Fantastic experience: Thank you to all the team here. I am petrified of dentists following a couple of bad experiences and waited 2 years with a cracked tooth and needing a filling before i could go to one again ! i was shaking in the chair for a filling . Bilal was amazing on arrival and really helped calm me , rukhsannah (and her assistant im sorry I missed your name i was that busy squeezing your hand so hard !) You were both brilliant over my fear and listened and talked to me (as requested !) The whole way through keeping me calm. Highly recommend all and have booked i for my next check up already!!!

I called several other dentists and because of the lack of care for service we gave them a miss . I think we need more people like Millie Mawson in the world . Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient but no matter how anxious I am the team are always able to calm my nerves. Today I needed a filling, Tina was extremely kind, caring and explained what she would be doing. Always encouraging and ensuring I was ok. This is a great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a while since I paid a visit to the dentist – got ripped off with my previous one some years ago. Since then, I’ve pulled a few of my own without pain-relief – that said, I called emergency at Shipley Dental Centre very recently – got an appointment and went. I explained the problem – they listened – didn’t act like Double Glazing Salesmen – and went ahead and extracted the tooth – no fuss – no bull – no problems. I don’t ask for anything less. Well recommended.

Fantastic experience: Although dentists are never anyone’s favourite places to go. The staff that work here are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I was seen for both my hygiene appointment and dental check up and out of the building in 40 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Well today was my first day registering with the practice and included the necessary documentation completion and inspection with Dr Songra and her assistant . I am profoundly deaf which was not a problem as all the staff were kind and considerate making sure that I fully understood what was happening, removing their masks when needed so that I could lip read! After the inspection, with the doctor’s advice , i was able to agree on a treatment plan best suited for my needs. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. My thanks to all, not forgetting those two ladies on the reception who are brilliant! Thank you! Nervous deaf Dave.

Fantastic experience: Sarah and Kelly and the entire team are excellent. Dr Songra really cares for her patients welfare and discusses all the steps of the treatment with you so you're comfortable at every step. She has great pride and attention to detail. I would thourghly recommend the practice.

Negative experience: Had 2 appointments booked for my children one at 12.30pm and one at 12.40pm. I arrived at 12.41pm to be told none of my children would be seen. I understand the 12.30pm appointment had been clearly missed but the dentist refused to see my other child as forms needed to be filled in which I was not advised of when booking the appointment. When speaking to the manager she suggested this was the dentist's discretion. I advised when the dentists are running behind with patients in the past we have waited beyond our appointment time to be seen but when it comes to their turn it is their discretion. I feel they treat patients like this as they know how difficult it is to find NHS dentists that are taking on patients.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this dental practice for years. It came with great ratings and having a phobia of dentists , I thought I'd give it a go. Since my very first appointment to today I've never once had any issues. They go above and beyond to help you. Mr Priyesh my dentist is so gentle, always tells you what he's doing and gives great dental advise. I'm always put at ease with Dental nurse Josie too, who is also very gentle and has a knack at making you relax. Even the receptionist and hygienist are amazing going above and beyond to help you. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to post a review about my most recent experience at Carnegie Dental clinic. Having been part of this clinic for years I have always found it exceptional. The reception team are so friendly and helpful, super organised, answering queries quickly and efficiently Most recently I had a filling done on one of my front teeth by dentist Priyesh Surti and his nurse Awy. I just wanted to say the end result was AMAZING! I was blown away by how good it was and feel I needed to make a special mention as I am so impressed. It really has made such a huge difference to my teeth and ultimately my confidence. A huge thanks to the team for all your fantastic work! I feel very grateful to be a client here.

Fantastic experience: I had a thorough 'hygiene clean' on my latest visit to Carnegie Denal Practice.As always,Receptionists were very polite and helpful.The hygienist and her assistant were very pleasant and put my mind at ease with any issues. Fantastic experience: Becca Dodds and her dental nurse carried out a first rate dental clean as usual.The receptionist team led by Sarah were friendly and very efficient.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t looking forward to this appointment. It involved drilling off my gold crown to find the rot underneath, sort of reverse digging for treasure. Nothing about the process hurt and most of the hour appointment was drilling. The dentist was skilful, calm and kind. Hats off to him for noticing the decay underneath the crown before it got worse!

Fantastic experience: I am a woman of " mature years" and grew up in a time when you were taken to the dentist when you had toothache. I have been treated by many dentists therefore able to compare and contrast. Dr Tanisha Songra falls into a very small but exceptional category Dr Songra has great empathy for her patients, she clearly has great pride in her work and great attention to detail I was talked through every stage before and during treatment and she tried to make me as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. I am sure she will go very far in her chosen profession

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is friendly an accomodating. I have a phobia of the dentist, ADHD plus memories of some dental work gone badly wrong when I lived in Scotland. Reception staff, nurses and Billi, my dentist, are all smiley and chatty and really help to put you at your ease. The waiting rooms are clean and comfortable but you never have to wait long.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service and dental care, took my extremely nervous daughter there on Tuesday last week for emergency appointment and saw Dr Jawaad Arif who was very kind, patient and treated my daughter with the upmost respect. Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this dentist for over 10 year and I can’t fault them in anyway I’m a nervous patient and all the dentist I’ve seen down at the Carnegie have been very understanding and talk you through everything I can’t fault them in anyway. The hygienist I’ve always asked for the same lady as I get nerve over change and all I can say she is brilliant. The receptionists I’ve read a couple of reviews on here saying there rude in the 10 years of using this dentist I’ve never been spoken to rudely I’ve alway been greeted with a smile and have a friendly little chat with them after I’ve seen the dentist or hygienist. keep up the good work ladies I’d recommend Carnegie dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Another 5 star visit to Carnegie Dental Clinic and Hygiene Centre. I filled in covid questionnaire and guidelines, online, before my visit. Friendly receptionist, asked me to use hand gel. All covid precautions taken. Greeted by Becca, my hygienist, who always makes sure you are relaxed. All staff are friendly and professional. Safe, friendly, and relaxed visit.

Fantastic experience: Just back from routine checkup. My grateful thanks to Dr Songra who took decisive action and quickly referred me to maxillofacial unit, I was in great discomfort and thanks to her was seen and treated quickly and my symptoms are much more manageable now and further treatment is being sought. Fantastic experience: I had two sessions with Priyesh and his nurse on 12& 13 June 2024 for repairs following loss of fillings in two teath. I was extremely satisfied with the treatment. Priyesh & his nurse were friendly and helpful and acted very professionally explaining step by step what was required and what was being carried out, and the plan for my future treatment. The reception team were also very pleasant and helpful at the appointment booking stage and on arrival and leaving. Overall a pleasant experience. A friendly welcome upon entry and then they always help me to relax during my treatment (being an uneasy/nervous patient).
