Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentists and rarely have great experiences but I’m very happy with the services I’ve received after recently joining this dentist. The appointment are available in good timing Dr. Nina in particular shocked me with how comfortable and painless my treatments were!

Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with Dr Matin. Not only she is a marvellous doctor but also her behaviour is really fantastic. She visited me patiently and described my problems in detail. I definitely recommend her to everyone.

Negative experience: I’m not pleased with this dental practice policy. No one has explained that if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours as first appointment you cannot attend and to find another practice. Baring in mind my appointment was booked only yesterday and this was not mentioned at all! My circumstance was given of why I couldn’t attend prior to the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend unless ‘policy’ changes. Not acceptable.

Positive experience: The dentist is very nice they were all very kind and really cared about my Childrens teeth. Will reccomend

Negative experience: I like my dentist their she is very good but unfortunately I can’t say the same for those working at the reception and the manager I call for a prescription and I was told that they will contact me but till now no one called and I called more than 3 times in different days ,I even spoke with the manager it was a Friday that I spoke to o her and she said I am taking the commitment to call you but today the 2nd of July when I called her she already left, they are not doing their work properly and when you tell them they have the guts to tell you that it’s an abuse against them, so what we should do , just take a red candle and wait for their call for a prescription.If they can’t work don’t give headaches to others.

She’s incredibly organised, ensuring every step of the process runs smoothly. Her prudent planning gave me full confidence that my mum was in capable hands, and her attention to detail really stood out. Fantastic experience: Honestly the most amazing customer service from the moment we walked in until we finished our appointment especially both lady’s at reception the patience and kindness they show to every patient is beautiful to watch. I was waiting for my children’s appointment so was able to observe their interaction for over an hour and I can honestly say I was blown away you should be so proud of your staff not to mention this kindness continued into the dental rooms the interaction and kindness was flawless

Negative experience: Called to ask if they offered Invisalign and was told yes. So I registered and booked an an appointment for a checkup and was told I could do the Invisalign consultation at the same time. Turned up, paid upfront for my appointment only to then get in with the dentist to be told that they don't offer Invisalign and the receptionist must have been confused. Neither the dentist nor the nurse introduced themselves. She didn't explain what she was doing or looking for or offer any advice other than telling me I needed to come back for a filling and should floss more. Feel obliged to stay with them for this treatment or I'll have to pay for the checkup again if I go elsewhere. Just a generally disappointing experience all round! I'll have this treatment done and then go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been coming to this practice since 2020. The whole team are welcoming and friendly and make what can be a stressful time very easy to bear. We couldn’t imagine ever going anywhere else for our dental treatment

Fantastic experience: I get bad anxiety going to the dentists and normally some can be rude but today Fatima the nurse and Maimoonah the dentist made me feel at ease they reassured me aswell which made me want to keep coming back for my treatments and not suffer because of embarrassment , the receptionists are lovely aswell they engage nicely always smiling. I would recommend for people to sign up to this dentist

Fantastic experience: Had to have 2 emergency appointments at the start of 2025 (not the best start to a year) however, the surgery took care of what was needed to be done, but the real Star was Fatima, not only patent with me but really helped me throughout the appointments, Thank you Fatima for your professionalism and personal touch- a real asset to this team

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient. I was treated with care, respect and patience. It's all I could wish for. The reception staff were on point. I appreciate the team and all they do.

Negative experience: What an inept dental practice. Over the last 2 days my parents have come in for dental work - paid the agreed amount - and then had follow up aggressive calls demanding additional money. Their office manager, Jody White appears to need some training on how a business is run & more importantly how to speak to older people. Great dentists - but the people 'managing' this place let it down. If Jody isn't already on a performance improvement plan - they should be.

Negative experience: My fillings from last December had a 1 year Guaranty I was told at the time, on arrival at Heathfield today they asked me to pay £26.80 and sign a NHS form, after the fillings were done I checked at the reception if there was anything else to pay and was told no all done. Ten minutes after leaving I had a phone call asking if I could go back ? When I asked why they said the guarantee was for a different dentist and as I was seen by another dentist I had to pay again! The manager of this practice has no idea how to run the place and confusions all round. I really hope they can find someone capable to manage this practice as they have very good dentists but the management is way off the mark.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this practice. I must stay with absolute confidence it has been an amazing experience. The receptionist I found were friendly. Dr N Jevric-Stuwe is one best dentist I have ever come across. She is highly professional, gentle and her explanation is easy to understand.Thank you Dr N Jevric.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist and in particular Jay. I have always had a huge phobia of dentists and Jay put me completely at ease and now I do not have fear like I used to. If he sees I am tensing up while having worked done he always checks I am ok and I prepared to stop. I am happy to get into a dental chair now and could not recommend highly. Even my son is less anxious for the dentist and he has Jay also. Jay is best dentist ever!!!! The reception staff are friendly and caring also.

Fantastic experience: First time attending today with my 13 year old girl who is extremely nervous and is austic. I called yesterday and they got us in today which was amazing. The Receptionist was very welcoming. My daughter saw Dr Patel who was really good with her and her needs. Definitely will be going back and now I have registered myself.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dental practice for almost 20 years and have always been very happy with my treatment - for myself and subsequently for my children. They are extremely caring and gentle and always very clear about my options and how much things will cost etc. I used to be extremely nervous, to the point of being scared of the dentist, but thanks to their excellent care, that is no longer the case.

Negative experience: I have calling for 1h in order to change the appointment. No one picked up the phone.

Negative experience: Terrible service. After you pay in advance, they look at you for a minute (urgently) and drive you out to go again in at least 10 days to examine you again and only after that, you don't know when (if you survive) they may help you with treatment or a filling. They take your money, but they don't care about your health at all! They waste more time talking to you, and 1 minute for a review. Thieves and incompetent and lying! My visit to them was pointless and insulting!

She managed last minute to get someone to look at my tooth which had half a filling missing, the amazing Maiuioonah and her assistant Lily took an xray and put in a temporary filling of which I am most grateful Mr Soshik is my regular dentist here and is fantastic but his team that helped me today are staff he should be proud of. Fantastic experience: Needed a emergency fill-in managed to get an appointment on the same day that it was needed and I was only in there for 5 - 10 minutes very speedy

Negative experience: The worse dentist ever my wife went with some pain it actually got worse by the night she couldn’t sleep and they have some attitude issues I don’t really recommend it to anyone !!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Jay, is amazing! He puts me at ease, and explains everything to me but knows to hide the injection. I've just had a root canal filling and didn't feel a thing! Not even the injection. The dental nurses are great too, very friendly and helpful. Choose Jay if your scared!!

The helpful receptionist said that they where fully booked but will try to get me an appointment. 30 minutes later got a phone call for an emergency appointment. Very helpful and kind staff . They really are making a effort to provide a good service.

Fantastic experience: Im petrified like most people of the dentist. But I walked in and the Reception Manager Aaliyah was great and put me at instant ease. She can read people very well. I was making jokes as I do when Im anxious and she returned them right back and assured me I was going to be fine- and I was. Not only a wonderful human- but a future foreseer too! Hahahaha The Doctor and Nurse were great as well. Very informative and put up with my nervous state very well. I shall be back for a scale and polish I reckon

Negative experience: Very badly treated by the dentist. Had issue with my mouth guard and the attitude was awful. Chased and chased, no response. Left messages for the manager to call me, still waiting. Toilet had no loo roll, which I made them aware and they said they knew but didn't have any. The floor was so dusty and dirty. Hygiene was very disappointing. Will not be going back!

Fantastic experience: Visited here last week and just got around to putting a review! To be frank, absolutely amazing service from the lady at the reception (Fatema) the Dentist. I was greeted with a smile which I highly value! The young lady at the reception was incredibly helpful, she was very informative and answered all my questions very well. The hygiene levels seem immaculate and they really know how to treat a customer. Just moved in to the area, so I’m glad I have found my dentist!

Negative experience: The receptionist was very unprofessional, with the dark orange suit, she was on her personal phone when we were talking to her, she clicked ok before I even signed the e-sign then I had to do again because she wasn’t even paying attention properly she didn’t even apologise, she was yawning and talking with her hands on her face, didn’t even talk give the instructions properly she was very unprofessional and was very disrespectful

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with this doctor, Dr. Martin has been treating me for several years and I have nothing to complain about, she is very caring, smiling, and takes care of her patients. Every time I have a visa it makes me feel better,although it's odd because it's a dentist, no fear. I've had a stroke, so it's a big surprise for me. I highly recommend the visit!!!

Positive experience: I've been using this Dental Practice for 27 years sadly Marion left two years ago. I wasn't overly pleased with my last 3 visits. However my 4th visit today with NINA JEVRIC-STUWE was Excellent and I have re-booked her for another visit in 3 months.

Fantastic experience: Visited Heathfield today with my 9yr old and 4 month old and what a amazing experience it was my daughter had a filling and extraction dr umber Shabir nurse madison danson were amazing my daughter was explained the procedure and was informed step by step of what was happening they were so professional and loving my daughter was very nervous at the beginning but now wants to know when she will be going next I can’t thank you enough It’s always been a pleasure visiting Heathfield Fatema the receptionist is always friendly efficient and has always gone out of her way to help me I recommend this practice to everyone it’s never been disappointment

Fantastic experience: Fatima on reception is an absolute credit to you. My daughter is disabled and no matter what the weather is like she comes out to the car and gets my daughter into the surgery and the back into car when we are finished. Always has a big smile and very polite

Negative experience: 20 years it was my dentist..was happy when was previous staff. Currently Manager have no manners, rude and unprofessional. .I had to cancel my appointment due to my health stage and manager named Jade call me back and in very unpleasant manner told me I m not aloud to come ..refusing to fixing mistake clinic did ...I want complain about this higher ..as Jade left me with no thuth..I can't go to work or eat now ...

I was given great advice and they ended up saving me money instead of having to go private. If you're looking for quality service with genuinely lovely people - look no further.
