Fantastic experience: Excellent team at this dentist. Welcomed at reception with smiling staff. The dentist explained everything clearly and I was immediately put at ease. Afterwards I saw the hygienist and she was just as welcoming as the rest of the team.

Negative experience: I thought. I found a good dentist! but I was wrong .... I am not at all satisfied with this dental practice one dental satisfied ...... why? because the dentist is not willing to treat even a single tooth !! and I know that I have a lot of decayed teeth but despite this the dentist pretends not to see it and tells me to order another check-up in half a year in fact I only go there for check-ups not for tooth repair I think I am wasting my time with this practice while they earn free money for my sitting with them sorry

Fantastic experience: I’ve been registered with this dental practice for about 10 years, and I have to say I’ve never experienced a more professional approach. Dr. Artur never pushes unnecessary treatment or “searches for cavities” just to make money. Everything is handled with care, honesty, and in a friendly atmosphere — you can even have a laugh while sitting in the dentist’s chair. The whole team is always kind, professional, and helpful. 10 out of 10! Regarding the rather unclear review left by Ms. Bożena Cervenakova — I completely disagree with it. If you are unfamiliar with how NHS dental treatment works, perhaps it would be wise to learn about it before questioning the dentist’s professionalism. It’s quite curious that almost everyone else is happy with the service — and yet you seem to be the only one with such an extreme opinion. Isn’t that a bit telling? If you’re expecting treatment without clinical justification, maybe a private clinic — happy to charge you a small fortune — would suit you better. And if you’re convinced you have cavities, even though the dentist doesn’t see them, then perhaps a trip to Turkey is the answer — where they’ll happily grind down all your teeth (even the healthy ones) and give you a full set of porcelain veneers. Problem solved, and your ego might be satisfied too.

However, be aware there's always broken glass out front by the entrance for some reason so need to be extra careful if you've got children with you especially. I'm not sure why it's never been cleaned up in the two years we've been going, very strange.

Always gives good advice and we need more Dr's like him that love doing thier job and it really shows. My child used to be anxious but after Dr Muddappa Managooli appointments and his care that's gone. Great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been with A one dental practice for over a decade now... Initially they saved my front tooth by doing a root canal treatment for which I am truly grateful! Then there came the new team who have been more than welcoming and have always taken my views into consideration when doing treatments, and even advising me on what treatment to have(some of which I've personally declined due to my own concerns). I am a smoker still, so there was some damage to my teeth which needed fillings and have recently had 5 fillings in separate teeth respectively. I had to put all this treatment on hold as I was having some teeth straightening treatment elsewhere and this dental practice and Dr Rajvir were kind enough to provide me with special dental grade toothpaste to ensure a cavity I had (for over a year whilst wearing aligners) was kept clean and the tooth was safe from further damage. Recently on that tooth, with the cavity, I had root canal treatment which went relatively well and they've tried their best to save the tooth, though it looked shaky at times because of the size of the cavity. I'm currently waiting to get a crown fitted on the tooth and sincerely hope this goes well... I also have gaps in my teeth on the right hand side and am hoping to have some bridge work done which I believe would restore my smile to it's former state or better. I trust this will go well as usual, though I haven't had the chance to ask for the treatment yet, so wish me luck all! Great service as always!... and everybody there is very kind and caring and involve you in your treatment as much as possible and guide you through the process quite well... PS, there was a clerical error where I was going to be charged £250 for treatment and the dentist herself came out to check this and saved me almost £160 without me even asking, so not money hungry at all and very polite too... Highly rated! A*** Thank you Dr Rajvir and the team!!!
