Fantastic experience: Had a filling appointment performed by Rajpal. I have a massive fear of the dentist and he could not of been more supportive , understanding and attentive during the appointment. I did not even feel the injection, thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Rishi and the Croft Dental team enough for their recent support with a severely cracked tooth, which needed an implant. As a slightly more anxious patient, Rishi took the time to fully talk through all the options and back ups to ensure that I felt fully informed and comfortable with the treatment plan. Then, on the implant day, he walked me through the whole procedure ensuring I was not anxious and checked regularly how I was doing and talking me through which stage we were at. I got through the procedure feeling comfortable and supported by the whole team, and with a clear recovery plan and all items needed to help (including medication, tablets, manual toothbrush etc). I would wholeheartedly recommend Rishi and their team for making an initially traumatic experience one that was highly supported and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Nice bunch of humans, down to earth, easy to get in touch with and friendly to deal with. Thanks to Rajpal for genuinely looking out for my health, the sort of assertiveness you’d only hope to get from a GP. Also if you have a young kid to take to the dentist then Jake is fantastic. Fantastic experience: Croft Dental Centre is an excellent dental practice. My daughters have had experience with several of the dentists, and my wife and I have been fortunate enough to be treated by Sharmilla Radia, the senior partner. Our experiences have been very strong across the board from all the dentists and all treatments we've received. In particular I'd call out what Sharmilla has managed to do in fixing my wife's bite problems and solving a complex dentition problem for me including very painstaking implant placement and complex retained denture implementation with a lot of process steps and intermediate care required. Absolutely outstanding treatment executed with great precision and a very positive and reassuring attitude. Completely and unstintingly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Im new to the practise after a bad experience with my previous surgery. They were welcoming, efficient and responsive (Practise Manager Rajesh was great). My dentist, Rishi, was warm and reasuring. Most importantly I hardly realised he had carried out the extraction. First impressions - very pleased I switched!

Fantastic experience: As a complete dentaphobe I had no choice but to see a dentist for a deep cavity in my tooth. I can honestly say after seeing Jake for the filling yesterday, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. He and his nurse were both fantastic. I felt nothing during the procedure and can now eat again normally! The reception staff too are very helpful and friendly and deserve to be treated with the same respect they afford their patients. I have booked my next check up with Jake and also to see the hygienist Joanne who was recommended by another patient in the surgery and has fab reviews on Google. Can't thank you all enough and will be recommending you to any one else looking for a great dental experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dentist, Jake is absolutely lovely person, always happy, smiling away, and asks on each visit how we are he’s great with children I wouldn’t go any where else. This dentist has been absolutely brilliant and have been able to get appointments no problem. Reception staff are very friendly. Highly recommended this dentist, and there staff. Very kind practice. Fantastic experience: Recently joined Croft Dental Practice, and had a positive experience throughout! As others have mentioned appointments can be hard to find, but they're great at fitting you in when there are cancellations. For example, I joined as a new patient and got 2 fillings sorted later the same day! Rajpal was especially friendly and explained exactly what options were available, any risks, and warned me of any pain / pressure beforehand during the procedure. When you walk in the front door, the reception & waiting room is through an open doorway on the left, don't be distracted by the stairs or other doors!

The service was outstanding and the staff were extremely professional and very helpful! My daughter required extractions for orthodontic care, this was her first experience of dental intervention and she was very nervous! Fantastic experience: Title of review: The Best Dentist.. Jake. I have been under Jake since I have lived in Farnborough, he is the best dentist and my mum goes to him to. I am a very nervous, anxious patient and he always talks me through every procedure before it happens so i know what to expect. I had orthodontic treatment in 2014 (under an orthodontist) and was still was not happy with the result of my teeth so Jake offered me invisalign treatment. I am beyond happy with the result and price. I moved to a new area 2 years ago and still travel 45 minutes to come to have check ups and treatment with Jake. I would never look to go anywhere else! He is amazing. Thank you so much for making my smile perfect.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend this dental surgery enough! As someone that has always struggled with anxiety/fear of visiting the dentist from a young age, I was dreading my first check up appointment. But from the moment I stepped through the door all the staff very welcoming & calm environment. Then upon meeting Jake he made me feel like there was no shame about leaving it so long to go for a check up due to the fear, he took his time with me to make me feel comfortable and explained things throughly to me which has helped alot. Now over 6 months down the line that fear of going to the dentist has start to reduce and I cannot say thankyou enough!

Fantastic experience: Croft Dental Centre is an excellent establishment and our whole family have had excellent experience of their care over several years. I’d particularly like to single out the senior partner, Sharmilla Radia. Sharmilla has done wonders for my wife’s bite which has helped her have less headaches; recently I had a long session in the chair for the fitting of two implants in quite a difficult scenario. The care and precision with which Sharmilla approached this procedure was incredibly impressive, including the provision of two jigs designed to ensure precise placement and a very careful approach to anaesthesia to ensure nerve protection. I felt that I could not be in better hands and although it was a long procedure, the professionalism and care exercised by Sharmilla and her team made it very tolerable. Everyone at the practice is very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this practice.

The wonderful staff at the CDC have made it much easier for me. Hygenist Joanne Bell, alongside Nurse Muno, is always kind and patient. Dr Jake O'Connell is gentle and reassuring. I have been attending for regular check ups and for dental surgery, and I can say with certainty that I always feel safe and well cared for at the CDC. They are generous and informative. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Service was excellent. Everything from the scheduling to the dental services. I was reminded the day before my scheduled appointment, and when it came to the procedure, Rojpal described what he was going to perform before beginning.

Negative experience: Exorbitant costs and compassionless receptionists. Was in pain and distressed and they might as well have rolled their eyes at me.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly service from the receptionists and nurses, they have been very accommodating to my needs, overall amazing customer service.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with this practice. The dental treatment I’ve received has always been excellent but the process of booking is just frustrating. The practice insists on taking full payment of any appointments months in advance and on one occasion attempted to charge me again once the appointment was completed. Existing patients are unable to use the online booking system, that is something only available to new patients. I have raised this with the practice only find the response was blank faces and head scratching. The service is dreadfully inconsistent which is such a shame and a disservice to the standard of dental care available. Currently I’m a private patient and have decided to seek an alternative provider. I appreciate appointment no-shows are problematic but the current system is just ridiculous. Taking card details to secure a booking is an acceptable solution and charging if cancellation policy isn’t adhered to is pretty standard.

Negative experience: Firstly, I AM a patient of this practice. The reply to my review is a contemptible lie designed to save face and invalidate me for coming forward. I've decided to take this matter to higher authorities because they simply cannot be trusted. The receptionists are SO hideously unpleasant I'm surprised they haven't been turned into a meme for everyone on the internet to laugh at and their crooked dentists are just con-artists masquerading as medical professionals. Read the other negative reviews! This is a business that should be legally investigated for committing malpractice. They don't care about their patients, they only care about turning in a profit.

Negative experience: Awful secretaries and the practice itself will find very corrupt ways to swindle money out of you. Avoid. EDIT: Contrary to the reply of my review, I am actually a registered patient of this dreadful practice, which just goes to show how corrupt they are. The receptionists are rude, icy, argumentative and extremely unhelpful, especially if you're NHS. The last appointment I had the dentist in question falsely diagnosed a problem that didn't even exist and quoted an extortionate sum to treat it. This was later confirmed by a dentist from another practice, who was more ethical. I cannot even begin to stress this enough, avoid this place like the plague

Fantastic experience: I am terrible about dentists and very frightened about pain. These wonderful people went above and beyond to put me at ease. I had anaesthesia under controlled conditions which was administered with kindness and humour putting me at ease. The dentist was brilliant, explained thoroughly what would happen and did an excellent extraction of which I remember little. After care was exceptional and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Paid a deposit to secure my appointment, was seen 20 minutes late and wasn’t told they were running late and no one apologised or even acknowledged that I’d been waiting 20 minutes. No one I saw was overly friendly or welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my one year old with me to my Appointment as I couldn’t get childcare and was really nervous about how she would behave and ultimately if she would become an issue in my appointment. Mr O’Connell was amazing, his knowledge, advice and personable nature was such a pleasure. He was patient, kind and caring and made me feel so at ease and calmed my baby down when she was getting panicked at what was happening. Every experience I have had at Croft has been great but today I left feeling so thankful to him for his professionalism and the care he provided. Everyone is always helpful, understanding and flexible with appointments. Couldn’t rate any higher.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but Rishi Patel @ CDC is excellent, he is very personable, takes time to explain what needs to be done and executes flawlessly. They have 3D imaging for dental work like crowns which results in better patient experience and more accurate fittings. I also want to thank the lovely ladies on reception (Mimmie and Maryan) for their efficiency and friendliness, see you again soon.

Fantastic experience: I very recently had a bone graft at Croft Dental centre in preparation for a dental implant. I was extremely nervous about the surgery but was put to ease by the dental team, their professionalism and understanding throughout the procedure. I would thoroughly recommend Croft Dental, this is the first dentist in my life where you as a patient are really listened to and empathised with. Really pleased I've found this place!

Fantastic experience: Went for a Hygiene check up today 13/10/23 and on entering the building the receptionist was very friendly and professional. I was then greeted by Elizeta whom kindly welcomed me to start the session. She assured that I was at ease and remained calm and her advice was amazing! I've had countless dental check ups with Rajpal in the past and he has always been able to pin point any issues I had with my teeth and give excellent advice. I would certainly recommend Croft Dental to others and rate this company 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: Joanne Bell - the lovely hygienist at Croft Dental Centre was the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever encountered. Having just signed up to CDC, she explained in detail what improvements could make to flossing and demonstrated this by giving me the choice of various floss sticks and interdental pipe cleaner” options too. I look forward to seeing a marked improvement in my dental hygiene at my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those that is terrified of going to the dentist, but at Croft, they make you feel at ease and are excellent at tending to your needs with exceptional care. They explain and show you every detail of what is required, and they have up to date technology. Staff are all friendly and they have specialists on site to tend to some deeper root canals so you don't have to be referred elsewhere. I was so relaxed when I was having a root canal done, that I almost fell asleep, and I never needed any pain killers after the process. I highly recommend them!

Positive experience: I almost chose to go elsewhere upon joining after speaking with the practice manager who deals with all new clients. His customer service and manner was horrendous. Condescending, rude, pushy and persisted in asking personal questions about my insurance plan despite my obvious discomfort. He ignored what I asked for and I came off the phone feeling absolutely railroaded. I’m in a senior client facing position and if a member of my staff behaved like that they would be shown the door. However, given the reviews of the actual talented and professional practice staff I decided to try it. I’ve so far only seen the hygienist and it was a very good experience. I’ll see how I feel after I’ve seen the dentist.

The receptionists are outstanding, they show compassion and understanding and always deliver the best information whilst trying to provide the necessary appointment, I can’t thank you enough. I would like to mention Rajpal Sirha, my dentist who has provided me with support for an abscess that’s been on going since 1/7/23, tricky situation. Today, on his recommendation I have had root canal treatment from Mina Patel, she was above amazing, so thorough, confident, just brilliant, her approach cannot be faulted. Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment today with Rishi Patel, very friendly and kind. He explained me the situation of my tooth on the x ray and the options i had. In the end had to do an extraction with any pain. He explained all the process and clarify all my doubts. Definitely i will come back for further appointments.

Negative experience: This place has gone massively downhill since I first registered 10 years ago. It used to be good, but now they’re just money hungry and will do anything to get business. I’ve lost count on how many receptionists they’ve gone through. The dentists that I’ve come across all seem lovely. So what does all this say about the dental practice? The practice manager is a bit of an arrse. Probably driving away all his staff and is most definitely driving away his customers.

Fantastic experience: Last week I called upon the services of Croft Dental when I had an urgent issue with my molar. I have been registered with my dentist in Cornwall since I was a toddler, but haven’t lived in Cornwall for 10 years, but with family still living there and the trust I have for that practice, I never moved dentist when I relocated to the South East. However, last week made me realise that living in Camberley, I need a dentist closer for those times when urgent care is needed. Furthermore I was heartened and very grateful to receive such diligent service from Croft Dental Centre. When I phoned to seek treatment, the Practice Manager took my case on and made an appointment which was long enough to entirely remedy my tooth. The Dentist, Rishi was excellent, professional, friendly, explained everything and performed a complex filling which I found perfectly comfortable. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Initially came to the dentist for an emergency appointment, they saw me straight away. I saw Aidan who was amazing and explained everything to me in amazing detail, he also explained the payment plans they offer for regular dentist, hygienist checks and discount on private dental care, unlike other dentists I’ve been too I didn’t feel as though he was just trying to get my money. i joined there dental plan and booked my hygienist appointment in the next day. I have returned to the Croft dental for a filling, although they were running slightly late the customer service from the receptionist team was great, they apologised multiple times for the delay although this not being there fault. I have nothing bad to say about this dental practice the staff is lovely every time I come and very informative. Would highly recommend them!
