Susan Fletcher, Dental Therapist is superb. I would travel the country to wherever she is as she is extremely efficient and very professional in her work. Not met any therapist that can touch her. A very special practitioner. All staff very very smiley and happy - like going home! Would highly recommend this practice

The receptionists are so nice and helpful and Simon the dentist is the very best, he makes you feel totally at ease,I don't think it would be possible to find a more brilliant nicer caring dentist.. Negative experience: £68 to open your mouth and then can't do what you asked for when booking the appointment said they would refer me to another clinic what a waste of time of work for nothing

Positive experience: 6 month check up cost me £90 for a quick look at my teeth and 2 xrays. Paid another £80 just a few weeks ago for a clean by hygienist. Great service but so expensive as a private patient who is unable to change to NHS patient with costs half of what I pay because my surgery is not taking on any NHS patients. I've been with this surgery for over 30 years!

Negative experience: The customer service was very good and the attention from the dentists as well. However, I scheduled an appointment and paid a deposit and due to reasons of force majeure I could not attend. I notified them that I wanted to reschedule before the appointment but they told me that even if I rescheduled I would lose my deposit. So even though the service was good I am giving them a bad grade for not handling the deposit issue well. Dental services are not cheap. I understand that you have to pay the dentist but at least they should have charged me an additional fee or something. It would have been better than losing the deposit.

Fantastic experience: The practice is very modern and clean. The reception staff, are always very polite and very helpful. This is second time I have seen David, who replaced Patrick who retired. On my last visit he explained and showed me the x-rays indicating my problem I was experiencing and advised the treatment I needed..The only criticism I have is the next available appointment was 6 weeks away and the hygienist only works Tuesday. I would although recommended Rice Lane Dental Practice

We didn't wait long before we went to see the hygienist, Jo was brilliant... our daughter doesn't get to see the hygienist on our Denplan. But Jo was more than happy to sit her down and have a look at her teeth and talk to her. Our daughter is autistic, so this interaction really help her to not be scared about going to the dentist. I was seen by Jo, she is lovely, to be honest with you... all the staff are proffesional, personable and you can have a talk to them about anything. It is always a relaxed and enjoyable experiance, I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Positive experience: Good to be able to get an emergency appointment. However, being referred to another practice for potential root canal treatment that was previously provided in house, now being asked to pay a deposit for future appointments despite being a patient for 60 years and the reception forgetting to give me my prescription, is a reflection of the drop in standards and service since the practice became part of Rodericks.
