Negative experience: Quick appointment sat in chair no more than 1min at most 26.80pence now that's what I call making cash no treatment just quick look in mouth not even a teeth clean with drill wish my job paid that kind money for 1minit rip off

Negative experience: My appointment was at 3pm so I arrived at 2:50pm. The waiting room had two people in it when I arrived. I only got called in for my appointment at 3:25pm. Long wait times. Only seems to have gotten worse since they privatised. Now you’re looking at a 9 week wait for an appointment only for it to be cancelled within a few days of you being seen.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of space told one thing by the manager then treatment not given by the dentist. Told treatment only can be given by hygienist then once close to eight weeks dentist could do. But then once an appointment was available 8 weeks has passed so need new course of treatment. Eventhough manager had authorised it to be under the same course. Turn up for treatment and told I could only have a check up as classed as new course. Totally unprofessional and no communication between staff and manager. If you can avoid at all costs!!!

Fantastic experience: Recenty attended this pra tise for emergency tooth e traction as i cannot find a dentist anywhere I was suppose to have one tooth out but i needed more taking out so they took two.they where so good and proffesional. I would highly recommend this practise. I was told i would probably be i quite some pain when the anisthetic wore of but i felt nothing.. Thank you all, the receptionist on wenesday was very good and professional

Fantastic experience: I get extremely nervous when attending the dentist following a bad experience when I was a child. Mr Morgan reassures you and puts you at ease with his gentle approach. The staff are respectful and pleasant. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction by kaphel this morning- as a VERY nervous patient due to a childhood trauma I was really anxious but all the staff were so lovely and helped to put me at ease especially Kaphel who is an amazing dentist and talked me through my treatment with a really calm voice - I will definitely book to see him again - thankyou everyone.

Negative experience: Diabolical Diabolical Diabolical... Needed 2 stitches to close wisdom tooth extraction site because I accidentally burst the stitches I had in turkey. The dentist took my money at reception, when I sat down in the dentist chair he didn't even put his hand in my mouth, he stood 3 feet away and said go back to turkey. Duty of care is non existent. Basically his attitude was, oh you went to turkey so I am not helping.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Green & Green for approximately 35 years and whilst Mr Green is no longer there, I was extremely impressed with the lady (Ms Tanuja Kumar) who looked after me today. She was so careful and explained everything to me regarding what was going to be done with my teeth. She was extremely gentle and put me so at ease. I cannot recommend her enough as a Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Im back at the dentist i used to use many years ago when Mr Green was there, im an extremely nervous person due to a bad experience when i was much younger at a different dentist. I have to say up to now the lady dentist i have seen has been very understanding, explaining everything step by step and and not rushing me. There is still a long way to go but up to now im very pleased even if im still nervous haha

Fantastic experience: I visited this evening 28.03.25 for an emergency appointment and I couldn't recommend this practice enough. I was a wreck in the waiting area due to pain and being nervous and the receptionist was so lovely and brought me some tissues asking if I was okay ❤️. The dentist I saw was lovely to and not heavy handed like most. Very friendly and helpful she made me feel at ease. I wish this could be my permanent dentist practice. All staff are caring, friendly and kind so thank you xx

Negative experience: I had an appointment with Colin Morgan at 9.45 after arriving early for my appointment and taking a seat in the waiting area I received a message informing me that my appointment is at 10.30 with Kaphel. I questioned the reception why this was and was told that Colin had had trouble on the motorway and had to cancel my appointment, meanwhile whilst I was sat waiting for an extended period Colin had indeed made it to work and was fit to take his 9.30 appointment and his 10.00 appointment so it seems that it was just me that was inconvenienced by Colin’s motorway issue. I then had to wait another hour before Kaphel saw me for approximately 5 minutes and now I have to make another appointment. I am very unhappy with the level of service and the shoddy explanation given absolutely disgusting
