Negative experience: This is the worst one. They denied me appointment when I was 5 minutes late and didn’t pay pack the booking amount. First time I have seen such rude behaviour from any dentist

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have a filling replaced. The work was carried out by Judith very efficiently and I did not feel any pain at all. Photos were taken during the process and it was possible to see the extent of the work before and after completion. The surgery has all new equipment and the surroundings are very pleasant. I would certainly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Had a procedure carried out this morning by Judith. It was a tooth that was discoloured and with an old filling with a line going through it. Judith replaced the filling, matching colour and shape of existing teeth protecting what was left of original tooth. Although shown photographs of before and after treatment, it wasn’t till I got in my car and looked in the mirror and saw what an incredible job had been carried out. Can’t even tell which tooth had been worked on! Absolutely delighted.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Judith’s for over 20 years and although I have since moved from Epsom I would never consider changing practice as I love it! Over the years Judith has attended to my dental health as well as the health of my two children and has always been highly professional and above all friendly and personable. She takes pride in her work and is a truly accomplished dentist. If I ever have been a little nervous for a procedure, she would talk through everything that’s happening and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Dentist Judith was removing an ancient molar. I wasn't nervous, so much as wary of what was about to take place. Probably detecting this, she told me that, as a child, she so disliked visiting the dentist that she determined that, as a dentist herself, she would focus on prevention and when major work was required, pain would play no part in it. I never felt a thing. It's the only tooth I've lost (I'm 72). Judith's is a terrific practice.

She knows that I always arrive early was concerned for my welfare because I was late. Judith does not just care about your teeth, she cares about you. A wonderful example of kindness

The front desk is very efficient and I have had no difficulty getting short notice appointments when necessary. Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Judith Kinnear of quadrant dental. Judith planned and completed my composite fillings and whitening post Invisalign to complete my lovely teeth. She filled the gaps created by Invisalign to enlargen 2 teeth. My broken teeth are also now fixed and finally not falling off. I was reluctant to go down the route of filing my teeth to point's and capping and the result is great while keeping my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for over 60 years and the service has always been second to none. In this time I have only had two dentists, Mr Samson and Mr Holmes both of which have now retired! The treatment I have received and the customer service of the receptionists, dental technicians etc has been excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them! My new dentist is Khalil and I have found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable and excellent in his workmanship. I saw him today and I can not praise him highly enough, I would thoroughly recommend him without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: When I first started going to Quadrant my teeth were in such a terrible state having had many years of bad nhs treatment that I can remember saying to Judith on my first visit that I was ready to have them all taken out. She soon talked me out of that idea. I had alot of work done that first year and eventually my mouth became a much happier place. That was about 20 years ago now and since then there has only been a little maintence done. I have now moved to the south coast so its a bit of a jouney but I will keep going to them. I trust them completely and know they will only do what is necessary for my long term good. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and the hygienist offers good advice and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Judith Kinnear has been my dentist for more than 20 years and over that time her practice has continually improved with technology. She has always taken care to explain my dental issues and the options open to me, but nowadays she uses a pen shaped camera linked to a screen to show me. She is great with pain relief and managing discomfort. The appointments are scheduled so that there is no waiting time.

Fantastic experience: A veneer needed fixing: I got an early appointment. My dentist, Khalil Niazi, and his Nurse, Lori, did the necessary work in their usual efficient way and I was out in 25 minutes. The practice seems always helpful and positive from the Receptionists onwards.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Krishan and his assistant Ani removed and replaced two old fillings for me, one an ancient metal filling. Drilling is never something one looks forward to, but Krishan treated me with great care and consideration and did the work skilfully. Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic experience: I actually don't want to share this review with you as this is such a gem of a dental practice that I'd like to keep them all to myself. However that wouldn't really be fair! The truth is: you will not find a better dental practice! I have been a patient here for nearly 10 years (I think) and I regularly see Jude Kinnear (who now owns the practice) and hygienist Kaz. Both are absolutely amazing. Kaz has a razor sharp wit and a line in cheerful red scrubs but she is absolutely meticulous in her work and takes excellent care of my teeth. On her recommendation I got a new type of electric toothbrush that has made the world of difference to the amount (now lack of) plaque on my teeth. Jude is not only an amazing dentist in her own right but she is also doing great things with the practice. Since she took it over she has invested significantly in improving the decor and facilities at the practice, making it more pleasant for both patients and staff alike. She has also recruited other dental specialists so that it is now a one stop shop. Where previously you would have had to look elsewhere for an implant specialist if you needed an implant (as I did, and Jude, of course, found me someone amazing) you can now see someone at Quadrant dental practice. Interested in Invisalign braces? You can get that there too. I should mention here that I am an EXTREMELY nervous dental patient. I have always hated going to the dentist and been terrified of having any work done. Recently I had to have a very old and deep amalgam filling replaced. Jude is so calm, competent and reassuring I had absolutely no concerns and managed to remain calm myself, despite some pretty deep drilling. She was even really careful about how she put the injection in for the local anaesthetic, so that I wasn't left with a really sore gum afterwards (as has often been the case at other dentists). Dentally speaking I would trust her with my life! Eventually I let my husband in on the act and he also goes willingly to see Judith and team. This week we both went for our 6 monthly check up (or so I thought). It turns out he had arranged to have some fillings done with Judith at the same time (I thought he was in there for a while) and he was so relaxed he didn't even mention it to me. I couldn't believe it. I honestly could not recommend this dental practice and Judith and her whole team highly enough. But shh! Don't tell too many people. They'll all want to come here...

Fantastic experience: As a new patient to the practice, I am really impressed by the care I have received by Dr Krishan and his nurse Amy. My check-up was thorough - Dr Krishan took the time to show me both photos and x-rays of my teeth to explain what was going on. I was a nervous patient for my first filling, but Dr Krishan put me at ease, talked me through every step and even played my favourite music to keep me calm! A big thank you to the team ⭐️
