Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at The Staines Centre of Dental Excellence. I needed essential root canal treatment to remove a lesion. Dr. Alix Davies was incredibly helpful and successfully managed to remove the lesion above my root and the follow up appointment showed excellent healing. Fantastic experience: From my initial consultation with Dr Anmol Chander I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his examination and detailed explanation as to the treatment options that were open to me. After considering these options I chose to have implants with fixed bridges, the whole process took several months to complete and I am delighted with the outcome. My thanks to Anmol for his excellent and professional dental treatment throughout the process, not forgetting Phil Morrison the Dental Technician for for his excellent work. Indi is really reassuring us with the treatment my daughter needs and gave us a respectful informative discussion and was especially professional and caring to make sure I was aware of how my daughter got anxious and spoke to me to join her and be in the dental room as a carer to my daughter and found Indi to show empathy for what she requires. Very lovely experience meeting with Emmanuelle the hygienist who was seeing my daughter today for her 2nd part of her treatment to complete the gums repair from gingivitis and already showing signs of improvement and recommendations what to do for looking after her gums and teeth and to book in 3 months time which we have managed to do. Really glad Roshana was seen by Emmanuelle today and she was reassuring us about the care routine. Zara is very lovely and so happy with her previous hygienist treatment that was Roshana's first experience with the gingivitis to be treated and her gums in great need of deep clean repair. Fantastic experience: We have been patients since transferring with Anmol from the Fairfield surgery. Over the past years we have had various treatments carried out including crowns, onlays and in Diane's case, implants. Anmol has always been professional, caring and sensitive; he takes time to explain the procedures, without exerting pressure, which allows patients to make their own decisions. Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain from a toothache and i couldnt get an appointment at my regular dentist so i rang The Staines Centre Of Dental Excellence after reading excellent reviews. I was offered a same day appoinment with Ben Neo. When i arrived Ben went through all the options with me, i had a heavily filled tooth which had cracked. Ben said he could do a root canal treatment and crown, i asked about a tooth extraction as i had an overseas trip to Japan coming up in two weeks and i didnt want any delays in resolving the problem. Ben agreed and extracted my tooth which took over an hour because of the long roots in my tooth. Ben was amazing, he took great care in my treatment and kept checking i was still comfortable throughout. Ben is the best dentist i have ever encountered. I said to my husband i felt like a celebrity receiving first class treatment. Due to the amazing care and treatment received from Ben, the facilities offered at this Centre, the ease of booking an appointment, and friendliness of everyone i encountered at the Dental Centre, me and my husband are going to see about signing up for regular check ups and treatment. That's a big deal as i have been with my current dentist for 30 plus years and thought i would never change. The Staines Centre Of Dental Excellence is in a league of their own.

Fantastic experience: Had broken tooth removed by Alison, was told to feel pushing and pulling. So gentle I didn’t feel or realise the three parts had been pulled!!! Given spare dressings used only one after 2 hours gum came round feelings were normal and didn’t need any pain killers. So wonderful and big thank you for professionalism and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I had whitening and composite bonding done by Ammar and I’m honestly over the moon. I had 2 large gaps in my mouth since I was a child. I was always so self conscious of my teeth and would cover my mouth when I laughed. I had a whitening session, did a months whitening at home then had 5 teeth bonded. I feel so much more confident and I can open mouth smile now. Ammar is so lovely and did the most amazing work on my craters I can’t thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had a complete revamp at the Staines Centre of Dental Excellence. My old veneers badly needed replacing. Dr Hem and Dr Anmol went back to basics and resolved underlying issues before going ahead with my new veneers. The difference is absolutely amazing and having the orthodental work first has given me the best set up to avoid future problems. All the appointments were in the one office, the team are amazing, the technology was first class and I am so so happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I have always had fantastic service and level of treatment at the Staines Centre of Dental Excellence. Very recently they managed to accommodate my son who had had an accident that required having teeth repaired. They got him in at very short notice and managed to painlessly restore the teeth. Fantastic experience: I seen today Dr Inderveer for a check up as one of my tooth hurting after a filling.He did a thorough check up. He gave t advice on possible cause and solutions for my problem. He also adjusted the filling. I prefer to see him before big decision regarding to root canal etc as he has holistic approach, kind and the patient can feel she/he is in good professional hands. Previously I seen Zoe. Zoe did a thorough hygiene cleansing and air flow. It wasn't painful. She was also kind and very polite. My teeth looked and felt cleaner after my appointment.

He was absolutely excellent—his skill and professionalism put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I was particularly anxious about the extraction, so I opted for sedation, and I’m so glad I did. I don’t remember a thing, and it made the experience so much easier to handle. The clinic itself is outstanding, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The on-site X-ray machine provides a 3D map of your mouth, ensuring incredible precision and efficiency in planning treatments. The staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, supportive, and attentive, which really adds to the overall experience. While the price is higher compared to other dentists, the level of care, expertise, and advanced equipment here is unmatched. It’s not like other dentists where you have to go elsewhere to get X-rays done; everything is handled in one place for ultimate convenience. Fantastic experience: Accepted me as an emergency on a Saturday !! They were fully booked but receptionist managed to get me an appointment same day. I was having a really painful tooth (wisdom) ache. From original call, booking in, dentist, care throughout were all excellent 10/10 from me. In fact 11/10. Thank you all so so much. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ben for nearly a year now. I was an extremely nervous patient due to past experiences as a child. Ben immediately understood my fears and related to it very well. I am now a regular attender and now am able to have treatment without the fear. I had a fear of needles, Ben's technique of giving anaesthetic is amazing and the treatment is pain free throughout. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Anmol Chander and his 2 nurses were brilliant, extremely caring and patient with me as I was a very anxious nervous patient. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice for a little while now and can't recommend the team highly enough. Every aspect of the service is excellent. The practice environment is super modern, super clean, very comfortable and really well thought out. The on-line system for appointments and administration is easy to use, smooth and very secure. The reception team is always really welcoming, friendly and helpful - they go out of their way to accommodate any requests and I love the fact that it all comes with a genuine smile! I have been extraordinarily well supported and superbly advised previously by Anmol - and now with Ben - and I feel I am in a trusted partnership working towards great oral health de- spite some challenges with chronic illness. My treatment is always really well explained and is entirely realistic and appropriate to my needs. I have NEVER felt any pain - even having an implant and crowns! I have been seen by different hygienists over the years but each one has been excellent and they have kept me on track with great treatment and advice - it feels amazing to walk out with such a clean and healthy mouth. From being terrified at worst to anxious at best I now quite look forward to attending my appointments. I always leave feeling really good about my teeth and can't thank everyone at the practice for taking such good care of me. Gosh - how I wish the practice had been around when I was younger - my attitude towards dental care would have been very much different.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Inderveer Johal has given me brilliant Hollywood whitening at more than half the cost if one was to travel to Turkey his work and professional manner are far from any other dental surgery I have been to. Granted it can be difficult to get a appointment with him due to his demand however most definitely worth the wait thank you for all your time and effort Dr Johal A big thank you to hygienist Zara lovely polite caring patient lady and hours treatment for deep clean felt it was all over in minutes Zara's time effort and attention to detail is always appreciated Most definitely the best dentist surgery I have been to within 20 years

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice after my own dentist was unable to extract one of my teeth. Yes, I was nervous as I had already gone through an attempted removal. I arrived at this practice and was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist. I met the dentist, who was wonderful and calmed my nerves with his mild manner. He completed the procedure quickly and was very attentive ensuring I was ok at every stage. I would not hesitate to go back if ever I needed to. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic practice. Highly recommend Dr Ammar - great attitude, has a lovely manner about him, and particularly good with kids. Zara is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever known - very thorough and very professional. I was worried my kids would hate going to the dentist but thankfully, so far, there have been no complaints.
