Fantastic experience: I am writing to thank Simran Malik about the perfect job she did with regards to my smile. For a while I have been avoiding to meet people due to the large gap in my mouth. I had initially been given dentures that I was not happy with, I did not even wear them, because they did not suit me. Everyone was telling me that I looked different with those dentures, and even laughed at me jokingly. I was then assigned to Simran to look after me, and guess what? That was the most positive thing to ever happen to me. She directed that my dentures be engraved according to my needs and that was the most positive thing that happened. I can now smile genuinely as opposed to when I had that large gap. I used to avoid meeting people at all costs, even going out generally and even going to work was a burden. Well done Simran, keep on listening to patients, you will go a long way with your profession.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a super attentive and caring Dental practice then look no further. Vish and his team are excellent. They genuinely care and look after you in a fabulous way. Vish’s expertise and passion just flows and you are always made to feel at ease. He is then backed up by Anna and the rest of the team that make sure you receive super after care.

Fantastic experience: I changed my hygienist to Mr Murat Kaynaroglu at Dentality and have no regrets. He’s very good at what he does and is gentle and effective with his treatment. His good advice has also ensured I have adopted a much better routine at keeping my gums healthy in between appointments.

Fantastic experience: Went as a new patient, very nervous as hadn't been since before covid but had terrible pain after taking time to resume me about treatment to my amazement said she could take the tooth out today,but wouldn't proceed until completely numb she was amazing so thank you Simran think that's how you spell it you have gained my trust. Fantastic experience: Prior to meeting Dr Malik the dentist had filled me with dread and before I sat in the chair I'd be in tears. Dr Malik is the most lovely genuine dentist I've ever had. I leave the chair with a smile. Not only that seeing the progress and general condition of my teeth and gums has really boosted my confidence in life and attending my appointments, so much so I am actively now asking about more treatments and ways to improve the overall visuals and condition of my teeth. I cannot thank her enough, I never would have thought I'd ever make this progress with visits to the dentist. I was too scared to even attend general check ups! It really is all down to Dr Malik. I have been recommending her to friends and family... I never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to attending the dentist!!!! I really am looking forward to seeing the general condition of my teeth and gums improving! Again, another dentist appointment today I left with a smile!

Fantastic experience: I changed my dentist. Bupa @ Waltham Cross and wow wow wow what a difference. My dentist Rachel was absolutely amazing. An initial check up lead to a dental plan was explained clearly and what each stage entails. Bupa @ Waltham Cross are piecemeal, in fact due to one of the dentists I feared going there. She caused me so much suffering and failed to treat the underlying problem, focusing exclusively on my gum disease. Terrible and three days for an emergency appointment is appalling. They are scammers. Anyway back to Rachel, best dentist ever. The girls at reception are so nice and professional. Jonathan dental nurse was lovely. Rachel treated my dry socket, relieved the pain, gave me two courses of anti biotics took lots of pictures and x ray, and gave me a road to dental happiness. I am happy to pay every penny and thank God for sending me down this road. Incredible surgery, Incredible professional, polite and caring people. It looks like a harley street surgery. Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, just wanna put a comment on this dentist. Firstly I’m scared of dentists, but I took the plunge and went to see Vishal, he was recommended to me. As you can imagine I was nervous. My teeth I knew were in a diabolical condition. Anyway I didn’t to need worry, from the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel welcome and more importantly I was reassured that I was fixable. Vish explained in fine detail, what I needed done, and how the plan was going to work out. I had previously been seeing an nhs dentist in another town, whom I now realised was doing the bare minimum that nhs allows them to do, which ultimately led to my poor oral hygiene and eating too much sugar. Vish took so much of his time to really look at my teeth etc, and he devised a treatment plan, not going to lie I was nervous about starting treatment, but Vish and his staff were so kind and more importantly patient and professional with me. Now I’ve started my treatment, it’s a long road ahead but the staff there have made me feel confident, when I used to smile before, I’d always put my hand over my mouth, now I’m proud to show everyone. Look it’s not a quick fix and I’m not even half way there, but I know it’ll be worth it, and everyone has commented on how better I look. The time and precision they put into your plan is amazing, they are so intricate to your needs. So my last point, is if you feel nervous or worried, please visit these guys, they’ve given me so much confidence just with a smile. Maria R

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service from this dentist all they care about is money! Threatened me as I had to cancel the day before and not 48hours notice! I am a carer to a seriously ill child and can not control how my days go . to be threatened to loose my place in the dentist is shocking twice I have been threatened there! All they want is your money! Definitely avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: every time my friend went to this dentistry it was ALWAYS a different receptionist, and even overheard an “Anna” talk rudely to the front desk people.. and my friend was just taken aback because what... on top of that, someone said that all your staff end up quitting not even MONTHS in think this says a lot about your business as a whole and think you should consider looking into the behaviours of higher positions. best of luck to y’all because y’all gon need it after seeing all these bad reviews clearly people turn a blind eye and it shows…

I attended Dentality for the first time with Bini and immediately put at ease. Was shown photographs and X-rays. All treatments option explored and not pressured at all. Fantastic experience: I felt very welcomed here. The check up appeared very thorough. Recommendations for paid services were not pushed on me, but were explained in good detail, including transparent pricing. I received good general dental care advice.

Negative experience: Today I tried to book appointment.I was informed that I was taken off from the NHS list by this surgery because I've missed one appointment year and a half ago.I was not warned about this and I've never booked any appointments as they suggesting.Now I got massive issues to find local surgery who are taking NHS patients on board. For me this is not professional and it doesn't seem they value people at all.

Fantastic experience: About an hour in to a tooth extraction that was going horribly wrong, Dr Vishaal joked "well there goes my 5 star review!" but actually it was his warmth, kindness, sense of humour and of course, skill level that prompted me to leave this 5 star review. I owe Dr Vishaal an apology really, upon leaving my procedure which we both agreed had been an emotional experience, I called my Dad who announced "oh yes, the same thing happened to me!" You see, apparently, The Sampson's have "roots like claws, they don't let go". This might have been useful information to have had in advance (thanks Dad), but it's good to note for next time at least. I have never had a bad experience at Dentality with any of the dentists I have seen, including my lovely regular dentist Dr Rachel. But if you have a more complex issue, I highly recommend saving up for a bit longer to see Dr Vishaal, his experience and skill level can't be matched, I have no doubt that he is the only person who could have extracted my tooth today. I also can't imagine there are many dentists who can make you laugh after an hour of tooth pulling, but somehow he managed it! He sensed my nervousness and did all he could to put me at ease, I really couldn't have put my tooth in safer and more reassuring hands. Thanks again!

I can honestly say I’ve never had better treatment from a dentist, a true master of his art from start to finish, with outstanding results and no pain felt over the term of treatment. Really professional, she is so friendly and calming, I had to have a needle this time, and I didn’t even feel it. Positive experience: I was really happy with the work they did on my teeth but their inflexibility to changes left a sour taste in my mouth. I had originally booked a specific date and then got a call to say that there was a cancellation which allowed them to move my appointment forward. When I asked if I could change my appointment due to something which came up, I was told that any changes would trigger an hourly fee if changes were made within 48 hours. I then asked that they guarantee I get seen on time. They told me that it wasn't possible to guarantee that I get seen on time. So its ok to make me wait but not ok to slightly amend my booking??? In the end, I was able to change the other appointment so it wasn't an issue in the end. Whilst I understand that cancellations or changes have an impact, Dentality will eventually get my business anyway. Loyalty should mean something in today's day and age.

Positive experience: Staff are always friendly and place is well maintained and clean. Turn over of staff seems high, I have had several dentists and hygienists during my time as a patient there. Current hygienist only works part time so it is difficult to find appointments to fit my days off. They are not taking on anymore NHS patients and have a waiting list of 150 to 200 patients, so no chance of getting my toddler a check up anytime soon. Convenient location and open times for private patients are good.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly & professional dental practice. I am not the biggest fan of visiting dentists but was made to feel at total ease and felt no pain at all during my recent tooth extraction. I think 'Vish' is simply the best Dentist you can ever want, who is very caring as well as informative throughout the procedure.
