Fantastic experience: Dr Nik has a cheerful and professional manner, able to put anyone at ease. He removed a wisdom tooth for me quickly (I didn’t believe him when he said he’d finished) and painlessly, fully explained everything and led two assistants who were also lovely.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. All the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, and Shahram, the principal dentist, is truly outstanding. I came in with a broken tooth that other dentists insisted could only be removed, but he saved it with a pin and crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Over the years, I never feel nervous about my appointments because I trust the quality of his work completely. He always makes sure I’m comfortable, and his great sense of humour makes each visit even more relaxing.

Fantastic experience: A decent dental practice, the staff are great. Easy to book or amend appointments and they accept people joining via NHS. Rooms are bright and relaxing. They offer lots of alternative dental services too including cosmetic types

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and accommodating. I've had a number of procedures carried out ranging from checkups to root canals and I've always felt well informed and reassured. My children are also patients here and for the first time they are actually excited to visit the dentist! Thank you to everyone at the practice, you do a great job.

The reception team, Debbie and Alison, were so kind and helpful – they made the whole process of booking in really easy and welcoming. Both me and my boyfriend saw Dr. Saousan and Dr. Cristina, and they were absolutely wonderful – very professional, caring, and made us both feel comfortable throughout. Fantastic experience: Just called in for my 6 monthly check-up and everything went well, as usual - smooth registration for my appointment when I arrived, short wait to be called in and a very pleasant examination with Mr. Ali. Didn't feel rushed at all and I was given a clear explanation of the checks being made - all good! Payment and setting my next appointment was straightforward and I spent around 20 minutes in the building, all told.

Negative experience: Me and my children usually have pleasant visits to the dentist when we see our own dentist Dr. Dimitra Tsangaratou as she is amazing. However, the last 2 visits have been emergency appointments for my 10yr old son and both time we have seen Dr Saousan Haj Ahmad. Her lack of empathy towards children is astonishing, her people skills are dire. She made my son feel like he was a nuisance by coming back a 2nd time and asked what the problem was so when I explained its the same problem that he came in with a month prior and there has been no improvement she shrugged her shoulders at me. Completed a xray and sent us on our way! Suggesting we book an appointment for root canal on a baby tooth that is a half broken tooth being pushed out by the adult tooth!! Absolutely not. And she didn't even give my son a sticker which he was unimpressed with. When he came out of the dentist he actually said he only ever wants to go back to the dentist if he is seeing our normal dentist and not this moody lady.

Fantastic experience: Bee dental is second to none. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Recently had a checkup with Dr Dimitri who goes over and beyond to explain what treatment is needed and why. She is very patient and helps you to relax. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is great. He always makes me feel at ease and is quite funny always tells me off for not flossing as often as I should. Remember everyone, brushing alone only cleans upto 60% of your teeth, so don't forget to floss!

Sabreen was very kind, took the time to explain some elements of dental hygiene that had previously passed me by, and even provided a stress ball to sqqueeze during the treatment! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had regular check up and few days later had professional teeth cleaning thought my teeth were fine, but wow what a difference They feel great and the marks on my teeth have gone, highly recommended if you have any teeth discolouration. Staff very friendly and not at all pushy trying to pressure you to have work done, feel more confident with staining gone

When I arrived I didn't wait long in the waiting room and.was greeted, as usual, with a friendly smile and chat when in the dentist "s room. As I have to attend quite frequently, it is necessary to have a good rapport with your dentist, which I feel that I have.

I recently had two appointments and the dentist and the two assistants (first room in the right from the waiting room) were so nice, made sure I was okay and made me laugh the whole time. The waiting time was less than five minutes for me which was incredible. I would definitely suggest this place if you are looking for dental care :)

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal treatment at Bee Dental with Dr. Sharam and Nurse Sarah, and I can honestly say it was a five-star experience from start to finish. I was quite nervous beforehand, but Dr. Sharam was incredibly reassuring and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Nurse Sarah was equally amazing—supportive, attentive, and kind, which really helped. The actual treatment was smooth and completely painless. They both worked together so efficiently and made what I thought would be a stressful appointment feel surprisingly relaxed. Highly recommend Bee Dental to anyone needing root canal treatment or any dental work!

Fantastic experience: Bee dental can’t do enough to help you, if you need an emergency appointment and you are a registered patient then they will accommodate you with an appointment asap. Debbie on reception will always help with your appointments as does Alison, they also remind you by telephone or text when your next appointment is due. Dimitra my regular dentist goes above and beyond, the way she talks you through and explains every step of your treatment is amazing, I have never met a dentist with so much patience. My son who suffers with anxiety is always at ease when he is due his appointment with Dimitra, especially as she works evenings and it’s quieter when he attends. All the nurses that assist Dimitra in the surgery are always pleasant reassuring and most helpful.

Fantastic experience: My current dentist is Dr Saousan. I am a nervous patient when it comes to dentist but she talks though everything doing the best to calm me. Never had anything more than a filling but all done well does not try upselling like had at a previous dentist. Reception staff are nice but always busy. Only minor issue with dentist is the parking situation but this mainly due to the doctors surgery.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years, and the practise put me at ease straight away. I didn't have to wait long for my original check-up, or my follow-up appointments for fillings required. Dr Saousan was very friendly, explained what was required, why it was important to treat my teeth, and made sure I was comfortable. The dental treatment room was very calming, with gentle music in the background (made me feel relaxed considering I was nervous about going after waiting for so many years). Thank you for being kind and for helping me remain calm and peaceful during what can sometimes feel a little daunting beforehand. Will happily attend here for my next check-up in 6 months time! :)

Fantastic experience: My dentist, Dr Sabreen is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I’m a nervous patient and she has helped me overcome my nerves and be able to have much needed dental treatment. She recommended I have some composite restoration and the results were excellent. Fantastic experience: Bee dentist Bolton road got to be the best NHS Dentist, polite friendly and the work on my teeth has been great.

Negative experience: Very bad practice! They deal with people with double standards- they don't tolerate someone is late for few minutes while you go on time thet keep you waiting for 15 minutes! They are allowed to be late but you aren't! Also , I had teeth could be treated but they removed them instead
