Fantastic experience: I have been a patient in this practice for many years. My dentist is Dr. Elisavet Rammou. She is very professional and caring. I had treatment recently and it was painless. She explains the costs and the treatment in details. I am very happy I have found this dentist. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I’m a foreigner that never had to go to the dentist before in the UK. I opted for the NHS dentist as I thought it would be free like the GP is. I don’t have a problem to pay but I think they should tell you that there will be a fee for the check up and that they might want to take x-rays in the same day. I paid anyway. The dentist at first couldnt see any problems when clearly I had caries that I could see in the mirror and she couldn’t. She didnt even recommend me to do the fillings because according to her the hole was too small. Like?? There’s a hole so treatment is essential. After I insisted she told me it would cost £240 for the small hole I agreed. But later on I called a private clinic that gave me half of the price so I already started to wonder why she charged me double. I still decided to do the treatment and when we started she looked and said there was another hole and wanted to charge me double. I said no and gave up on the treatment she tried to give me a discount but I told her I had the exact money for what she told me Id need. She still tried to force me to do the treatment for one tooth when i tried to leave because I said id do it in another clinic and she was trying to charge me for the treatment that wasnt even done. I told her Id pay for her time aka the appointment fee only and I left. She was very rude and annoyed at me for something that was her mistake. I was treated very well in the private clinic that I went to after this. So yes about the clinic I dont have much to say just didn’t like the dentist that was doing my treatments (Elisavet Rammou). Ive noticed she didnt like me since I met her. Even tho I did not do anything and was always polite. Maybe shes just racist and xenophobic.

Negative experience: Very poor service. They simply charge for everything. Called in for swelling and requested antibiotics..and they tried charging me for unscheduled emergency appointment!! I believe that is what is called as emergency. I would avoid this practice.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. First of all they give you an appointment after a year for your routine check up and then call up a week before to move it by a further 3 months as the dentist is unavailable. Also have been to a few dentists and the routine cleaning appointments here are the fastest I’ve ever seen like literally 5 minutes maximum . Besides they charge you for unnecessary x-rays. I was charged £40 pounds for a 10 min appointment They are also not upfront about the costs of these x-rays and other extras. If you are a NHS patient they don’t really care and are just ticking boxes to get the appointment done . Very poor experience with the practice !

Fantastic experience: My dentist noticed a mouth tumour and ,quite kly arrange and appointment with hospitals and doctor , although tumour was not bad , the hospital. Removed it , But it was great dentistry . Willie the dentist was nice and fitted my false teeth well

Fantastic experience: I was sent a reminder for my check-up appointment a few days before it. This was very reassuring because check-up appointments are made 12 months in advance. The long pre-appointment questionnaire about my current state of health, past health and lifestyle arrived in good time and was pre-filled with my answers from a year ago which saved a lot of time. My appointment happened on time. The dentist checked my teeth, had my dental records handy, knew it was time for X rays, took them and checked them. She offered to do a plaque removal (scale and polish) for the remaing time. I gratefully accepted. She did a good job.

Negative experience: I went for a routine check up. During it Dr. Tsai communicated with me on what he found and what I should be doing. He asked me if I would like a cleaning and told me how much it'll cost, I agreed. The problem is that everything felt extremely rushed. The whole thing from me sitting down, him doing the check up, then the cleaning, up to me paying took exactly 7 minutes (I don't think that this is enough time to do either a proper check up or a proper clean). When I got home and looked in the mirror I spotted some tar still left on my teeth. And so now I'm questioning whether he missed anything important during the check up. It's a bit disheartening as during my previous checkup with a Dentist who I believe no longer works there I received amazing very detail orientated service. Everyone the receptionist, the Dr, and the assistant were nice, but I think that having a good quality check up and cleaning are more important.

Positive experience: They are still taking on NHS patients. Have been there a year and dentists have changed and they no longer have a hygienist but so far, care is fine.

Negative experience: The dentist was not nice to me. He wasn’t professional. I entered and immediately he mentioned how much I was to pay even after I told him I had a baby who’s under a year old. His assistant helped to clarify that women like me didn’t have to pay. That’s when he understood and immediately the treatment towards me changed. I asked questions and they were not answered. He said I’m taking an exray then said all good you can go. My teeth changed shape after giving birth. I expected a better response and clarity to what was happening. It looked like I was taking much of his time. So I left. I was given a teeth cleaning appointment but I don’t think I can go after my past experience. The other dentist who examined my teeth during my pregnancy was amazing he went all out explaining what was happening to my teeth. But the new dentist was not professionally kind to me. I hope he didn’t do that because I’m black and African.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to this Dentist since COVID just life got in the way and was very impressed by my first visit from friendly reception staff to professional Dentist and Assistant. I would recommend to anyone I am a NHS patient.

Fantastic experience: From the phone call to the consultation everything was handled professionally I have panic attacks really bad ones but the lovely receptionist told my husband to come up to the consultation with me which really helped a lot the dental nurse was lovely and I must say the dentist was superb it was all done at your pace I go back in two weeks for scale and polish first time in 5 years disgusting I know but am aiming for a beautiful smile at the end of all my treatment. The dentist administered pain relief in stages so that I wouldn't have any pain from the needle. The receptionist is very helpful and got in touch a few times to let me know about cancellations so that I could be seen earlier.
