Fantastic experience: Wife and I have been patients with Comp Dent, roughly 25 years, attended by Richard. Very well run practice. Very respectfully spoken to and welcoming atmosphere on every visit; jointly, around 110 appointments in total, over those years. We are now in our mid to late 70's. Both have teeth in perfect order, age adjusted. Recent treatment: Richard completely rebuilt dental profile from tech lab model, to remediate lifetime of wear and tear. Three appointments. Three hours in chair. Three hours (approx guess) in preparation + tech lab charge. Total bill to me £915. Enormously difficult work to get right; but, 100% successful. Brilliantly diagnosed, planned and executed. Overall dental health and profile better now than 50 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I have had a problem this week with a part of a front tooth coming loose and leaving a ‘hole’ which was not nice and worrying for me, I called the Complete Dentistry and they kindly fitted me in. Today I received wonderful treatment from the hygienist who I had the pleasure to meet and be looked after for the first time. Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient so advised of this when I registered. I saw Jessica first (dentist) who was very good explaining everything she was doing and put me at ease, the following week I saw the hygenist who was also extremely patient with me, it is probably the first time I have ever been to a hygenist and not hated every minute. Thank you both for being understanding. Today saw Claire for the first time and she was really good, again explaining everything and showing me the best way to clean between my teeth.

Fantastic experience: We previously posted a review about 3 years ago and moving on from that time and after having received treatment from Richard, Jessica and Sylvia we still think this is an excellent dental practice. Not only is the treatment exceptional and administered with care but everything is explained clearly to you so you know what is happening and why. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. This is an update on the previous review. The standard of dentistry continues to be excellent and both my wife and I are very pleased we have such a good dentist as Richard. The practice is very efficient and all the staff are very friendly which put you as ease when you are having treatment. We recently had an hygienist appointment with Claire and were very impressed with the treatment we received and the advice we were given about caring for our teeth. This continues to be a very good dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: Denture developed a hairline crack on a Thursday afternoon, phoned dental practise and was given an appointment for the following morning at 8am. Went on Friday where an impression was taken and I was given instructions to go to a dental technician. After one hour denture was totally fixed. Can't get better service than that.

Negative experience: Twice now Richard has convinced me to do treatments that are not exactly cheap. He convinces you it is a simple process yet once treatment is done and you are in discomfort and need adjustments, you're then treated like a problematic patient and not someone who is in discomfort thanks to their bite being altered by the treatment. Even the assistant Sam is visibly agitated by me returning for adjustment to be made, turns out the treatment wasnt simple at all. The reception staff are however very caring and tried their best to fit me in due to the fact that I was in pain. I will have to see another dentist to fix this issue now, costing me more money.

Fantastic experience: Richard is a fantastic dentist for adults and children. He is thorough and explains any issues or potential issues in a clear and understandable way. With any work that has been needed, you know you are in a very safe pair of hands, which for me is essential as I really do not like any work being completed on my teeth. He also has a great sense of humour

Fantastic experience: The receptioist was wlecoming and friendly. My appointment was with Psimin the Hygeinist. She and her sister make a great team. The are friendly and reassuring and ensure that the patient is comfortable throughout the treatmnet. Psimin is patient and happy to answer any questions raised and offer helpful advice. They make going to the dentist a pleasure.

Positive experience: I find them incredibly expensive for my children’s’ check ups. £80 for 15 minutes in total for the 2 of them.
