Fantastic experience: Tried another local dentist that my wife uses and was gobsmacked to get an assessment whereby the dentist was going to charge me in excess of £3500 for work I didn't think I needed. Went back to Hudson at Dentist on the Rock and received total opposite advise. Needless to say, mega happy with a new filling and clean at a fraction of cost. Staff are lovely, friendly and chatty. Lesson learnt, stick to what you know and if your happy then that's what counts. Thanks again Hudson.

Fantastic experience: Such good service from the start, came in around 6 months ago for help with a front tooth that was chipped and ended up getting advice on how to proceed - the advice was spot on and I can’t express into words how happy I am and my new composites. I’m completely over the moon - Special thanks to Rachael in particular and every assistant that has worked with her, I can’t get over how good my teeth look. I can’t believe how good of a job you’ve done and will be forever grateful - not just for the composites but every appointment leading up to it, you’ve completely changed my view of going to the dentist and left me with a life changing set of amazing teeth. Everyone compliments my smile on how natural they look and I can’t stop smiling into a mirror I could go on for days haha.

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant practice. From my first appointment to my second to last the service was superb. The reception team are lovely,warm and welcoming. Everywhere is spotless and the soft music and banter at the reception desk really puts you at your ease. The dental nurses are so professional and so caring,really get to know their patients. Nothing is to much for any of them to help you through your treatment. My dentist was amazing,straight away went out of her way to make me feel safe and that my fears were understood. Divya was so understanding and patient with me,never once belittled my fears or made me feel bad. Professional,caring and very kind. I would recommend this practice to everyone. They offer payment plans,a monthly plan you can join which mean you always have a dentist. I can not thank Divya and Emma enough for what they have done for me. They have literally given me back my sparkle and smile.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited dentist on the rock for a checkup and then some treatment - replacement of a filling, a new filling and a scale and polish. I was really pleasantly surprised by my experience. The setting was nice, dentist was lovely and I didn’t at any time feel pressured into any additional or cosmetic work. My main goal is to keep any problems at bay and to feel more comfortable as I am generally a nervous patient. I really feel like I achieved both those things and, in comparison to nhs treatment, whilst more expensive I definitely feel it was worth it to feel so much more comfortable and cared for. I would really recommend this dentist

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hudson King at Dentist on the Rock for over a year now & I have had my teeth rebuilt in order to obtain an even bite & stop pain from sensitive teeth: I had a tooth extraction, two root canals, two new crowns fitted, six crowns replaced, my six bottom teeth extended by composite reconstruction & three tooth implants fitted. Very complicated procedures perfectly carried out to produce a result that should last for years.

I ended up needing five visits, but to be honest, I actually enjoyed them. She’s a fantastic, upbeat, and highly skilled dentist. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. My appointment was with the dental hygienist. On arrival I was immediately informed the hygienist was running behind. I was offered a drink and the receptionist found out precisely how long I would be waiting (20 minutes). This enabled me to extend my parking ticket. It was not a problem for me waiting 20 minutes. It soon passed and I received a very good service from Linda. She gave me excellent advice regarding aftercare of my teeth. Her skillfullness makes the treatment pain free .

Fantastic experience: After trying to find an NHS dentist for two months due to having an infected wisdom tooth that needed extracting. I contacted Dentist on the rock for an emergency appointment, including extraction. They gave me an emergency appointment in two days time. On the day, after waiting a little due to the clinic running behind I was welcomed into the treatment room by Dr Divya Gupta, throughout the whole procedure she was fantastic and reassured me of options available if they couldn’t extract the tooth on the day. I opted for her to try and remove it whilst there and from start to finish I felt she was very professional and reassuring, explaining each step of the process. She successfully removed the tooth without any pain or problems and explained aftercare and even how to find an NHS dentist. Overall, an excellent dentist and experience with dentist on the rock. The overall treatment including x-ray was £200. I would definitely return if I need any further treatment.

Fantastic experience: First appointment with the hygienist moving here from elsewhere. The lady was very thorough, explained everything, gave advice and most importantly after that one visit I trust her for next time. After having a couple of bad experiences in the past trust in your dentist is paramount so will have no fears going back

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dentist on the Rock for a few years now, it is always fabulous service no matter which dentist or hygienist I visit. Everyone is super friendly including the receptionists. It is easy to get an appointment either on the online portal or just calling the practice, there is always many available appointments which I like as I have a busy schedule. I would rate them 10 stars if it was possible!

The hygienist takes time to properly clean and do a thorough job, gives advice without trying to upsell their services or products and the dental team (Divya & Emma) that dealt with check ups for me, my husband and my 7 month old were brilliant. They kept my daughter completely at ease and gave us recommendations on looking after her teeth and today I had 3 fillings which I was absolutely terrified about. They gave me explanations, the opportunity to have breaks if I needed, numbing gel because I'm a self confessed wimp and kept me calm throughout and it flew by with no pain. Fantastic experience: At the age of 61 My visits to a dentist has been pretty much non existsnt until I chopped my front tooth last year. It was obviously getting worse, I search around looking at reviews as my dentist anxiety was through the roof, then came across dentist on the rock. Their reviews encouraged me to contact them. Fantastic experience: I am a 39 year old man that had very badly crooked teeth all my life, so just over a year ago I decided to do something about it and booked in to the dentist on the rock with Jack, I was exspecting a lot of pain, but I can honestly say I had zero pain, I’ve now got nice straight teeth, a great dentist, lovely staff , they are very helpful from the 1st day to the last, they talk you through everything, so if your worried about pain and it’s keeping you away from the dentist then I promise your in great hands here, it gets five stars from me… I’ve even got my mum using this dentist

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the hygienist at Dentist on the Rock. I underwent a two stage deep clean. The second stage was done under LA. Linda is so lovely and, I have to say, the best hygienist I have ever known. In the past at other dentists the cleaning of my teeth has never been as thorough and professional as when Linda does them. Thank you for taking such care and doing a fabulous job.

With toothache, and in search of a new practice, I took the recommendation of Dentist on the Rock and paid them a visit. Fantastic experience: Well well well what can I say . I am such a nervous dental patient so due to me having my top teeth damaged in a work accident I knew I needed to sort them . But every time I went to look into implants at dentists I never felt comfortable . That is until I visited Dentist on the Rock . I felt unsure but safe. Made an appointment and have never looked back . The team are amazing. I had my remaining top teeth removed bone grafts stitches and tempteeth fitted and I can now smile with confidence again . The team here go above and beyond and come highly recommended. Negative experience: Wasn't impressed with my visit to this dentist ! The aim of my visit was discussed but emphasis was on sell ups !! Such as teeth whitening and monthly payment plans for future treatment. I was a very nervous patient and to be sat in that chair and have all this info thrown at me ,rather than what I had gone to enquire about.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience..... Modern, technology advanced facilities. I visited today for an implant consultation and met with Monika and a very cheery receptionist. The examination went to plan and a treatment plan will be provided. Although I can not comment on the value for money just yet I expect it to be competitive. All told, a very pleasant experience in nice surrounding with helpful, informative and friendly staff and I’m optimistic (following receipt of a treatment plan costing) I will be returning.... watch this space! UPDATE: I have now decided to go with Dentist on the Rock. I will be back to report on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I can highly recommend dentist on the rock. They put me at ease immediately and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. The pain relief was exceptional and I didn't feel anything throughout what was quite an extensive procedure. Yes it is expensive compared to NHS dental work but you can really tell the difference. The work they did and the techniques involved were outstanding and would not be available on the NHS. I am happy to put my teeth in their hands for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: I chose Dentist On The Rock for replacement crowns. I liked the idea that they can remove your old and fit new crowns on the same day, with no having to put up with temporary crowns for weeks. They use their onsite lab to make your new crowns there and then. A full professional service from Dr. Hudson King and his colleagues who were extremely polite and accommodating throughout. They really listened to what I wanted in my new crowns and took time to show me 3d images before they were made, I could even request some slight amendments to the look. The whole service was pain free and the new crowns have exceeded my expectations. I’m now much more confident in my smile. Well done.

Positive experience: My second time visiting DOR. The dentist and dental assistant were really great like my first visit and made my experience stress-free as it was a couple of hours, I’m really happy with my treatment and would recommend dental treatment at this practice. Reception I was slightly upset by this time around, after treatment I was waiting to make my next appointment and lady was on the phone which is fine. The nice gentleman then came to help book me in for my next appointment and was finalising my visit that day, he asked me if I’d paid for it which I replied yes (as I’m on a plan) and lady on the phone rudely nudged him infront of me and mouthed ‘no she hasn’t’ which made me feel really embarrassed as she wasn’t dealing with me and insinuating I’m lying. He found my plan details right away and he apologised for the mixup on her behalf but she didn’t apologise. It wasn’t his fault but please next time please check someone’s details before interrupting and making them feel embarrassed like they have lied about paying for their treatment as I’m paying a lot of money for what I’ve had done and was at the practice for a couple of hours so it’s the last thing you want to feel. Otherwise they have been great other than this instance.

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice with a dental emergency last Friday morning. A cap on a front upper tooth had broken off. The staff were superb, first in reassuring me that they would be able to deal with my problem there and then and, secondly duly refitted the tooth securely. A marvellous practice!

Fantastic experience: I've had such a wonderful experience with Dentist on the Rock. Not only are the staff warm and welcoming, but the cost for treatment is incredibly cheap in comparison to other private dentists I've visited. I'd highly recommend getting a consultation here before visiting anywhere else.
