Fantastic experience: Excellent service Saw Dr Parag for a filling and fissure sealent last week and I’m very impressed with the results and even more happier to report that i didn’t have any issues post- treatment. the level of care and service i recieved was 10/10. Helen the receptionist was also very helpful with discussing my treatment plan. I saw the hygienist for extensive hygiene session in May and she did an amazing job. Very thorough and gave tips on how to maintain good oral health. I returned for my routine hygiene review appointment 3 months later with Syeda for yet another excellent experience and I would highly recommend everyone to see a hygienist whenever they see the dentist. I’ve recommended my sister and nephew to see the clinicians at this practice. I can attest to the excellent service and chairside manner provided by Dr Noordin, Dr Priyen, Syeda and Fatema. Don’t leave things too late - Improve your smile and overall oral health today at Clocktower!

Fantastic experience: After years of not going, and knowing I would need some major work, I was very on edge about visiting the dentist but I'm thankful to have met Dr Naj. I've had multiple fillings and a root canal with him, all pain free, but more importantly he honestly couldn't be nicer - that's been a massive difference maker and has really taken the edge off the whole process for me.

Fantastic experience: If any dental treatment is required I would most definitely and highly recommend this surgery, from the moment you step in the receptionists are very professional and pleasant creating a friendly atmosphere to relax you before your appointment. If possible I would highly recommend Dr. Clelia, very pleasant and professional giving superb service explaining all options for private and NHS dental care so you can have the best treatment for your needs and can also mix and match to get the best dental treatment suitable for you. Also a big shout out for Brilinda who on the day was well prepared and organised along with another dental nurse from the previous visit whose name I didn't get. But overall brilliant service keep up the great work. Had to pop back in today for a quick fix and a quick fix it was with Clelia and the brilliant Mika who together once again did there magic, also a big shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk who are superstars in their own brilliant way.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t thank my dentist, nurse, and the entire team enough! I’ve always been terrified of the dentist—especially needles—and I usually dreaded every visit in the past. I have not been to the dentist for years because of my phobia, But this experience completely changed everything for me. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and understanding. My doctor and nurse were absolutely amazing. They took their time to explain every step, talked me through the process, and were incredibly patient with my injection phobia. I didn’t feel rushed or judged for my fears—instead, I felt truly cared for. To my surprise, the entire treatment was completely pain-free! Not only was the care exceptional, but the results were beyond what I could have hoped for—I left with a beautiful, Hollywood smile! The attention to detail, passion, and kindness from my doctor really made this an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to the reception staff as well, who were always friendly, understanding, and flexible when I struggled with my appointments. I’m so grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist—this is the place to go!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed with this dental practice. I registered with the practice a few weeks ago based on their reviews however I am already regretting it. My son had his first appointment today however we was told that he can not be seen as he was 7 minutes late, however no one informed us that for children there is a 5 minute grace period which is ridiculous but adults get 10 minutes which I assumed applied to all appointments. We had waited for weeks for this appointment and was disappointed that because he went 2 minutes over the grace time we had our appointment rescheduled absolutely no compassion for people at all baring in mind there is so many temporary traffic lights and traffic near this place which they are completely aware of but still does not regard it. I work for the NHS myself and I do know it is up to the clinician to accept to see the patient or not so I am disappointed that 2 minutes over the grace time resulted to a rescheduled appointment which is now weeks away. Absolute joke!!!

Negative experience: Avoid Dr. Priyen Patel - Inexperienced and Costly Mistake I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Priyen Patel, an Associate Dentist. I initially visited last year for a simple filling after chipping a tooth. However, instead of performing the filling, Dr. Patel filed down the tooth excessively, which ended up damaging a nerve. What was supposed to be a small issue quickly escalated into a much more complex problem. I ended up needing a root canal instead of just a filling, which not only caused a lot of pain but also led to a significant increase in costs. The whole situation was frustrating, as the simple procedure I thought I was getting turned into a much more complicated and expensive one. I’ve since learned that this happened to another patient as well, which really makes me question his level of experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this dentist if you value your time, money, and dental health.

And the way the first female dentist spoke to my daughter on our very first visit was unacceptable I just decided not to say anything at the time but daughter didn’t want to see her again!

They found me an appointment at short notice and provided the forms in advance to avoid wasted time during the appointment. I saw Dr. Courtney Orloff for a routine check-up and she was a delight. Dr. Orloff provided a comprehensive examination, including x-rays (included in the price!), and pragmatic advice. It's a pleasant surprise to leave a dentists without feeling lectured. Negative experience: I visited this clinic about a year ago. The receptionists were superb—extremely nice and welcoming. However, the actual dentists turned out to be scammers. I was seen by a young South Asian man who immediately told me I had cavities in nearly all my teeth and that I’d need to pay over £1,000, despite being an NHS patient. I believe he assumed it would be easy to take advantage of me because I’m a 20-year-old woman. I ended up getting a filling done, which was poorly done and got infected almost immediately. He then told me I would need a root canal and a crown because he had shaved down the tooth so much that it couldn’t hold up on its own. He claimed I would need to pay for the procedure privately because he “doesn’t do NHS root canals,” and he didn’t even mention any alternative options. I paid £150 upfront for two additional fillings he insisted I needed on my upper teeth, even though I had no pain or any noticeable issues there. He manipulated me into thinking they were urgent, and once I paid, I booked the appointment. Unfortunately, I ended up in the hospital the day before due to a diabetic emergency (I have Type 1 diabetes). When I called to explain, they said I would need to pay the £150 again for missing the appointment. They also warned that if I made another “mistake” like this, I’d be dropped as a patient—even though I had never been informed of this policy before. I went back to discuss this in person, and the receptionists suggested the dentist might let me off the fee. When I spoke with him, he suddenly agreed to do the root canal as an NHS treatment after all, which made it clear he had lied to me about it needing to be private in the first place. He still kept the money from the first payment and demanded an additional £150 for the same teeth! Thankfully, I didn’t pay it at that time, saying I’d pay it at the next appointment. Unfortunately, I missed the rescheduled appointment due to another diabetes-related issue, and I left a voicemail explaining the situation. But when I tried to rebook, they told me I’d been removed as an NHS patient because they “never received” my voicemail. I strongly advise any NHS patients to avoid this clinic—they’ll make you think you’re paying NHS rates when, in reality, you’re being pushed into expensive private treatments.

The dentist and her dental team put me at ease and reassured me throughout the procedure, settling my nerves. They could tell I was anxious and they did all they could to make me feel comfortable. This is a great dental surgery for all the family. 10/10, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Despite opting for private treatment over enduring NHS wait times, I found the prices reasonable. The clinic was incredibly accommodating in discussing different payment plans, which was a huge relief. The very friendly staff always ensures I'm reminded of upcoming appointments, and their calm and polite demeanor makes each visit surprisingly pleasant. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to my appointments! For anyone considering dental care, I can't recommend Priyen and Clocktower Dental Surgery enough for their professionalism, great quality, reasonable pricing, and genuinely caring approach.

However, from the first appointment, Dr. Priyen and Ana has made me feel comfortable and they are very entertaining as well. Negative experience: I intially had the most emotionally traumatic encounter with a dentist called Courtney. She was degrading and disrespectful when learning about my vaping habits and my potential need for a 3rd root canal at this young age. I Went home and cried for the rest of the day at how demeaning she was. Eventually saw another dentist dr. Patel who was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: Money centered level of service. Wrong advice given by dentist, many times asked to buy various treatments costing over £1000, for a simple tooth extraction. Went to another dentist and he took my broken tooth out there and then, and he was appalled that this broken tooth was not removed by dentist as soon as he saw the xrays. Shows the difference between dentists who want to alleviate pain in someone, and others who simply want to squeeze every penny out of you. This place has receptionists who think they are working for a billionare corporate organization, who come across as the most passive aggressive people on earth. They will render your needs useless. How dare you assume a patients mental health needs, as if you are medically trained in any area other than data entering and answering the phone, and hounding people. I am so so glad I am rid of this place and my current dental practise which is nearer, cleaner, friendlier and sorted out my tooth pain in the 1ST TIME GOING THERE. You people took over a year to NOT remove a broken tooth? my pain that I have been in non stop is suddenly gone since removal of the tooth, but I am sure your condesending and frankly generic reply which may or may not come will state your dentists are " trained profiessionals who know what they are talking about" blah blah blah. You people remove NHS patients from your register for leaving their opionions and reviews, your rating is so fake and false. I witnessed an elderly lady needing a cab ride home after an extraction, and instead of helping her with an Uber or Bolt ride you had her wait 1 hour in reception while you called a local cab office who we all know are very very late. I saw your receptionists laugh, make comments and generally degrade patients who are in genuine need of pain behind their backs. why not do it to their face? receptionist mentality. Good riddance money grabbers.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Clocktower Dental Surgery was extremely positive. Wonderful care all round, superb level of dentistry and oral hygiene, but also kind and thoughtful team and friendly atmosphere. Reception staff are always very helpful, dentist and hygienist teams go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and provide honest assessments. The advice and treatment given is outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality dental care!

Fantastic experience: This was my second time having a hygiene appointment with Syeda. She was extremely professional and took great care throughout. She explained the whole process well. Last year I thought she did a great job and couldn’t do any better, but this year she exceeded expectations. The assistant Anna was also great. Both were extremely kind. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Syeda was professional and an amazing dental hygienist. Normally the procedure is painful with other hygienists but with Syeda, the experience was smooth. She always makes sure you are in the best comfort. Would definitely recommend!
