Negative experience: This is not a place where patient's interest and health is prioritised - it's all about profit maximisation. You will be hurried on the profit making treadmill to see the next customer (not patient). Took my 9 year old daughter there today following complaints of pain. My daughter sat in that chair for less than 3 minutes. Due to the fact that my daughter sat on that chair for less than 3 minutes felt like thisl practice is scamming the NHS and their intent was to see as many patients as possible. No plan presented, no consultation, no explanation. Didn't even bother to ask about the pain. We had to drive the conversation by asking her questions and even then the answers were brief and we couldn't understand her properly due to her accent and the facemask she was wearing.

Negative experience: I think the receptionist’s name is Sonya or something along those lines either way, she has been extremely rude and unhelpful every time I’ve called. I’ve been chasing a £60 refund for over a month, and all she ever says is “I’ll email her” or “I’ll follow up,” but nothing ever happens. I’ve had to keep calling myself just to get any updates. When I asked politely if she could confirm she’ll call me back this time, she snapped, “Yeah, like I just said,” in the most dismissive and rude tone. Completely unprofessional. It shouldn’t take a month to sort out something this simple, and the attitude I’ve been met with every time is honestly shocking. Awful customer service. I’d like to take this further. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist because my mom went there and they stopped her from breathing and threat her and very rude behaviour and didn’t listen to us at all and made my mom vomit as they were laughing

The dentist took time to check each of us thoroughly and gave good advice for our dental care. My children were a bit nervous, but the dentist and nurse made them feel relaxed. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment last week after registering as a new patient the day before. I was surprised at how quickly the process was. At my appointment, I was seen by a dentist called Harman and a dental nurse called Valbona. It was my first time at a dentist in 20 years, so I was a bit nervous. But both ladies were very polite, calming, and gentle. The check-up didn't take long which included a quick cleaning of my teeth and surprisingly my teeth weren't as bad as I thought. I will require a filling but Harman advised me to get this done after I've had my baby as I'm currently heavily pregnant. She came out to the desk with me and booked my next appointment with the receptionist in a few months to get my filling sorted. I'd also like to mention the helpful receptionist Tonya, who was very quick and efficient in responding to my emails and getting me an appointment when I first contacted the practice. Overall a positive, happy experience

Fantastic experience: The dental team were fantastic, delivering excellent care in the face of a difficult procedure that would normally be taken care off at the hospital. Trying their best to extract a cracked tooth, caused by an assault that broke my jaw and tooth. They knew it would be difficult to remove without a surgical team but due to the constant pain, decided they would do their best to remove it. The 2 dentists and nurse involved with the extraction were incredibly patient, especially after it took 5 shots of lidocaine and 2 shots of articaine to numb the root enough that it could be removed (even then I had to grit through some pain). They paid attention to my anxiety and sensory issues due to autism, providing amazing bedside manner and helping me to feel as comfortable as they could. I recommend this dental practice based on excellent service on all 5 appointments so far.

I was stunned how fast they where… especially Tony is such a helpful person. He booked me, my son and my husband and his follow up was amazing. As well as the Dr. Harman and the nurse Aga She treated my teeth perfectly and does what suits your teeth and your health. Am so satisfied I’ve waiting that long and ended up with this surgery

Positive experience: We visited this dental surgery last week for our two daughters and we are very happy with the service of the surgery. We would like to mention specially about Dr Harmandeep who dealt with our both daughters nicely and with caring manner. She did filling for our younger daughter ( 3.5 years old ) very nicely and our little daughter was comfortable during procedure and was happy after the procedure. Also the sisters / Nurses were very cooperative.

Negative experience: Hostile unprofessional outfit. I am shocked by the number of positive reviews here as my own experience with this practice has been extremrly dissapointing. On my most recent visit, the male receptionist, an older gentleman with poor English, was unwelcoming, combative and unnecessarily rude. I arrived 15 minutes late for an emergency appointment due to traffic and was refused the option of arranging another appointment, being told I had been struck off and that "nothing could be done". When calling my wife to try and arrange a private appointment with a different practice, he sinisterly listened in on my conversation, shouting and interjecting like a naughty child that I had "put words in his mouth", that he "didn't say that" and that he had "multiple witnesses". His female colleauge is no better; flippant and dismissive for no apparent cause at every stage of the booking process. You are made to feel as if you are wasting her time, and she appeared to relish leaving me on hold for a very long period of time in order to "check the system". It is clear that the front-line staff have little to no understanding of the practice's own policies, which makes the whole operation feel disorganised, chaotic and amateurish. Unfortunately, the issues do not stop at the front desk. The dental work itself was not done to a high standard, and I eventually had to seek a corrective procedure at another practice. Even the car park is not fit for purpose, with the number of cars parked greatly exceeding the number of patients actually waiting or being seen, no rules being enforced, and cars hapahazardly blocking each other. If arriving by car, allow yourself 10-15 minutes or so find alternative parking that won't result in a ticket. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic at all - there is a serious lack of professionalism, both in the way the place is run and in the quality of care provided.

Fantastic experience: The way the practice manager Miss. Sherice handled my entire case was remarkable! My concerns were getting from bad to worse while I was in the waiting area, drafting a follow up email. Very quickly I’ve decided it’s best to speak to someone there. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, they’ve said that I can speak to Miss Sherice (the practice manager), she was right there! She walked with me to a private space and after we sat down, she didn’t JUST hear my concerns, she really listened and advised me accordingly, all while professionally explaining the entire process and how they’re going to do everything they can to solve the case. What was even more impressive was the follow up and the genuine care even days after … a huge thank you people like you genuinely make a difference.

Negative experience: unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the receptionist.Customer service left much to be desired. The receptionist, an older gentleman, was not only unwelcoming but also quite rude. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with an accusing tone, as though I had done something wrong by simply being there and asked them to put the stamp on the prescription which they haven't done the day before by mistake . He approached my an impatient manner and seemed bothered by my request . His responses were not appropriate and he made me feel as though I was an inconvenience, rather than a patient seeking help over their mistake. It was extremely uncomfortable, and his attitude really tarnished my impression of the clinic. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand the importance of professionalism and courtesy, and I was shocked by the lack of both from this individual.

Negative experience: One of the worst dentists I've ever been to, I'm late in writing this has been about a year or two since my last visit, my dentist was 1hr late on my first two visits, I was then 1 minute late on my 3rd because of a line of other patients friends and family had stood in singular line from the front door down the ramp making it look like a queue. Because of this my dentist told me he could not treat me because I was late and I had to rebook for another appointment to have my tooth extracted. A week later I came in for my tooth removal and in the middle of my extraction I started choking on my own blood because the dental nurse decided to stop using her little vacuum suction to get her drink out of the fridge behind her. They then led me on for 2 weeks changing my appointment on me then cancelling me as an NHS patient.

Negative experience: It wont let me add anymore in my previous review but reading through all the reviews to see if others have shared my bad experience i came across a review where you attacked another man that spoke against the practice. You have literally gone against patient confidentiality and exposed his dental care publicly. In a sickening spiteful response because he "publicly" wrote a review. Which he has every right to do so. You however do not have the right to expose this mans personal care publicly just because of his review. This is disgusting and if he hasnt reported this i might just do so on his behalf as a concerned member of the public who has also registered with yourselves. Sureley that needs investigating. This just shows the extent you are willing to go to in an attempt to intimidate or embarrass someone that speaks on how they have been made to feel by yourselves. Unproffessional and quite frankly. Unhinged. What else are you willing to do? PEOPLE yoi need to pay attention to the responses from the owner. This is not banter this is a dangerous person. Dangerous with his words. Dangerous that he has your information and will expose that at his will. Negative experience: Further to my previous review: "Had an appointment for my children. Unfortunately, I had to go to the hospital during the night due to one child's asthma. Just returned home and saw a text saying my children have been removed. The dentists should be ashamed of themselves. Sick, money hungry, and inconsiderate. Why not stay in a non NHS country if you do not want to offer reasonable services to British patients without treating us like scum?" To which you replied, accusing me not only of having a false name and lying about "finding me out," but also making a sick allegation of racism, without realising I share the same skin colour as many dentists in this country.To add to your ignorance, even a country as multicultural as America doesn’t have the NHS. Dentists come in all races Black, White, and Asian. So I am very curious as to who you are accusing me of committing a hate crime against with my comment.In this country, we are all blessed to have experienced doctors and dentists from all over the world working for our NHS. For me, this is an added bonus as a member of the B.A.M.E. community. I didn't get a chance to see a dentist to know what race she is to comment. What I did say, I stand by: our NHS doctors are amazing! I couldn't imagine this country without them. These dentists, however, are a disgrace. And of course, this doesn’t apply to all. My last dentist was the most beautiful soul, who gave my children the most stress-free experience possible. She exceeded her duties. She did something for my daughter that NHS policy meant she didn’t have to do, but from her own good heart, she did something I will always appreciate.Never in a million years would I expect a "professional" setting like a dental practice to react spitefully to honest reviews by making such disgusting claims. For me, this is hurtful and an insult to those of us who have experienced real racism in this country for most of our lives.Well done for making yourselves look petty and unprofessional.
