Together Dental Canvey Island

Fantastic experience: Ani was absolutely brilliant. She put me at ease the minute I first met her. My treatment was totally painless and she spoke to me all the way through explaining everything that was being done. I would highly recommend her to everyone. I am so happy I decided to attend this practice and even more happy that Ani was my practitioner.

Fantastic experience: I had my check up with a lovely lady called Ani Pashova, she is friendly, professional and caring, she puts me at ease ( I have had a fear of the dentist since I had a bad experience when I was a young child) she took the time and trouble to explain the results of some X-rays I had taken and reassured me that everything was fine. Everyone from Ani to her dental nurse and the receptionist were all friendly and kind. It was a very positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Mr Lion is very gentle and patient. I am currently having Invisaline treatment so have had a couple.of very long appointments. He constantly asks you if you are ok and to let him know if at any time I need to stop. He is also happy to answer any questions. His dental nurse Ash is lovely too. They really work as a team.

Negative experience: Worst experience I've ever had. Had to click one star to submit but zero stars should be an option

Positive experience: Although our appointment was delayed as information had not been uploaded to my daughter records prior to the appointment, the remainder of the appointment run smoothly. Dr Lyon was very calm and reassuring to my daughter for her first tooth extraction. I find the staff are always helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appt with Ani Pashova, this dentist has always been good and I have seen different people, always polite and professional just as Ani was, however she seemed particularly knowledgeable and took time to explain and show the problem, really put in the extra effort and care and put me at ease. I stress again all other dentists I've seen here have been wonderful but she was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time seeing the lady dentist Ani Pashova at Together dental canvey Island.She was friendly and put me at ease straight away.She talked through different options of how to treat a tooth that was cracked and not far from having the nerve exposed which would have caused a lot of pain .After discussing two options I made my decision and felt confident that I had made the right choice with her help.I would recommend her highly !

Negative experience: Went today only because I couldn’t get an nhs appointment anywhere on CANVEY!! Paid £79 for a 7 . 6 minute appointment!! Asked to give my teeth a polish, to be told book with the hygienist for £80 !! The assistant working with the dentist was very uninvting too!!Complete rip off !!! X-ray and that was it in the chair for 7 minutes!!! For £79 will not be going back

Fantastic experience: Had a delightful experience today at my check up appointment with Dentist Arsalan Fattahi. He was the first dentist to ever ask me how my day was going and about the general health of my teeth. He made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease as sometimes going to the dentist can make me nervous. He reassured me my teeth were absolutely fine, did lots of checks and x-rays. Purely down to the way Mr Fattahi spoke to me and eased my anxiety made me feel so much more comfortable going to the dentist.

Negative experience: I phoned for my husband who was in agony with a toothache there were no nhs appointments so I booked for a private extraction and was told it would be £ 195.00 and £50.00 for a checkup. My husband had tooth extracted and was then charged £395.00 cannot believe this price was not mentioned over the phone. Apparently it starts at £ 195.00. I suggest they are clearer with there pricing range. And that was not including the 50.00 for checkup. I feel that I have totally mislead. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Phillip Lion is a brilliant dentist. Makes you feel comfortable which eases nervousness, is friendly and explains everything thoroughly. His dental assistant Emma is fantastic too. Very friendly and bubbly and you can tell they work well together as a team. I used to be a nervous patient but now i can honestly say i fully trust Dr Lion and his team. The receptionists there are also very friendly and will assist with any problems. They are very helpful and always smiling. Overall, i highly recommend Together Dental/Eldertree Dentists

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lion has been amazing. I was so nervous to go to a dentist after not going for some years. He was very patient with me and always asked if I was ok while having my treatment. I would recommend him to anyone of a nervous disposition.

Fantastic experience: First off the staff are very helpful in all areas of the practice. I’ve had a tooth extraction and I was extremely nervous about this as had bad experiences before. The dentist and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment I was in the chair they could both see I was nervous and had silly questions but once I was numb that was it very quick in removing the tooth and made sure I was ok after the extraction. I now don’t feel so apprehensive about going back. Would highly recommend

They really went above and beyond to help. Philip Lion is a friendly and professional dentist and his nurse is kind and welcoming. Negative experience: I moved to Canvey this year and been getting a doctor etc. I phoned this dentist and to be a NHS I have booked for August. So I have got tooth ache phoned 111 and they give me a treatment number for this dentist. Went there because their phoned didnt work. Found out they couldnt see me as an emergency under NHS (£23). Funny enough they can see me this morning if I pay £50. I didnt have a choice as I was in pain, but did feel robbed. Then told it was an infection under my crown, tooth would have to come out. mmm can you imagine that costs on private. I got antibiotics and hope for best until August. THERE IS A COST OF LIVING ISSUE PLEASE CONSIDER THIS. You could see more NHS patience you choice not to. When I was sitting they was booking people in. Please think of the patient who is in paint and near tears.

Fantastic experience: After not attending a dentist for over 8 years due to my fears, I finally plucked up the courage as I knew I needed treatment and no longer felt able to smile. I saw Mr Lion and had 4 fillings in one go. I never felt a thing from the moment I had my first injection till they were all done. I cannot thank Mr Lion enough for his patience and understanding and for the great job he carried out on my teeth. I will definitely be coming for regular six monthly check ups and won't allow myself to be consumed with fear anymore. Thank you so so much Mr Lion.
