Fantastic experience: I had bad anxiety visiting dentists but Joe made me at ease at all times.He did a fantastic job with my new dentures and recomend k3.Very friendly staff also .Thank you all for bringing back my smile

Negative experience: My mum had high hopes for this, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations She recently booked an appointment for a full teeth scan. Reception staff for booking the appointment were really helpful that the only thing my mum can say. Got called in for the scan and refused because my mum couldn’t get her piercings out. The woman who was going to do the scan was rude and wouldn’t let my mum speak never even gave her any alternatives. My mum suffers with anxiety and she just talked to her like crap. Disappointed to say the least. Spoke to another clinic and piercings won’t affect the scan and have no problem doing it so don’t know why the woman made it such a big thing and treat my mum badly!

Negative experience: My wife is in need of general dentistry, and decided to pay private even though she’s registered with an NHS practice,so I filled in k3s website contact form with all her contact details , and waited for a call back , after 3 days no response, I find this unbelievable that they don’t even have the decency of replying , I then did the same on Vitruvian Dental Studio in Barnsley town centre , within 10 minutes of sending the enquiry my wife received a call and booked in for examination, K3 not worth 1 star but no choice to give it

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff who truly put their customers first. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for anyone. I called this morning with an urgent issue, the reception team managed to squeeze me in and the dentist Georgiana, couldn’t have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this dental practice. I have been subscribed to the ‘dental plan’ at this practice for many years, it consistently provides value for money.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Georgiana Sarchiz and K3 Dental Studio enough! When I was first told I needed a root canal, I was incredibly nervous and even turned up twice for the procedure but couldn’t go through with it. Georgiana was so understanding and kind, really taking the time to listen to my concerns and making me feel completely at ease. When I finally did have the procedure, it was completely pain-free. I’m so glad I went through with it, and I appreciate how delicate and gentle she was throughout the whole process. Her professionalism and care have earned my trust, and I’m confident in recommending her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist.

Fantastic experience: Made to feel very comfortable from start to finish and this was a root canal job. Although I was apprehensive about the treatment I was put completely at ease by Georgiana and her colleague, Gemma. I didn’t even feel the anaesthetic being applied. If it’s possible to feel happy about going to the dentist this place makes sure it’s so. I was even serenaded quietly by then humming along to some easy listening music during treatment . Fantastic experience: As a very nervous person regarding bad experiences with dentists I have avoided them and only visited when necessary. However after needing some cosmetic work I decided to call K3 and from the very first contact by telephone I was overwhelmed by Helen’s kindness and professionalism . Today I visited for the first time and was not disappointed , in fact for the first time in my life I was excited . The dentist who treat me was amazing , patient , informative and above all reassuring . Excellent service .

Positive experience: Didn’t start off to good with the first dentist but then improved when i saw 2 others, one in particular ( wish i could remember the man’s name too)Georgiana Sarchiz, i didnt ever feel at ease having root canal treatment and thought it was torturous, but this lady nearly sent me to sleep as i was that relaxed, i never felt any discomfort from the injection through to paying the bill, it just shows people can overcome their fear of dentist if they find the right dentist that can carry the work out to this dedicated standard. Im a converted ex old school (torturist) dentist. Thank you k3 dental practice

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a little girl ( now in my 50’s). I spent many years avoiding dental treatment at all costs because my anxiety couldn’t handle the smell of a dental practice, the sounds of drilling the thought of needles!. Having reached my 50’s my lack of dental care caught up with me and I developed an abscess so the intolerable pain forced me to make an appointment with K3. With anxiety through the roof which was so bad I was having palpitations, was shaking and close to tears. I met my dentist Georgiana. Well, I cannot put into words how this wonderful woman has been so kind, patient, and respectful of my fears. Together we have worked through my anxiety and my treatment! I have now had 2 root canal treatments and 4 fillings! I no longer have any fears about visiting the dentist in fact I look forward to it! The building has ample parking, is very tastefully designed, and does not smell at all like an NHS dentist. The staff in reception are friendly and really look as they enjoy their job. And of course Georgiana is just superb! I would definitely recommend k3 dental practice to everyone. Update 10/7/24: Since the last review I have almost finished my treatment and I have even progressed to having composite bonding!! My care throughout my treatment has been amazing. Thank you so much Georgiana, Gemma and Isabelle!!

Both Mary and Jemma were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and attentive, not to mention the absolutely outstanding job they did on my teeth! Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few years I've heard horror stories about root canal treatments so I was very apprehensive when I went for one on 3rd June. I enjoyed it that much I've been another today!. I cannot praise Georgiana and her staff enough, very professional and one of their main concerns is patient comfort and pain control. Both procedures were completely pain free and I was kept informed about what was going on throughout. If you have any concerns about having this kind of treatment put them to one side and put your trust in Georgiana you'll be well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous for my appointment to fit 4 veneers. Mary and Gemma were extremely patient with me and put me at ease, I felt very comfortable and felt nothing through out the process.i am absolutely thrilled with the end results, I had crooked front teeth and they now look perfect. If like me you are nervous, don’t be, if I can do it so can you and I would definitely recommend. K3 took photos and these can be shared.

Fantastic experience: Only recently joined this practice & the best move I have made. Georgiana is fantastic, very thorough with clear explanations of your treatment plan, she also makes you feel so at ease. Recent first part of root canal treatment - never felt a thing during the procedure and my pain had gone the following morning after months of discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment for a wisdom tooth requiring root canal treatment. The procedure was carried out very professionally with each step explained to me. It was a pain free experience despite being quite difficult to perform. I am delighted with the result.

Fantastic experience: I visited k3 on the recommendation of a friend in need of an implant. I have always been so frightened of the dentist but K3 has changed my whole outlook. You are made to feel so welcome from stepping in the door. The care, friendliness, patience is priceless. Having needed a bone graft it has been a long 12 months for me but so worth it. Fantastic experience: Bit apprehensive at first visit but soon put at ease the reception team are absolutely fabulous very polite and professional i had a appointment to see Sergiu ( i think thats the correct spelling ) he was a lovely person very calm and very efficient the appointments i had with him were quite pleasant if you can call seeing a dentist a pleasant experience after that treatment which lasted approximately 6 to 8 weeks i had to see Joe he was also a lovely man it was lovely to visit Joe someone you could have a laugh with too which put me very much at ease all in all quite reassuring and the end result is excellent which i am totally satisfied with I would highly recommend K3 Dental
