Kempston Dental Practice is a long standing private family practice where children are also welcome under the NHS. It is a place where you are never rushed and receive the advice you need to make informed choices and where the ethos is centred on prevention as well as a cure.
We offer advanced dental care which includes specialist so you don't have to be referred externally saving time and money.
We have a ground floor disabled accessible dental surgery for those who may have mobility issues.
We also offer sedation for those who may be nervous.

Fantastic experience: This morning was my first visit to this dental surgery and I was very pleased with my experience. The Receptionists were helpful and friendly and my new dental surgeon explained everything she was going to do on this first visit. Overall a very pleasant experience - considering it was a dental appointment!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Kempston to get two fillings done. Dr Suraj Malde was the dentist I had my appointment with and he did an excellent job. The appointment was on time and was very efficient. He did an initial clean which I usually have some pain with but that was not the case here. The fillings were done and look really good. He even shaved a couple of other teeth that could prevent the composite filling from being damaged in the future. Overall a very thorough procedure and also very friendly along with the dental assistant he had on the day. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I used to be nervous about dentist visits but the staff and dentists at Kempston dental practice are amazing from reception to the actual dentists. Dr Suraj Malde is absolutely brilliant! He is professional, gentle and takes the time to explain everything clearly which always helps put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kempston Dental Practice ever since I was a child and it has definitely changed over the years! From the moment you walk into to Kempston Dental Practice you are greeted with a very warm welcome, nothing is ever to much trouble and they are very good at fitting appointments around work commitments, especially Lucy! Lucy always remembers everyone by name and goes above and beyond. Personally, I have always hated going to the dentist so I was a bit unsure having my teeth straighten but after going through the invisalign treatment I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr Suraj Malde made the whole experience feel like a breath of fresh air! He explained every step of the process and was very understanding with fitting my appointment around work. I have highly recommend him and this treatment to everyone and already sent a co-worker to him to have her teeth done. Fantastic experience: Receptionist Lucy is always friendly, helpful and professional. Maria my hygienist and her nurse were thorough and kind and made me feel at ease. Building work is going on at the practice but I was well informed leading up to my appointment and the temporary measures in place within the building are well signed and staff are on hand to help if needed. Fantastic experience: Dr. Uma was absolutely brilliant with our 6 year old. He was extremely anxious to have his tooth extracted due to an abcess. She took her time to reassure him and explained the procedure step by step. The procedure was quick and painless and he said it was the best dental experience he has had. Our boy was back to his happy self 20 mins post procedure. Thank you for such fantastic treatment and care. We would 100% recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I got checked up Uma the dentist. For the past 2 years I have been regularly seen by a hygienist. I got a clean bill for my dental health. When I started my dental health was poor especially the gums and wobly tooth. Shows how good regular visit has been beneficial. In the waiting room I also met another patient who couldn’t pay enough compliments to the the KDP team and the care he received over the years. I couldn’t agreed more with him. Keep it up KDP Btw I can’t climb stairs comfortably and I was accommodated on the ground floor.
Fantastic experience: My son had the best experience. Dr. Alison is amazing women. My both kids are happy to come back for check ups and procedures. Son been advised for braces and Dr. Alison make him so comfortable with his teeth removal. We will never change the dentist anymore.

Fantastic experience: Really Amazing Service. Just had my first appointment with Kempston Dental Practise. From being welcomed by Lucy on reception to the moment I left, it felt different from other dentists I’ve been to which was so refreshing. Ima and Isabella were really great. Ima put my mind at rest and talked me through every step. We spoke about what treatment was required and I don’t feel nervous at all about the upcoming procedures. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Suraj Malde recently and had a great experience. I was a bit nervous as hadn't been to the dentists for a long time but Suraj reassured me with his calm presence and did a thorough checkup. He resolved a few small issues I had immediately and explained what he was doing in a way I could understand. I would definitely recommend him!

I used to be much more nervous about about dental appointments in the past but now after seeing Ina I have no such issues. Fantastic experience: I had invisalign treatment with Dr Suraj and Nurse Sharon. They were warm and professional throughout. They put you at ease and also come across as knowledgeable and friendly. They were genuinely invested in my treatment and the results and were happy to take any ad hoc requests outside of appointments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Kempston Dental Practice last year for an emergency appointment when I was almost at the point of taking a pair of pliers to my mouth. Luckily I made the better decision to go and see Dr Suraj who was able to immediately alleviate my pain and put together a treatment plan to help me get back to a state of dental fitness. Over the course of about four months I saw Dr Suraj a number of times and each time was painless, comfortable and to be honest so relaxing that I actually struggled to stay awake through one of my appointments. The level of care I received from Dr Suraj, Sharon and all the other staff I interacted with was top tier and for the first time in about 10 years I am not suffering from daily dental distress and the team at Kempston Dental Practice have my eternal thanks for that. Finally I also want to shout out Dr Roshwin for making what I thought was going to be a traumatic tooth extraction so smooth and painless.
