Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Kai Dental. I completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Jeet and couldn’t be happier with the results. He planned the treatment around my schedule and I really appreciated the care and attention he gave to the final outcome. Negative experience: I have been at this dental clinic for sometime. I had Manish who was a fantastic dentist and was very strong on tooth preservation. I was then assigned Shivani, I unfortunately lost confidence when I experienced sharp pain during a filling and I didn’t feel my concerns were listened to. At my next appointment I was told I required 3 fillings, I asked to see where I required fillings as 3 fillings is unprecedented for me and I felt brushed off and wasn’t presented with a treatment plan. I have since had two second opinions, a maxillofacial surgeon in Madrid and a new dentist in the UK, and both came to the same conclusion that I don’t require any fillings but to monitor one tooth. The two stars is due to the hygienist who is fantastic and I cannot rate enough and it’s a shame I will no longer be going to Kai dental as she is 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Shivani is always very helpful and thorough in discussing what is best your teeth. I’ve been having some issues with gum health, and S has helped me start a journey to get them back in good condition. It’d definitely worth doing services that aren’t nhs, as these are better for long term results! Practice looks amazing too and is kept in excellent condition. x

Fantastic experience: I had treatment with Dr Popat yesterday. She was absolutely wonderful. She was calming, caring, patient and utterly professional. Her Nurse and receptionist were also extremely kind and reassuring. I was very nervous but she was so kind. I felt no pain whatsoever, and by the evening was back to normal. I have another appointment with her in 3 weeks, and have no concerns or fears at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jeet Parekh and his team are exceptional. I have used them frequently: everything from braces for my two teenage children to dental implants. All exemplary. And I cannot recommend highly enough Dr Si Zing Li and his assistant Sidney who have just made having a crown put on a broken tooth the nearest thing you are likely to get to a pleasant dentistry experience. I was truly impressed by their meticulous attention to detail and to keeping their patient up to date and reassured about what was going on. A five star practice without a doubt.

Getting braces in my twenties was nerve wracking but the short term ‘pain’ was more than worth it for the long term gains and I am so glad I did it! Fantastic experience: I had my fixed metal braces installed with Kai Dental last month and my experience with them was so amazing. I thought it was going to hurt but Dr Jeet was very calm, reassuring and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Nurse Sara is very kind, professional, and accommodating. She stayed with me and assisted me all throughout from assessment to treatment process. I have been seeing so many clinics (but ended up not coming back) and thank God I finally found the best team so far and their prices are very reasonable and transparent, too. Fantastic experience: This is a really lovely, friendly dental clinic with a high level of service. My experience has been an actual pleasure right from the start. I spoke with Sarah first who took time to go over everything with me, in a really friendly and professional manner. Then I had a consultation with their award winning orthodontist, Jeet Parekh. If your concern is (like me) wonky teeth, and you are considering straightening and not sure where to start- seriously, start here. I have had a less than brilliant experience previously, and so I was blown away by the level of knowledge, detail and care that I was offered. Jeet took his time, and considered all approaches and options and listened to my concerns. The technology was brilliant, and the range of aligners and braces offered an unusual range of possibilities, and I do have tricky teeth. Generally, I have learned that you need an orthodontist, really, for straightening. Well, if you have my teeth anyway. This clinic is very well- equipped, and the staff so genuinely caring, helpful and skillful, that I feel really confident to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice for many years (most of the time named Queensway Dental) and have always been very happy with the treatment I have received as an NHS patient. Good communication of options etc. One particular example was when, a week or two into the pandemic, I had the misfortune of breaking a molar. At first I received telephone advice and support, and once things began to open up I was given excellent attention - as always.

Fantastic experience: We have been using Kai Dental for about twenty years. Our dentists have always been really excellent, both in their skills and in their interaction with the patient. Their advice on what procedures to use have always conservative, I.e. what is best for the tooth. Similarly, the dental nurses have always been the best. The receptionists also have always been competent and with friendly and helpful treatment of the patient. This is a wonderful practice!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for many years and my teeth have needed a lot of treatment. All the dentists I have seen have been very skilled at saving my difficult teeth, and I will always be grateful for their hard work (and the excellent nerve block injections!). Thanks to them, as a pensioner I still have all my own teeth - although several are now crowned. As a nervous patient I also very much appreciate the kindness and friendliness of all the support staff.

Every step of the treatment and associated cost was clearly explained. The crown fitting was weirdly relaxing I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend Dr Si Xiug Li and the Kai Dental team!

Fantastic experience: To date my experience as a patient has found that Dr Si Xing Li is very efficient, caring, respectful and very good at his profession. His assistant Kerry is the same.

Positive experience: No complaints whatsoever except get a water dispenser and please put up hooks to hang up coats in the rooms (very annoying for dentists and customers).

Negative experience: Sad to say I had a really rubbish experience here. It took the dentist three attempts to fix a broken filling, taking 7 appointments (!) and costing me £850. Really not the service you expect after spending almost a thousand pounds on private dental work and has made so nervous to go back to any dentist again.

Fantastic experience: I went to Jeet when I was visiting London as I had 3 different opinions where I was from - saying I would have to get my jaw broken or wear fixed braces for 4 years to correct my bite. Jeet gave me a consultation - and I knew he knew what he was talking about. I told him what I wanted to achieve with my smile and that I was aiming to go travelling. He was honest and said what he thought we could do in that time - so 9 months later here I am with my bite corrected and straight teeth! I’m grateful for Jeet being so kind and his knowledge to correct something I’ve been so insecure about - and would recommend him to anyone wanting to get Invisalign.

Negative experience: I went here for a consultation and I was promissed that they would send me the treatment plan in writing which they never sent. I did however receive a lengthy email about the payment structure and options. Someone who is looking for the RIGHT treatment I would need to know the procedure in detail not just that I need braces. I felt, they somewhat lost interest after I wasn't immediately committing to the treatment so therefore I would say it was a waste of time to attend this clinic. Obviously, I cannot comment on professionalism during treatment but my first impression tells me that this is not the place for me to get my orthodontist work done. Another orthodontist clinic I went to see has clearly outlined the plan, they showed me a video what the treatment will entail and has given me a written confirmation along with the payment plan. And they also did not try pushing me to start straight away.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the moment you enter this place, they are trying to sell you something. They apply classical sales strategies which you can pick up easily. Do not fall for these sales pitches, their prices are also higher than other places. Do not treat your patients as customers to rip off, please. It is already uncomfortable to go to a dentist and it's not relieving to think you just see me as a resource of money. I am a person who is having medical issues. You can charge as much as you want as it is free market but don't take advantage of people who are in a vulnerable state with your sales strategies in which you provide false information.

Fantastic experience: Shivani is a very kind and caring and helpful dentist that puts in a lot of time and effort. The dentist surgery also has fabulous admin staff. A nice place to get treated, they took me as a patient during the pandemic (NHS) when nobody else could.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO! I went there because I saw the good reviews but had THE WORST experience. From the dentist to the receptionist at the door.. The dentist was very rude. He was getting my dental xrays and my tongue bled because of the appliance he put inside my mouth. He made fun of me and became mad when I said it was hurting. At that point I knew I wasn’t going to continue with them. But when i was directed back to the reception, the receptionist tried to make me sign a contract showing a payment of £590 pounds, although I said i haven’t decided if i will take the treatment or not. She said I have to sign it ‘BECAUSE I SAW IT’..! Later I came to Turkey for treatment and my doctor said nothing similar to what he reccommended as treatment for me (£590 pounds). This is purely fraud. He reccommends unnecessary treatments just to get money!
