Dr. Filipe was outstanding—professional, empathetic, and reassuring throughout the procedure. He explained each step, accommodated breaks when needed, and made me feel completely safe. His assistant Rita and the reception team were also polite and professional. Despite usually only trusting my dentist back home, I would return to Dr. Filipe without hesitation. With 20 years of experience, he is not only an excellent dentist but also a compassionate human being. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had my second treatment with Dr.Sabrina Pimentel last Saturday. As always it was a very pleasant treatment. Dr Sabrina is very professional and explained my treatment plan in detail, encouraging me to ask questions. Dr Sabrina did an amazing job. Sabrina spent over an hour cleaning, de scaling and polishing my teeth. I felt amazing after my treatment and think it’s fortunate to have found such an experienced dentist in London. I did not see any nurse today, but I was obliged to give a rating!. I have used the clinic for years but still was asked how I heard about it!. Y sabiendo que era una urgencia, lamentable este hecho de parte de esta compañía Monteiro . Ya que he reclamado y ahora no quieren devolver el dinero por un trabajo mal hecho casi 400 libras mi hija se gastó en esta clínica para que para nada porque mi hija tuvo que ir a clínica GlovalDental a pagar más 200 libras .el doctor de esta clínica dijo que tendrían que devolverme el dinero ya que el tratamiento no está hecho . El profesionalismo del personal muy mal la atención de una de las recepcionistas mala .. ya que me a gritado cuando he ido a reclamar por un trabajo mal hecho …

I was seen the very same day for my appointment and able to pick up antibiotics at the front desk following my consultation. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, and the dentist was extremely informative. I did not feel pressured into any treatments that I don't need, which is too often the case with private dentists...
