Fantastic experience: The practice were very welcoming and there were always timely reminders of my appointment. Naresh was fantastic throughout the whole process. He explained each procedure for my implant and answered my many questions. It was completely pain free and my replacement tooth is a perfect match. The follow up appointment to ensure that it was settled and the bone growing around it all went smoothly and I have been signed off. I would thoroughly recommend him and Laurel Cottage.

Dental nurse came put to greet me and invite me into the surgery. My dentist Diana, was cheery, thorough and full of praise for my dental hygiene efforts and gave me advice on a couple of concerns I had.

Positive experience: Lovely staff as always, however, went in to ask for a prescription for an abscess and was charged £26 for the privilege and £9.40 for a prescription, so £35 in total, what a rip off. I don't even charge that much for a complete roof inspection.i told you that I had an abscess,so you could have just issued a prescription, this would have been the case if I had visited my doctor without having to charge me.

My weirdly shapped teeth look fully straight but still natural. Dr. Arjan spent so much time and care throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. The entire team at Laurel Cottage is warm, friendly, and extremely helpful.

She throughly scales your teeth to remove any plaque or tartar build-up in those areas brushing cannot reach, performs a clean and polish to remove any superficial stains on your teeth, offers tailored advice on how to maintain good dental health and demonstrates techniques you can use at home. I cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with my teeth after completing the aligner process to straighten them. I already knew Arjun was an amazing dentist after being a client for a number of years, so was more than happy for him to start the straightening journey. My two front upper teeth had a large gap with one digging into my inside lip causing an ongoing minor injury, and on the lower row one tooth had completely moved inwards. I had regular in-person check-ups with Arjun and also kept him up-to-date via email with photos and an opportunity to leave comments or questions. Each appointment was always calm and relaxing with music playing in the background, and the whole practice team are wonderful. Now treatment has finished I’m so happy with the end result, beautifully white, straight teeth. It wasn’t until I reached the end of the treatment that I realised how my teeth had bothered me, I’m now feeling much more confident to talk and smile openly. It’s never too late to start the treatment, I’m 66, and so thankful to Arjun and the team.

Positive experience: 2021-Be specific when asking question of reception staff- they can be ambiguous and whilst helpful mostly, this is lacking when things go awry. Mo is always helpful and has been my dentist for many years. Jan 2024- much improved reception. Saw Nix and he was professional courteous and put me at ease and also got to all my issues. Have increased my star rating based on recent experience 2024- saw Nix again. Professional and addressed concerns. Also saw lady Hygienist Roxana-Elena Stoica, who was lovely. And her staff even when I a nervous patient helped put me at ease and with trying to sort headphones!
