Fantastic experience: First class service.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the practice after moving to the area. The practice professionally run, welcoming and meets all my expectations. To date, treatment has been excellent and I have been provided with a plan moving forward. Typically there is always something you can find fault with, if you look for it, but in this instance I cannot. I’m well pleased with my choice of practice.

Fantastic experience: As first time visitor, was satisfied with advice l received . Having not yet had any treatment so cannot comment further.

Fantastic experience: When I visit the dentist I find the receptionist very welcoming and helpful,my dentist Johnathan is excellent and puts you at ease, wouldn't go anywhere else

Positive experience: Overall a reasonable experience given the reasons for the visit. However on arrival I came early for the appointment to fill in the relevant health questionnaire, but no one had apparently put the IPads on charge. I was then directed up to Emma’s waiting area. I eventually had to fill out the questionnaire in the Dental room. Not a problem because I’m retired and time was not of the essence. I found the experience in the Dental room comfortable and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Jonathan & Lian. Excellent service as always with my recently visit having an implant fitted. I always feel at ease when I go. Reception are fantastic too.

Fantastic experience: My dentist , Imran, is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, explains and describes intended treatment using computer graphics. He is very skilful. He is also very friendly. The receptionists are very helpful and try to fit you in, in relation to your needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Fiona for over 20 years and followed her from her last practice 2 years ago. No regrets moving the surgery is a lot friendlier and the dental nurses are lovely

Fantastic experience: I go too the Highgate Dentist Surgery every 6 months , in all the years I have gone too the Highgate Surgery which are many ,I have NEVER had at any time had need too complain ,they always have your best interest at hart.

Fantastic experience: My visit was to see the hygienist. I had previously had bad experience's at my old dentist and was dreading it to be honest. Scarlet was aware of this but was wonderful. She didnt rush, was gentle and did a great job. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I am always reminded by phone and by text that I have an appointment Which is very reassuring. The reception staff are always pleasant, polite, cheerful and helpful. My dentist, Jonathan, is WONDERFUL. I was fitted in very quickly for an emergency appointment and a second dentist was called in to confirm the diagnosis. I feel very safe and very well looked after.

Fantastic experience: As a referred patient , I feel very secure in the hands ( literally) of the dentists and staff at Highgate Surgery, Beverley. They involve the patient from the beginning , listen carefully to concerns, and help one make informed decisions as to personal treatment at every stage. I feel very lucky to be treated there. What could be a very stressful time has been alleviated by their superb skills and professionalism. My sincere thanks go to all at Highgate.

Fantastic experience: Even though the outcome what was I wished, all my options were fully explained. I’m hoping, because of my very rare medical problems that affect my poor teeth, I’ll be added to the NHS dental list, if/when the government make it worthwhile for dentists and they get paid for what they do! After all, to work for the NHS, they do an extra year’s work after qualifying as a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I want to express my sincere thanks to Jonathan and his Dental Nurse Leanne after recently having dental implants fitted I could not be more thrilled with the results. They were both so knowledgeable and reassuring. Also the hygienist Eleanor was so thorough and caring, the whole team were fantastic.

Positive experience: Friendly, prompt and effective. My joining fee included an X-ray, which I didn’t need, as I had one last November, it would have been nice if I could have swapped this for a scale & Polish. :)

Fantastic experience: This dentist, well Dave Davies, has cared for me for the past 40+ years with my array of footballing elbows, crowns, bridges etc etc plus the odd abscess along the way. So the time came a major overhaul of them and it was either dentures or implants but removals first. Great advice and conversation and I'm on the way. I have always had excellent care and work on my teeth and excellent customer service The final decision is still in discussion stage. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: Awkard filling on a nervous patient. Fiona was understanding and filled the tooth with no discomfort, allowing breaks to swallow.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with a suspected abscess under a tooth and needed emergency treatment. The team at Highgate secured me an early appointment and were helpful and sympathetic. A thorough examination, including an X-ray by dentist Kath Stahl revealed an abscess which was successfully treated with a course of antibiotics. My grateful thanks to all at Highgate Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Many people don't enjoy going to the dentist but the atmosphere created at Highgate Dental Practice is great. All of the staff and friendly. Whichever dentist or hygienist I see, I receive the same great treatment. All take the time to explain what is going on and and ask if I have questions. I feel involved and not just "the patient."

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my review of Jonathan and his dental nurse Leanne. I first went to Jonathan a few years ago following a recommendation from a friend, who knew I suffered from terrible anxiety and childhood dental trauma. Jonathan was and is always amazingly relaxed and friendly and very respectful of my needs and issues and has always delivered fabulous service and care which is always complimented by the fabulous Leanne who looks after me during any treatment. They are both a true asset to this practice and I would, and have recommended them to anyone I know. Long may they stay and continue to look after me.

Her welcoming smile was fantastic and despite being very new in the job, she remembered me from a few weeks ago. She made me feel like a special patient.
