Fantastic experience: Dr Brar has been my dentist for several years now. I previously had a massive dental phobia due to a bad past experience, but thanks to Dr Brar, I now have no fear whatsoever. He is the best dentist I have ever had — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. He doesn’t just treat symptoms but always addresses the root cause of any dental issue, ensuring long-term care and prevention. He is so good my whole family also see him! I can’t recommend Dr Brar highly enough to anyone! The practice is also really clean and the reception staff are really friendly!

Fantastic experience: I have been with the Dental Surgery for more years than I care to remember and I have never had cause to complain. Quite the opposite! I was a very nervous patient and everyone (receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists and dentists) treated me with kindness and care. I have had complete trust in everyone who has treated me over the years however in the last few years, with Nick's help, I am no longer that quivering, shaking wreck who used to sit in the chair. In fact I am so relaxed about my visits now that I have had extra work done and that work has been done to perfection. I won't be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Finally all hard work has been done by wonderful doctor Sabine and her assisting staff. I’m very happy about my new dentures and highly recommend this clinic and its dental specialists. Also, the dental and gum treatment started for my wife a few months ago. It goes really well. She had root canal and quite bad gum disease which were treated perfectly by specialists in this particular clinic. Now she’s got back to the doctor Sabine for Invisalign fitting . It’s just been fitted and will be going on for about 9 months monitored by clinic staff. Currently she’s really happy with the services provided by the specialists of Burnham Dental Clinic. The staff is really helpful, bookings are seamless and communication is always easy. All my procedures have been done professionally, my doctor (Dr Shab) always takes time to answer my questions and explain steps in my appontments, which helps me to relax during my treatments. I have also used the Invisalign service and see significant results. I am almost at the end of my treatment and cannot be happier with my new smile! Really recommend this surgery!

Negative experience: I went for the first time to this surgery, having a wobbling molar with a dead root that had to be extracted, as I was in lot of discomfort. I paid for a "private" appointment, as apparently they didn't have any place available for Nhs patients, neither emergency appointments. The " doctor", a young lady ( with not enough experience I presume), having the room upstairs, was able to see me after waiting 2 hours, as I needed urgently an extraction for the fractured molar. She saw me and after a quick discussion, she decided to "extract" the outer wobbly part of the tooth, letting the dead decayed root inside for the " next time ". When I asked if she can take the whole tooth out, her explanation was that there is not enough time, as she has another 2 patients waiting and she needs to take her child from somewhere after ( it was around 4.30 pm)...I didn't understand why I paid £120 , if she could not do what I needed.The payment should have been taken after receiving the service, not before!!!!The biggest surprise that shocked me was that the dentist "extract" the outer part of the tooth with her fingers, as the tools she put in my mouth made me vomit and she didn't have anything else. I was again shocked to hear the decayed root will remain in the gum and she " explained" that the " extraction of the root" is "a big extraction" that has to be done another time - probably she was not trained/ allowed to extract or she did not know how!!! Anyway, the conclusion is: I had the worst dental experience in the whole my life!! Shocking, with no words!! NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money to receive such as low quality service!!!Don't really understand what kind of training has that doctors!!! The decayed rooth left in the gum is the main source of infection, it's basic they should know. "Another time" for patients means another payment and another waste of time for a thing that it should have been done in 10 min with enough competence. I went to the dentists many times in other countries, but I have never seen something like this in the whole my life!!! Not surprised that people go abroad for dental services. Absolutely terrifying Waste of time and money for 0 quality service!!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, I’ve started my Invisalign journey here and Dr Nick was excellent from the start really made me feel confident in what will be achieved. I was supposed to get treatment from another surgery but after being messed around I reached out to the dental surgery burnham , they booked me in for a free consultation (I paid £80 at the other surgery in Hounslow) and I’ve got ahead and am currently waiting for my first set of braces. 10/10

The staff are all so caring, kind, and considerate with sound explanations of the actual appointment as it proceeds which makes the experience pass quickly, as who likes going to the dentist?! Fantastic experience: I have been having ongoing INVISALIGN treatment under Nick for the past 2 years. It has taken this long due to my complicated alignment. Nick has been fantastically patient with my treatment, and very encouraging. My teeth look amazing now. I am on the last phase of home teeth whitening and then will be fitted with retainers to be used at night. During the treatment I had a problem with a root canal with crown. Nick is referring me to another dentist who he has suggested is more experienced. So I believe he is honest and trustworthy. The receptionists are fantastic, very kind and helpful and efficient. They are quick to call me when there is a problem with the booking. The hygienist is also really good and very cheerful. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to anyone.

Negative experience: Dr Shabz was fantastic - however, I was in excruciating pain 10 days after getting my filling. I called and asked the receptionist if there were any emergency appointments. I was told that Shabz didn’t have any appointments that day. I asked if there was anyone else I could see and was told I wasn’t allowed to see a different dentist, not even in an emergency. The next available appointment was over a week away, in the meantime I was dealing with intense pain which made looking after my 12 week old twins a challenge! I decided to call the other dentist on Burnham High Street and was able to register as an NHS patient and be seen on the same day.

Negative experience: Beware if you have a disability that means you dont know if you can walk/drive day to day. You cancel too many appointments due to your health and being stuck in bed in pain, and they take you off their NHS books and put on you on private only. Also make up appts that you apparently made and never showed to. Never been a great place to go, but offered NHS so stayed there. Always been rude and I've let it go, but leaving a review as hit the last straw today.

Negative experience: This dental surgery is over priced and a scam. I was charged £450 for one filling and I’ve just had it checked by a different dentist and found out it’s a temporary filling. They are rude and only work to their own financial agenda.

She listens and throughout the clean, she kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok. My teeth looked amazing afterwards, this is the 2nd visit to see her and I will definitely see her again for my next clean! Thank you Judit! :)

Negative experience: Beware if you're an NHS patient! This surgery is one of the few in the area that "accepts' new NHS patients, but what they do is they will see you for an initial evaluation and also sign you up for their hygienist (which are both quick and easy types of appointments that they can bill the NHS for and fill in the gaps in their schedule) but they won't do any actual work on your teeth on the NHS. I registered with them and went to see them with several deep cavities, some painful, but they refused to fill them, claiming that the cavities in my teeth were just "wear". I now have to find a dentist who is willing to actually do NHS work. I don't blame any dentist for not wanting to do NHS work - I know that they can make far more money privately - but if they're not prepared to do actual NHS work and only want to bill the easy and quick initial consultations and hygiene appointments, they should not waste patients' time, especially when they are in pain and need treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am a pathetically nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. I have always dealt with Sabine who is amazing and really puts me at ease wherever I see her. Unfortunately I was in desperate need of seeing a dentist while she was on leave and this left me terrified. I had an appointment with Masoud and Mandy who were just as wonderful. Mandy remembered me from when I saw sabine and was so kind. I had to have a tooth extracted (one of the big boys!) and this sent me into panic mode. The pair of them let me take it at my own pace and were extremely gentle, kind and caring through the whole process. I'm convinced they worked through their lunch break just to make sure I was able to take breathers when I needed them and not turn into a complete anxious mess. I cannot thank everyone enough and if I could give 10 stars I would!

Love the fact there is an online booking system and I'm able to complete any required forms on this portal. Was initially shocked that you have to pay in advance for some treatments/appointments but I now appreciate this is to reduce the risk of non-attendance and late cancellation! Fantastic experience: My teeth have become very crowded recently due to invasive hospital treatment and of course getting older . So I am thrilled and utterly excited to be starting my journey with Invisalign. I am completely overwhelmed by how incredible my experience has been so far. My visit today was as though I have been catapulted into the future . The state of the art way my teeth have been measured and the subsequent 3d display on a screen is utterly amazing .
