found it very comforting and soothing to have my treatment at Cambridge court. I found all staff from the receptionist, nurses to the dentist are friendly and welcoming . I highly recommend them and will be booking an appointment for my sister to have treatment at Cambridge court.

Negative experience: I’ve been here once for hygiene appointment and the hygienist was so helpful by doing a great job. BUT such a disappointment I had today… I arrived on time for my follow-up hygiene check, only I’ve been told that it’s been rescheduled to later “without letting me know”!!! They just randomly pushed the date. I can’t trust them anymore so looking for a new dental care….

Fantastic experience: I just had an hygienist appoint with Anjali and it the results were incredible. I smoke and the dart stains behind my teeth disappeared after the 30 minutes treatment !!!

Negative experience: I have an appointment with hygienist. I requested to reschedule the appointment on short notice because of illness (flu). I have been asked to come in despite the symptoms or pay a fine for cancellation on short notice. I would have no issues with this policy if the request to cancel was not because of sickness and not intending to pass on the bug to others in the clinic. Not sure if I would go for another session with her after today. The appointment with the dentist (Christos Danos) was really good.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned here by hygienist Anjali Verma and it was done very thoroughly. Was quite impressed by the hospitality of this dental centre and located right at the heart of London. Will come again.

Fantastic experience: If I only knew about this place years ago… needed a canal root treatment and looked for a dentist for 2/3 months but all of them were refusing me and trying to send me to a private and trying to charge me £500/600…. Finally I managed to find this place and Trust me when I say this is the best practice in london I actually mean it!! Dr Noor was amazing, she did a wonderful job and I will always be grateful to her as she saved me from the pain that I was carrying with me since 3/4 months!!

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist, but since being recommended to Cambridge Court Dental by a friend , I registered instantly and have no problem attending my appointments. The receptionists are friendly and informative and my actual dentist is a god send, he makes me feel really relaxed and performs my treatments brilliantly.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to see the dentist in a long time, but my dentist was amazing in every way possible - she was friendly, great at communicating everything to me, gave me options and made me feel really settled and comfortable. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment, even though it's for a tooth extraction!! Great place to have all your dental treatments, and highly recommend this venue :)

Negative experience: The worst dentist to try and get an appointment with your own dentist when in pain not only that reception should have called me to tell me my bridge is ready they don't what a let down this place is this used to be a great dentist very many years ago and now its gone down hill very badly they said they will call Mr back before with any cancellations hey never once called me back in one month feel let down by the staff he big time this place is not as good as it used to to be they like to keep you waiting if your in pain they truly don't care the reception staff at all meaning at all

Negative experience: Disappointed. I came here with high hopes based on reviews. The dentist numbed the entire half of my face and somehow there was still pain so he put more and more and we waited . This was unusual as normally some 2% lidocaine does the trick at my go-to dentist and I have never had to have my entire face numbed like that. This should have been a red flag as this was done on both occasions. Perhaps easier for the dentist but not so much for the patient. Following the work on 3-4 teeth. I returned home and waited for the sensitivity to go away. It didn’t. I have two of those teeth which have had bad work done and conveniently they are on opposite sides of my mouth. This makes chewing uncomfortable and painful with crunchy foods. I have now had to pay twice over to get these teeth done. Best to just go somewhere you know than risk it. Very disappointing indeed :(

Dentist Chris performed a reconstruction on my front tooth today in impeccable manner. Cost wise, you’ll love it. If I could score 6 stars I wouldn’t hesitate.

Positive experience: My very first appointment after waiting over a year to be accepted as a patient - waited for 25 minutes and no sign of a dentist. Reception staff (of whom there were four) “don’t know about the dentists”- not sure what they’re employed to know about if it’s not dentists! Seriously unimpressed and likely to be late for work too! However, Chris the dentist, when I finally did see him, was fantastic. Very calm and knowledgeable and played lovely classical music during the appointment. Shame about the reception staff!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with this dental centre with today's experience. I had excruciating tooth ache for which I had to seek emergency help at Ladbroke dental care centre on Monday 9-1-2023. Very efficient practise. They advised me to see my own Dentist very next day for immediate tooth extraction as they can not provide me after care. They informed me that normally any dentists will have emergency appointments for cases like mine. But Cambridge Dental was very unhelpful & unsympathetic & informing me that I can not be seen by a dentist until 19-1-2023 ( 9 days time next Thursday) for tooth extraction just giving me some antiboitic. I have been taking so much antiboitc lately. More antibotic. Pain is unbearable. I do not go the dentists often. In my view, I have not been heard or helped or understood the pain I am enduring. Sad.

Fantastic experience: This Dental practice is a 5 star. Dentist Dr Mark Joseph is classy in manner and with his work, makes you feel welcomed and at ease the moment you walk in. The Hygienist Yzlen Ledgister is amazing. She's attentive and knows exactly what teeth to target without having to tell her. You feel like you have brand new teeth once she's done with you. I’m also impressed with the young male English receptionist. Very polite and always has a smile on his face which makes your day better as a visitor.
