Negative experience: Very unhelpful receptionist. My wife went in this Polish Dental Clinic booking appointment but when she got there appointment was cancelled themselves without informing my wife. I will never go there.
We sent a text message 4 days before the appointment clearly stating it was cancelled due to non-payment of the required deposit. Our policy requires deposits for all appointments, and cancellation notifications are sent when payment is not received. The appointment was not available on the day of the scheduled visit as communicated via text.
Fantastic experience: Gdyby było 10 gwiazdek, dałabym wszystkie. W tej klinice uzyskałam najlepsza opiekę od początku do końca. Osoby na recepcji bardzo kompetentne ,mile i niesamowicie zorganizowane. Panie asystentki ,zawsze gotowe pomoc ,mile i uśmiechnięte. No i lekarze.... ja nie mogłam trafić lepiej. Jestem osobą z chorobami współistniejącymi. Pani doktor dopasowała do mnie leczenie. Potrafiła zrozumieć moje problemy i znalazła najlepsze dla mnie rozwiązanie. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Marta Hermaniuk for the second time in three years, and both experiences were very positive. I was quite anxious about the procedure, as I only booked appointments once the pain had already become severe, but everything was handled with great care. The clinic is easy to book with, very efficient, and offers long admission hours - much more flexible than other dental places I’ve tried in Birmingham. It’s also noticeably cleaner than the other two clinics I’ve been to in the city. Dr. Marta made me feel comfortable throughout. She was reassuring the entire time, explaining each step of the procedure. My most recent extraction was complicated and lasted over an hour, but she kept me calm and informed throughout. I can’t recommend her services enough. This clinic is excellent for the quality of dental care, the facilities, and the fair pricing.

- A clinical examination and X-ray (costing £10) were performed to properly diagnose the issue.
- You were prescribed antibiotics (£20 — optional, and clearly presented as such).
- Our dentist thoroughly explained that your tooth could not be saved due to extensive damage or infection, and **surgical extraction was required**.
At this point, we offered you a clear next step: referral to one of our specialist surgical dentists who routinely perform complex extractions. This service is available by appointment — it was not unavailable "that day" as implied, but rather requires advanced scheduling due to the expertise involved.
You were given all necessary information and **chose not to proceed** with further treatment at that time. The decision was entirely yours; no pressure or additional charges were imposed beyond what had already been disclosed.
To be clear:
✅ You received a full diagnostic assessment
✅ All costs were transparent and communicated in advance
✅ A path forward for extraction was offered
❌ You declined to book the next step
Therefore, it is inaccurate — and deeply disappointing — to claim you paid “£80 for nothing.” You received professional diagnosis, imaging, advice, and access to treatment. The outcome of a tooth needing removal is not a failure of care; it’s an honest assessment based on your oral health.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t thank Dr Karolina Maluga enough. I had been in so much pain with my tooth and I was dreading the appointment but she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She was super friendly and explained the procedure to me clearly. When she took the tooth out, it was done so quickly and painlessly that I couldn’t believe it. I felt like a brand-new person as soon as I left. Honestly, I wish I’d come to her sooner. Highly recommend her if you’re even a bit nervous about the dentist. She’s excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had to do a front tooth implant and i need to do it asap, so i chose the polish dentist in West Bromwich. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I had a little problem with my colour match, but my dentist was patient, also we found a perfect match at the end. Negative experience: I recently booked an orthodontist appointment for my son and unfortunately encountered a website error that led to me paying the £50 deposit twice. While one transaction was initially declined, I later discovered that both payments had been processed, resulting in £100 being taken from my account. After contacting the clinic, they only acknowledged one payment. Although my bank resolved the double charge, I subsequently received a very unpleasant phone call from a staff member. This individual was rude and unprofessional, implying that the refund would come directly from their own money and then proceeded to cancel my son's appointment. This level of customer service was shocking and a stark contrast to my previous positive experiences with their dentists. It's disappointing that a billing error, which could be resolved, led to such unprofessional treatment and the cancellation of my son's appointment.

You made an error during online payment, attempting the deposit twice. One payment was declined, the second succeeded — this was confirmed with our payment provider, Dojo. We contacted Dojo directly and received written confirmation, which was also forwarded to you for transparency.
Despite this, you raised two chargebacks, including one against the valid £50 transaction. At that point, no deposit was in place, so your son’s appointment was cancelled.
We did nothing wrong. The chargeback fees are now our responsibility, not yours. Case closed.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the dentist. Dr Angelika shoud to take my tooth out. The procedure was done professionally and painlessly – the tooth extraction went smoothly. The receptionist Ewa and the nurse assisting the dentist - Magdalena were incredibly kind and welcoming. I truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Thank you very much to the whole Medical Dent team for the help they gave me immediately. Unfortunately my NHS dentist was not able to help me and in fact only made things worse leaving me in agony for over a week with the so-called dry tooth condition which manifests itself in incredible pain, NHS dentists only prescribed me antibiotic after antibiotic (I could really open my own pharmacy) hearing that I was taking 30 to 40 painkillers a day mixing everything I could at once because the pain was unbearable, and the antibiotic prescribed by the NHS did not help anyway because I had to go privately to be prescribed another correct antibiotic, having been to the NHS clinic a few times I did not get any help from them. When I called the reception at Medical Dent, the lady at the reception desk, having heard what had happened and what the cause might be, immediately booked me in for an appointment the same day. After arriving at the Medical Dent clinic in Birmingham, I was very warmly welcomed as I had not had time to sit down properly in the waiting room, I was called to the room. The dentist, after hearing the cause of the pain and examining me, immediately started solving my problem. I MUST admit that I was shocked and happy that after 15 minutes from the reaction of the dentist from Medical Dent, the pain began to subside. On the 2nd day I felt no pain at all. I couldn't believe it, and the wounds that the gentleman from the NHS made for me (he pulled out the tooth as if he was digging coal with a chisel) and thanks to Medical Dent began to heal as after more than a week of suffering and visiting dentists from the NHS who simply left me in agony of pain because they themselves did not know what they were doing. The lady from Medical Dent removed all my pain in 15 minutes, approaching the matter very professionally and with understanding. THANK YOU so much to the entire Medical Dent team ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Chcielibyśmy podkreślić, że zasada „tylko pacjent lub dziecko z jednym rodzicem” jest jasno komunikowana w wiadomości SMS przed każdą wizytą: „Only the patient stays at the surgery/reception or child with one parent.” Obowiązuje ona niezależnie od tego, ile osób znajduje się w poczekalni – dla komfortu i bezpieczeństwa wszystkich pacjentów oraz zespołu.
Recepcja ma obowiązek egzekwowania tych zasad. Pani został również zaproponowany zwrot depozytu – nie jako forma „szantażu”, ale dlatego, że skoro już od początku była Pani niezadowolona z naszych warunków, uznaliśmy, że nie ma sensu kontynuować wizyty w atmosferze napięcia. Trzaskanie drzwiami i agresywne zachowanie nie są akceptowalne w żadnej sytuacji – niezależnie od emocji.
Szanujemy naszych pacjentów i tego samego oczekujemy w drugą stronę.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years because of a bad experience elsewhere that caused me long-term stress. I was really surprised by how different it was at Medical-Dent. The treatment was almost painless, and everything was explained clearly. The prices were transparent too. The clinic itself looks modern, spotless, and very well equipped. This was just my first visit, but I’ll definitely be coming back to finish the rest of the treatment—and after that, I’ll make sure to come in for regular check-ups. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I've booked to Polish dentist then to be served by foreigner. When I was booking appointment I said that I wanted my tooth restored if it was possible or taken out. I had my appointment today, x-ray has been taken and the lady told me that I need to book for extraction, which was supposed to be today. I came all the way from Burton and wasted my time. I won't be using this service again. My appointment was 7 minutes and cost me £60. Scam. Edit. By the phone, when I was booking appointment I said that I'm mot interested in root canal. I said if it's not restorable I wanted extracted. If you keep your phonecalls recording go back and check. If you advertise as Polish clinic, you should have Polish stuff, otherwise it ain't Polish. Why didn't you mention in your reply what I requested during the phone call. The fact requested was 1) fixing the tooth 2) extracting it. I pointed that I was against root canal and that is what the lady suggested, ROOT CANAL. So you basically ignored my request, make me go all the way for nothing. Go back to your phone call because I will be claiming compensation. Edit 25/01 Over a week ago I went to my local dental practice in Burton to book myself in as they were advertising that they were taking new NHS patients. The dentist had seen me same day and extracted my tooth same exact day. The service was amazing I was shocked. It wasn't surgical removal like the receptionist was telling me it was going to be at Medical. And all coat me only £73,5. Everyone was amazing. I leaves me with greater disgust towards the lady who interacted with my by emails.

At no point during the booking process did you specify a preference for a particular dentist. As always, our priority was to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible to address the pain you reported.
During your visit, we carried out a thorough assessment, including an x-ray, and provided you with the option to begin treatment immediately to save your tooth. You opted instead for an extraction. Simple extractions can often be performed on the same day, but as was clearly explained to you during the appointment, surgical extractions in our practice are handled exclusively by Dr. Karolina due to her expertise. This is standard protocol to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Additionally, we would like to note that the profiles of all our available dentists are clearly listed on our website, which is accessible to all patients prior to booking. Any specific preferences for a dentist should be communicated at the time of scheduling to avoid misunderstandings.
We regret that you feel your time was wasted, but we acted in your best interest and communicated all necessary information both during the booking process and your appointment.

Negative experience: I don't want to go to much detail but I expected higher service from this private clinic but received better service from NHS dentist clinics I went there to get retainers and they have been done 3 times before they fit my teeth ,which means driving there and back for appointments due to not fault of my own and received no apology whatsoever but attitude from receptionist Miss Agnieszka She shouldn't work there as she's the first point of contact with the clinic and ruins the image of it There is at least 5 other reviews from others about the receptionist so medical dental before you defend yourselves ask yourselves if it's coincidence others saying the same??? The other receptionists seemed lovely

Positive experience: Jestem w połowie leczenia ortodontycznego. Przychodnia przyjazna i świetni specjaliści i fantastyczna atmosfera. Nie zawsze jednak dostępne są gumki w wymarzonym kolorze turkusu Wybrałam dojazdy do west Bromwich z powodu sobotnich wizyt co jest mi bardzo pomocne ☺️ Podczas leczenia dentystycznego cena za plombę waha się niekoniecznie zrozumiale..duża albo mała plomba 10 funtów różnicy ale wydawało by się że płaciłam za mała jak wymieniana była większa a późniejsze mniejsze były liczone jak duże. Polecam to miejsce
Negative experience: Nie polecam. Byłam skonsultować zatrzymana osemke. Pani "chirurg" powiedziała, że ona by czekała aż osenki wyjdą. Przy czym sama nazwała te osemke osemke zatrzymana. Zrobione zostało zdjęcie rtg, na którym nawet nie widać korzenia. Lekarka powiedziała, że nerw jest za blisko i jest zbyt wysokie ryzyko trwalego uszkodzenia czucia więc ona by go nie ruszała zwłaszcza, że w tym momencie jest ok (mialam 2 stany zapalne w tym roku juz) ale obecnie nie odczuwam bolu. Skonsultowałam sprawę w Polsce 2 dni później u chirurga, który mi wysuwał już 8 ósemki i powiedzial, że na zdjęciu nawet nie widać gdzie jest nerw bo zdjęcie jest niedokładne - źle ustawiona klisza i nie widać korzenia i jego polozenia wzgledem nerwu. Jest stan zapalny i zab jest do wyrwania. Chirurg w Polsce dał mi opinie na podstawie panoramy sprzed roku ponieważ z tego rtg nic nie było widać. Niestety nie polecam. Na wizycie odnoslam wrażenie, że ta pani chirurg tylko usuwa ósemki w "łatwym " ustawieniu albo jak się jej chce. Za taką pogawędkę 15min zapłaciłam £60...
Rozumiem Pani obawy i niezadowolenie z wizyty. Bardzo dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią, która jest dla nas niezwykle cenna. Chciałbym odnieść się do kilku kwestii, które Pani poruszyła:
1. Bezpieczeństwo pacjenta jest naszym priorytetem. Decyzja o nieusuwaniu zęba została podjęta, kierując się zasadą "primum non nocere" - przede wszystkim nie szkodzić.
2. Rozumiemy, że otrzymała Pani inną opinię w Polsce. Różnice w opiniach lekarskich mogą się zdarzyć i często wynikają z różnych podejść do leczenia lub interpretacji zdjęć.
3. Odnośnie jakości zdjęcia RTG, zapewniamy, że dla naszego lekarza jakość wykonanego zdjęcia jest wystarczająca do postawienia diagnozy i podjęcia decyzji o dalszym postępowaniu.
4. Warto podkreślić, że cena konsultacji oraz zdjęcia RTG jest w pełni znana pacjentom przed wizytą i dostępna na naszej stronie internetowej. Koszt ten obejmuje nie tylko czas spędzony z lekarzem, ale również analizę zdjęć i historii medycznej.
5. Należy zaznaczyć, że przed wizytą została Pani poinformowana emailowo o możliwości odmowy wykonania zabiegu w przypadku, gdy ząb znajduje się zbyt blisko nerwu.

Zabieg był trudny, wymagał wiedzy umiejętności i brak słów z mojej strony co czego jeszcze - jedno jest pewne, Doktor u której byłam napewno ma pasje i rozwija się w tej dziedzinie co sprawia ze poradziła sobie z moim przypadkiem czego słowo Dziękuje to nic w porównaniu tego jak jestem zadowolona, Doktor Anioł! Owszem teraz cierpnie kilka dni po usunięciu zęba i boli jednak napewno było warto :d Polecam ten gabinet każdemu, napewno każdy znajdzie pomoc w tym gabinecie gdyż pracuje tam osoby które chcą pomóc pomimo wszystko, dziękuję!:)

Negative experience: PART2 Thank you for your answer, Polska Dentista! But your answer is also NOT true, my tooth did NOT have canal treatment before! It was a bit cracked, that’s why it had temporary filling. But your doctor even did not ask it! Moreover, it’s visible on X-ray! There were NO canal treatment before!!! And that’s why I wanted to save it, but your “canal treatment specialist” did not mention on Friday that they do not treat wisdom tooth, she told me “it’s better to extract it”! That is why I am disappointed!!! Just on Saturday (before extraction) another doctor mentioned that “we don’t do treatment on wisdom tooth and I see that it’s better to remove it”, that is why I agreed to proceed to extraction…and afterwards I saw that tooth was great with healthy strong roots and a bit decayed, that was possible to treat!!! That is why you don’t give tooth, so clients will not sue you! It’s was absolutely unprofessional! You choose short benefit instead of do real help! PART 1 So. If you want to save your Wisdom Tooth! This place is NOT for you. This place is good if you want to remove the tooth. The doctor will not suggest you or refer you to the specialist of “Wisdom tooth canal treatment” She will advise you to get rid of it!.. this is sad… Moreover, after the extraction she will not let you taking tooth with you, she will lie that you don’t need tooth because “in couple of days it will be smelly”(what is not true, because my sister has her tooth at home with no changes after lots of years). So..sadly first and last experience with this clinic..

During your initial consultation, our dentist provided an honest assessment and informed you that we do not perform root canal treatment on wisdom teeth at our practice. This is because the complex anatomy of third molars often leads to lower success rates for endodontic therapy.
As your wisdom tooth already had a temporary filling, indicating that root canal treatment was initiated at a different practice, it would be advisable to follow up with that dental office to complete the procedure. They will have the necessary records and familiarity with your case to best evaluate the restorability of your tooth and finish the endodontic therapy if possible.
However, a few days after the consultation, you chose to proceed with the extraction at our clinic instead of continuing the root canal treatment elsewhere.
Regarding your request to keep the extracted tooth, we have a policy of properly disposing of removed permanent teeth for safety and hygiene reasons. While we make exceptions for deciduous "baby" teeth so children can place them under their pillows for the Tooth Fairy, allowing patients to retain extracted adult teeth would be unsanitary and goes against dental standards.

Negative experience: Do not recomend !!!!!! NIE POLECAM Na pierwszą wizte przyjechałam w listopadzie 2023, zapisałam się prosto do chirurga, ponieważ czułam, że zaczęły mi rosnąć zęby mądrości. Pani Chirurg, powiedziała, że to nie ósemki, a nawet jeśli to są ustawione prawidłowo(wykonane zdjecie RTG nawet w calosci nie pokazywało ósemek). Odesłała mnie na kolejną wizyte do koleżanki, która stwierdziła, że to dwa zęby do leczenia kanałowego i wyceniła to na prawie £1000. ( krótko po wizycie i w szoku kosztów jakie mnie czekaja,aby pozbyć sie bolu- wraz ze zdjęciami mailowo skonsultowałam się ze swoim Polskim dentysta który stwierdził, że wg niego to osemki. )W końcu złapał mnie nie możliwy ból( kiedy zadzwonilam poprosic o wizyte zostalam olana, poprosilam o rekomendacje, albo porade gdzie mam sie udać pani recepcjonista oschle powiedziała, że nie wie i sie rozlaczyla).Cale szczescie znalazlam genialnego inne dentyste u ktorego okazało się, że mialam zatrzymana osemke, stan zapalny na pol twarzy. Po 2 tyg antybiotyku i usuniętej ósemce doszłam do siebie. Tak wiec w 100%nie polecam tego dentysty, zero podejścia do pacjenta, zero poświęconego czasu. Moj maz tez byl z infekcja zeba zapłacił za 3 wizyty kiedy podczas pierwszej nie dostał antybiotyku, a podczas drugiej juz umierał z bolu pani doktor pomyślała dopiero o antybiotyku, i oczywiście musiał przyjsc tez na 3 wizyte. Żenada i zdzieranie pieniędzy..

Negative experience: Charging 5 minutes first consultation 50£,next appointment where the dentist supposed to give me more insight and she claimed she doesn’t do bridges but she did some filling for 140£. So basically almost 190£ for a filling-felt more like a scam! Never again Dentist seemed like overwhelmed and left the saliva vaccume in my mouth the whole time,with total dry mouth the normal thing is yo have a glass of water to wash the rest. I’ve without a shame told that the water isn’t working and I have to go to the TOILET!!!! Just outrageous. If you can’t treat your patients and charge them ridiculously just don’t accept any. Shame

We've understood that you changed your mind, preferring a bridge over the denture. Unfortunately, this preference change wasn't communicated to us before your appointment. Had we been informed earlier, we would have scheduled your appointment with a different dentist specialising in bridge work. We also understand that, in the meantime, you had sorted out the denture situation somewhere else.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused, particularly with the equipment issue, such as the saliva vacuum. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all our patients, and it's clear we did not meet this standard in your case.

Negative experience: niestety 1 gwiazdka, moja wizyta trwała dosłownie 2 minuty podczas ktorych dentystka nawet nie zajrzała mi do ust. Wykonane zostalo zdjecie RTG ktore obejmowalo zaledwie 2 zęby, jakość zdjęcia jest koszmarna ponieważ te 2 zęby nie sa nawet widoczne w całości. Na podstawie tego zdjęcia dentystka zaproponowała usunięcie zęba. Zdjęcie wysłałam do oceny innemu dentyście, który stwierdził, że na jego podstawie nic nie można wywnioskować. Nie wiem więc dlaczego na podstawie wadliwego zdjęcia, bez obejrzenia zębów zaproponowano mi usuwanie. Na pewno się tam więcej nie pojawie. Zero profesjonalizmu. Nie polecam.
Fantastic experience: I had a filling and tooth reconstruction done here and I have to say I am very impressed with the treatment. I had the treatment done on 21 December 2021 and everything is going well. The dentist is very clean and well presented. Receptionists are always welcoming and friendly and have excellent customer service skills. My dentist was Marta, she was very professional in her work and kept asking me if everything was ok. She was really caring and I felt very comfortable with her. I highly recommend this place to everyone, you will be pleased with the service.

Fantastic experience: Polecam. Po negatywnych przygodach z angielskimi dentystami wreszcie mam sprawdzonego dentyste :). Polecam zwłaszcza panią Anie i Karoline. Nie jest tanio, ale wiem za co płace i praca jest dobrze wykonana. Plus za to, że można koszty rozłożyć na raty do 12 miesiecy bez odsetek.
