The orthodontists treating me were all extremely friendly and hospitable and all my appointments have been on time without hassle. I’m especially pleased to have been treated by Dr Shiva, Rabina and Vinisha who have all been extremely professional and helpful throughout every step through my treatment at this clinic.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. From the very bottom to the top, the management is poor and disorganized. The reception staff are unhelpful, unfriendly, and often come across as dismissive and rude, showing little to no concern for patients’ needs. Their lack of empathy and professionalism leaves a very negative impression. Overall, it is clear that both patient care and management standards are severely lacking.

Negative experience: Truly awful service here. I would not recommend to anybody. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. The NHS orthodontist for children works only one afternoon weekly on a weekday afternoon. Having booked an appointment some six weeks or more in advance received a message cancelling it because the orthodontist will not be working that day. No new appointment was offered as they do not know her schedule. They hope to recruit some more orthodontists and will call back when they have. They assured me this would be in the next 8 months. All this after having waited over 1 year already from when the local dentist referred us to them. This attitude is typical of every dealing we have had with them to date, unprofessional , unhelpful, poor communicators and simply couldn't care less attittude.

Fantastic experience: Ealing dental specialists are a really good team and they do everything to keep their clients happy and healthy. The receptionists are always really welcoming and helpful whenever needed. The orthodontists are also really kind and friendly and they work smoothly and precisely. Negative experience: After bringing my daughter here for 3+yrs for braces n retainers. My last day experience was absolutely disgusting. The consultant was so rude that me and my daughter couldn't believe her behaviour. It was After explaining we could not afford the retainers, costing £190 at this time, that she became very negative and literally discharged us from the practice. Either staff are overworked and stressed in this practice or they desperately need to get some public relations and management skills. From other reviews it seems this behaviour is common here.

Negative experience: Second visit after a year waiting...Again appointment delayed for approximately 40 minutes. 3 members of staff at the reception desk and no one came to apologise for a delay...Please can you respect other people's time who took time off from their school, workplace to attend your visit.

Negative experience: It was my first time visiting this dentist with my son and I didn't had a good experience, first of all the person who was looking after my son was keep saying my son wrong age even though she had the information infornt of her , second she asked me my son height I responded I don't know then she was like what is the dad height I was like i don't know , then she asked me if my son is taller than his dad I was like how can u compare a child with an adult , bare in mind my son is very small for his age I think this is a very rude question to asked someone.

I thought it wouldn't be possible for me to have braces due to a resin retained bridge I already have but despite the challenges it posed everything turned out perfectly, I'm so impressed! I just had my braces taken off last week and I could not be happier with the results. Dimka has been amazing - she's so kind and she always communicates with you to let you know what will happen next so you can be prepared. I couldn't have been in better hands. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough stars to express how great this dentist is. Dr Roopa is the epitome of what a Doctor is and should be. Dr Roopa was always patient and understanding when I asked multiple questions. Never did Dr Roopa make me feel like I was asking too many questions or my concerns were invalid. Dr Roopa is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and attentive. At every appointment my interactions were always pleasant with her and I always left confident that I was in the best of care. From my initial consultation to my last appointment, Dr Roopa treated me with care and kindness. My experience with Dr Roopa and my treatment was beyond what I could have imagined. All the staff at the dentist are great, from the receptionist to the nurses and therapists they are all so efficient, courteous, professional and organised. I highly and strongly recommend this dentist as the quality of service provided is unmatched and not found elsewhere. This dentist is worth every penny.

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. DO YOUR RESEARCH before getting treatment here - had braces here from the age of 14-19 Due to prolonged treatment ,I have suffered from TMJ(jaw clicking) and root reabsorption of my front teeth.I was not made aware of these until the hospital explicitly stated it in a letter. This could have been resolved by me having yearly x rays to check the health of my teeth after having braces for so long. -The customer service here is horrendous.For instance,they rarely respond to emails and it is almost impossible to reschedule appointments because they are somehow “always full”. -I had 4 teeth removed for this treatment only to be told I would have to get braces AGAIN and jaw surgery. -They have tried to FORCE me to sign a form that said “I was satisfied with the results of my treatment” under the guise of consent even tho I wasn’t .When I told them this,they didn’t just ask the receptionist to explain why I had to sign it ,even asked the therapist to pressure me to sign it . -only saw the orthodontist regularly after I complained but even then i felt like I was dismissed .This is because whenever I had problems with my treatments such a a inability to eat due to the increasing of my bite block I would state it but then they would give an excuse such as “I need it” or threaten me with taking my braces off. -I was told to wear elastics full time for a yr however my gums started to swell up this causing me to be unable to wear them properly.CONSEQUENTLY,I had made this aware to them however they just said I need to try my hardest to wear it even tho I couldn’t :( -was told my bite would fix by September by - Kasia but it didn’t and her response was “I am not going to state anymore the estimation because it would look bad on the business” instead of explaining why this was the case. To conclude ,I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND that you take your children here due to my experience and many others below .

Negative experience: Was this supposed to be a consultation with a professional orthodontist certainly not was quite rude and impatient my son requires NHS treatment was sent here by local dentist however once arrived she didn’t even discuss the issue in depth and instead swiftly suggested a private treatment this just goes to show how corrupt dental industry is in this country consumed by greed and avariciousness. Overall this place clearly does not care about giving an individual a deserving smile which my son excited for ended up being quite unhappy; leaving with disappointment and a frown left upon his face. This Place may as-well scream GIVE ME YOUR MONEY! Clearly my son is need of some sort of procedure indoor to fix his jaw misalignment which has been contributing to neck and shoulder pain which has also exacerbated his self esteem. If you are looking forward to fixing your Childs teeth there are certainly cheaper alternatives as this place once again screams GIVE ME YOUR MONEY! In addition, stuff seems unprofessional by just first glance.Messy wrinkly and disheveled the orthodontist her self had exaggerated lip fillers as having a "permanent pout" or "duck face," as if she's perpetually posing for a selfie, i could you not second floor was intoxicating, stench smell erupting which what seemed to be a nearby toilet nostril were smothered. this place is out of control and requires surveillance.

Fantastic experience: My 15 year old son has been receiving Invisaline treatment at Ealing Dental Specialists for the last year. We are very pleased with the results. He has very quickly seen results and now has beautiful straight teeth. Stephanie and Nassira were excellent. They are very professional and gave us good advice. They have also given gentle but firm encouragement to my son to be more consistent with wearing the Invisaline trays and taking more care when he bushes his teeth.

Positive experience: Helpful but long journey. One practitioner wasn't helpful or understanding of my daughter whom is autistic and we requested a change, all other staff were amazing and helpful. Stephanie was fabulous and helped us work out best treatment option for my daughter whom found fixed metal braces intolerable. We went to invisalign ,which whilst expensive was worth it and gave amazing results and suited my daughter with her additional needs. Thankyou xx
