Fantastic experience: My kids have both been going to this dental practice for over five years. I've always found the staff on the desk to be friendly and helpful. Waiting times are really short, and it's in a location which is easy to reach. Emily Cross has always been really professional, charming, and answers our questions in a clear and helpful way.

Negative experience: Refused to register me as NHS patient. First, that I'm not local, and then because they have the capacity. I think this is not legal. NOT recommend this dentist

Negative experience: I've just had a disgraceful experience at this dentist. Booked in for a 4pm emergency appointment to fix a cracked tooth that I've been waiting a week for. Arrived at the desk at exactly 4pm. The receptionist Renata said thank you please take a seat. I sat down in a seat in clear view of the reception desk for the next 50 minutes, thinking this is a bit weird my name hasn't been called but they must be overrunning. I eventually went up to the desk again and asked if I was next to be seen. Renata said sorry you didn't check in and we're closing shortly. What followed is one of the most unprofessional and rude exchanges I've ever had in my life. She tried to gaslight me that I didn't check in (I did, with her, I remember it very, very clearly!) she then claimed multiple times that her and her colleague (she kept trying to shift any blame from herself) checked the seats and there was nobody sat waiting. This is an outrageous lie because I was literally sat there the whole time in her clear view and I didn't even get up to use the bathroom. She kept on repeating that there was nobody sat there, as if I was a liar! She refused to take any responsibility for her massive mistake and insinuated that the mistake was mine. I've honestly never felt so disrespected by someone in a professional setting. I left my job 2 hours early to attend this appointment which is very difficult for me to di and I still have a broken tooth which urgently needs fixing. I urge the owner/management to please check the CCTV from 4pm today 6th June to prove that I checked in and sat waiting for the next 50 minutes. It is not good to have staff employed that will lie to and disrespect customers and don't take an ounce of responsibility for their actions. Furthermore, they didn't even offer to refund my wife's deposit for the appointment, so who knows what is happening with that. Overall this first experience with this dentist could not have gone worse.

Fantastic experience: I have particularly sensitive teeth so tried the new Airflow Advanced Dental Hygiene service at my hygienist appt today. It was a totally different and much improved experience in terms of sensitivity. I would highly recommend.

The staff is professional and polite, reception is welcoming without being overly chatty, which I really like. The dentists are calm and make sure everything's done properly. Could not trust them more.

Negative experience: Horrible and unprofessional service by the management and the receptionist at the time. I lost £60 and zero service was provided. Three appointments cancelled in total? There’s no need to misinform your patients in order to look good on reviews! The last appointment was cancelled by your end few hours before the scheduled time on the same day because your dentist was unwell though I had taken the day off to attend appointment, I agreed to reschedule. The receptionist spoke to the management while I was on hold and was told that the management refuse to reschedule unless I pay another £45 to reschedule. All you had to do was that just rescheduled the appointment without asking to pay another £45 specially when you have provided no service at all. Also to be noted that reading upon your reviews you’ve done this before to a mother who has had an emergency and had to cancel the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Took my kids to the park dental at sheen recently and honestly, it was such a smooth experience. The staff were lovely, the place felt clean and welcoming, and the dentist was amazing with the kids — super patient and made them feel totally at ease. We left with big smiles and zero stress. Highly recommend for families!

I explained my nervousness and was recommended to see Caroline Vaz. I have been absolutely delighted (and relieved) to have found her. She is patient, understanding, reassuring and I have now completed a course of treatment with no pain whatsoever. She has transformed my view of going to the dentist and I thoroughly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Personalised care from a dentist who really makes a difference! We've been seeing Dr Andrew Bain at Park Dental Surgery for over 16 years, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. My son, who is on the autistic spectrum, had a traumatic dental experience at another practice when he was ten — Dr Bain was recommended to us by a friend and from the very first visit, Andrew was calm, gentle, and completely put my son at ease. My son is now 25 and still sees Andrew with full confidence. As a nervous patient myself, I’ve always felt reassured and well cared for. Andrew has a genuinely kind and patient approach that makes all the difference. He now looks after our whole family, and we’ve recommended him to many friends who’ve all had the same positive experience. The clinic is small, welcoming, spotless, and personal — they know you by name and treat you with real care. A fantastic dentist and a truly great team.

Negative experience: Have been going here for my son and myself. However my last experience about cancelling an appointment due to unexpected situation disappointed me and I ended up withdrawing myself and family from the clinic. My deposit was taken due to same day cancellation. While I understand that policies are to be adhered to , flexibility for a new mother could have also been considered as a one off goodwill gesture.

Fantastic experience: Park Dental is a fab clinic where you get clear communications, excellent dental teams, and efficient reception staff. Caroline is the best dentist I could ask for - my family have been seeing her for years and would never switch. Most recently, when I had to have a filling, Caroline was so efficient that it took just 30 mins and it was totally painless. She kept me calm and I had no problems afterwards. The hygienists are also excellent and do a thorough job. Thanks for all your hard work.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at The Park Dental Clinic with the lovely Dr Andrew Bain. I had a set of Invisalign followed by a replaced tooth composite bonding and free teeth whitening. My teeth are completely different! They look absolutely amazing and such an improvement, especially the new tooth bonding! There were no problems at all during the entire process and the whole team is so lovely. I’ve had several comments on my “perfect teeth” since! Thank you Dr Bain!

Fantastic experience: I felt compelled to leave a review for our brilliant dentist after the service we received yesterday. Every dentist that we’ve met there is really lovely, they’re especially great with children. My 9 year old needed a tooth pulled out last night and our dentist made it seem like nothing at all. I was so grateful to her for her gentle and relaxed manner. The same thing happened a few months ago and our dentist Andrew once again put my daughter at total ease in what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation. My whole family have always been given great treatment and advice so we can’t recommend The Park Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Park Dental Clinic for many years and have always received excellent service. During my most recent appointment I had a new crown fitted by Jena AL-Bazi and I am extremely pleased with the result. The care I received throughout my treatment, both in preparation for and during the fitting of the crown, was excellent. The treatment I received was explained in great detail and I was keep updated throughout so had a full understanding of the treatments carried out. I highly recommend Jena and The Park Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: The appointment involved a 6 month review with the dentist and follow on with a hygenist. The interaction between patient in both cases was positive throughout. All procedures were explained prior and supported with comment as treatment proceeded. The level of patient comfort and reassurance was always evident and obviously a priority in the customer relationship. Going to the dentist has rarely been such a positive experience. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Park Dental clinic for a year now. I had serious health issues with my gums - Caroline Vaz has been instrumental and amazing in building a plan to resolve this. Caroline really cares about patients & goes above and beyond! Additionally, Augustina Emesim has been an amazing hygienist who also goes above & beyond - I always leave feeling super fresh & clean. I am extremely grateful for the amazing work done and support I have received to ensure I have healthy teeth and gums! I wish I came here sooner!

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Jena for a checkup with my teenage son and she was a great help. She explained thoroughly how to maintain good oral health hygiene, demonstrated how to brush properly and showed us different types of electric toothbrushes to invest in. I was mostly impressed with her firmness with him about brushing his teeth everyday. Overall, I’m happy with the service of the practice from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: My 5yr old daughter had a recent check up appointment. She was a little nervous to begin with but Dr Patel was great, he engaged her, spoke to her like an adult (which she really enjoys) and the check up was over in no time. I would highly recommend.
