Fantastic experience: I’ve been wearing the ICE braces for about 6 months now and I’m going to have them removed next month as the treatment has come to an end. All I can say is that I am very pleased and happy with the results and with the whole process. Everything went very smooth from the beginning thanks to Dan as he’s a perfectionist and every appointment went really quick. On my first appointment Jordan introduced me to the ICE braces and she took the time to explain and talk me through the whole process from start to finish. A massive thank you to Dan and the girls at Azure Dental who are always friendly and happy to help, would definitely recommend and I would definitely go there again.

Negative experience: Had a poor experience with this dentist following a cosmetic dentistry consultation... I found the guidance confusing and misleading.. paid for a full consultation for bonding to be presented with an estimate that totalled over £14000 with a number of options. Was not made clear to me that what I wanted was not possible.. joined their treatment plan, waited months to be told I couldn’t have what I wanted - in the interim received marketing emails offering free whitening etc. that I had not been approached personally about even though it was part of my treatment plan..when u complained about everything I was given another consultation with another dentist there who while I was in the chair told me she had been texting the other dentist I saw which I found really unprofessional. Also, did not like the feel in the clinic. I found the initial treatment that I did have to be quite painful with the excessive use of needles to numb. My mouth was very sore after the fillings.

Fantastic experience: When I first went to Azure I had a consultation with Jordan who professionally explained everything to me about braces. She reassured me that at 75 I could still achieve the smile I had always wanted. Dan fitted braces and looked after me for 6 months with the utmost professional care. Fantastic experience: Have had an ICE brace fitted at Azure, easy to get convenient appointment times outside of work. Payment options available if you need to spread the cost or pay in instalments. Was initially told I’d need the brace for around 8 months, they’ll be off in 6 months and really pleased with the progress so far. Helpful staff and there’s always someone at the end of the phone for any questions.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Azure for over two years now. All my visits have been brilliant, Dan and his staff know what is needed every step of the way.

Negative experience: Dentistry in the dark! DENTIST INCOMPETENT and CARELESS. I had a female dentist who practices at the surgery a few days a week. If you have her RUN! I went in for a basic check-up and was told I needed a minor filling.... The lamp was broken, but this didn't seem to bother her, and she started drilling despite the lack of any light. Once I had a giant hole in my tooth she proceeded to ask the junior assistant what product to use and was unsure which products could be used together and if they needed to be dried and/or how to dry them i assume as she was new to the clinic and unfamiliar with products !!!! I was horrified and helpless, but at this point, there was nothing I could do but pray she got it right. As you can probably guess, she didn't. My now previously fine tooth is in agony and has given me months of pain, and I require a root canal, I believe she drilled into my nerve when reckless drilling with no lighting. I work at sea and don't have access to health care at all times, she knew this prior to drilling, but upon finishing she said she didn't know what would happen and the filling would likely be rejected... She was the definition of winging it that day, and she knew. I wanted the report so I asked the receptionist prior to leaving and she had not filled out the form stating the frankinstein job that she did; no that part was left out the weird combination of multiple products and mesh?! That she put on my tooth, she failed to mention. It is a shame as it used to be the best dentist. Now I am in pain and I paid for the pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Ive been undergoing treatment with Azure Dental for just under a year and have recently completed the aligners treatment. I am honestly over the moon with the results so far achieving the smile I’ve always wanted and look forward to further treatments. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the team at Azure dental enough for my teeth transformation. After having braces when I was younger my teeth had reverted. I came to see Dan and he suggested Azure Aligners and it was such an easy process. My teeth are back nice and straight again, I just love how much of a perfectionist Dan is. Fantastic experience: This is such a brilliant dental clinic. I have been let down by my local orthodontist many times and got recommended to go to Azure. I would highly recommend this clinic as i was seen within two days of getting in touch with Jordan (so helpful and welcoming!) I am being treated by Eduardo and he is beyond helpful and kind, as are all the staff in the clinic, couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: I rang today for an emergency for my partner he had horrific tooth ache. Azure managed to get him in as an emergency he isn't a patient here but I I have had some dental work here in the past and they are fantastic. They went above and beyond the implant specialist and dental nurse not sure of names was fantastic so reassuring and kind through out as she spoke through options. They have gone above and beyond and have helped my partner so much the relief he has felt already is amazing after days of pain and wait to be seen by another dentist elsewhere. Positive experience: Seen the hygienist first who was great, James has left so saw a new dentist, seemed to know his profession, however wasn't happy with suggestion my main symptoms was psychological ( in my head). Looking elsewhere for findings.

Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment with Dan at Azure since may this year, I have always been quite fearful of dentists and only go when it's a need rather than regularly, Dan and the whole team at Azure have just been amazing-they are all friendly, polite, professional, I am about a third of the way through my braces treatment and honestly I am so impressed, my teeth are so straight already, I cant wait to have natural straight whiter teeth, the treatment has been pain free and Dan just makes all that anxiety go away the minute you sit in the chair. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and experience. I recently had two teeth removed and after ten days I returned with some concerns about healing. I was given an appointment immediately, time was taken to address my concerns and even x rays to confirm I had nothing to worry about. I felt totally reassured and I didn’t have to pay a charge. In my opinion that is top notch service. I’ve been using Azure now for about 3 years and would highly recommend.

I've had seventeen dentists in my lifetime, but only one surgery leaves me feeling like I'm valued and properly looked after. From the quarterly healthy teeth 'scale and polish' review, right through to the emergency weekend care (when no one else in the district cared about my broken tooth, or the pain I was in) I simply won't go anywhere else

Positive experience: Went for a hygiene appointment. Had to pay a deposit beforehand then was told in addition to the agreed payment I had to pay extra (moments before I went in for my appointment). Apparently, this was because a new dentist had started so I had to have a review with him before I could have a hygiene appointment. The review itself was nothing more than a few pictures of my teeth and an explanation about how to floss. I therefore felt I got nothing worthwhile out of the appointment. As someone who is working class and cannot really afford these extra costs, I was disheartened and felt like a mug as I walked out of the practice. Probably would not go back in case of more extra charges to appointments.

Fantastic experience: I would fully recommend ! Danielle was amazing , I didn’t think I would be able to fix my teeth but Danielle was honest and reassuring throughout the process! I had the fixed ice brace on for just over 6 months I couldn’t believe how quickly my teeth moved and how pain free the process was ! Straight away Danielle would put me at ease with her calm and friendly manner and was always telling me each step throughout my appointments! Fantastic experience: After visiting many Dentists and having traumatic and upsetting experiences since I was very young and up until a few years ago, I have become an extremely nervous/anxious person about visiting a Dentist, I found Azure Dental surgery whilst browsing for sympathetic/understanding Dentists. On my first visit the staff put me at ease as soon as I went through the door, they are caring and understanding, I was not rushed and will go at your pace, I have only had a few appointments so far and although I am still very nervous, I feel I am able to go for another appointment as they have shown me a lot of empathy and haven't judged me. I would recommend anyone who feels the way I do about Dentists to give Azure Dentists a call and speak to them.
