Fantastic experience: As someone who has been absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist their entire life I genuinely could not recommend Genix enough. Imran is quite possibly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, especially considering at other practises I’ve been to in the past there feels to be no patient and consultant relationship but here everyone you speak to in the practise is so friendly and lovely and actually wanting to converse with you. Everything was so well explained to me so I knew exactly what was happening and why and I was made to feel so calm and relaxed that I even found myself laughing despite my nerves. I’m so happy to of found a dentist to help with my fears and I’m actually not nervous to come back in 6 months for once! Thanks to all the team and Imran !

Fantastic experience: Imran is a great dentist, I have never had any problems since being with this dental surgery, also he has a laugh and joke with you to take your mind of what he doing, but the surgery is lovely, I would recommend it, but it's just ashame there not taking anyone else on at the moment. I usually see becky on the receptionist too, she is also lovely and all the staff at genix health care, I have not got one bad word to say here, its always positive, imran is my dental worker always chatable and makes me laugh, hes always very proud of the small steps that I have been making and achieved since being with this dental surgery, I enjoy it too.

Fantastic experience: Came today with my daughter and son who were both nervous about going but the treatment they received was amazing, becca and student nurse were extremely professional and fantastic with both my daughter and son and put them both at ease taking to them in such a friendly and amazing way they were both so well looked after I can’t thank them both anuff for the care they received before and after. It’s such a lovely friendly and careing feeling when your there noing your children are in such safe hands and a lovely atmosphere with all staff can’t recommend anuff

Fantastic experience: Excellent services as always. As a family it is lovely to attend the dentist and recoeve the advice, care and treatment to an extremely high standard. Imran is always very helpful and explains reasons for certain treatments, always ensuring myself and the children feel less worried. His assistant today (Louise?)was super friendly too. It's lovely to leave smiling,as previous surgery's we belonged to never seemed to provide the care and understanding that we always receive here. Nothings ever too much hassle and we appreciate the services offered massively as a family who used to fear dentist appointments

Fantastic experience: Fenix dental team were very friendly and courteous. They even managed to help me out with a dental problem that another dentist said it would need me to have an implant to replace and wanted to charge me just under a £1000 to do. But I didn't want it, Fenix have suggested a much simpler way and much cheaper. Which made me cry with happiness

Fantastic experience: I attended Genix Blackpool on Monday with my 11 year old son. He was having problems with an adult tooth not being able to come through because of the position of the baby tooth. It was also causing discomfort. The student, Dan who has recently joined Genix this term set my son at ease. Before any treatment commenced he consulted with the supervisor, with Mr Bradley who was very happy that my son had actually asked to have the tooth out! He has had this same problem with other teeth not growing in the correct position and a previous student took a tooth out on the other side of his mouth for the same reason. My son knew exactly what the problem was with his teeth and what to expect. He was still a bit nervous having the anaesthetic but sat still for Dan with help from Kelsea the trainee dental nurse who was very reassuring and kind. After he had his tooth was taken out, he sat in the chair whilst Dan chatted with him and told him how brave he was. There was no rushing to make us leave the surgery, although my son was itching to get back to school to show off his extracted tooth!! Yet another positive experience for my family from Genix Blackpool. Thank you to everybody for always being so kind an always doing your best to get us an appointment swiftly. Best dental practice I've ever been to!

Negative experience: Had a bridge fitted yesterday. Didn't eat until today to allow the bridge to set. My first bite of food today and the bridge came out and nearly choked me. When back to the surgery with the bridge in my hand and they cannot re-fit it for a week because they don’t have any dentists working for a week

I am very sorry to hear that your bridge has come out, these things can happen unfortunately. You came in on Friday afternoon when we only had our therapist working. We did offer you an appointment on Monday morning but unfortunately you could not attend that.
We have 1 dentists present all week and 4 dental students, so I am sorry if you thought otherwise. We have booked you an appointment for Thursday which was the soonest appointment you could attend and we will hopefully rectify this issue for you.
