Fantastic experience: Reedhee Ratadia from Firsdental Practice in Birstall Leicester is a superb dental professional. Yet again first class quality, effective treatment and advice. In addition, excellent specialist oversight in key oral health areas.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely dentist. Took time to discuss all of the options available to me, related to my enquiries. Dealt with my current issue of broken tooth. Very pleasant reception staff. All of the staff are very pleasant, professional and competent within their respective roles.

Fantastic experience: Hi I was very scared of going to the dentist due to a bad experience in the past I had an appointment with Reedhee Ratadia who was very kind and understanding I had to have a tooth removed On the day I was really scared Reedhee made me feel calm she took the tooth out first time without any problems at my pace no rushing Later I asked about implants She explained that due to my medical issues it was best to be referred to the hospital Which she did The implants was expensive which I was happy to pay But she was honest with me Explaining that the implants might not work and I could be wasting my money I really appreciate the kindness and honesty From Reedhee Many thanks Anita Bromwich

Fantastic experience: I am extremely nervous when going to the dentist due to having had bad experiences. I am seeing Jaspreet Lall an d I cannot praise her enough. She makes me feel at ease and makes me feel she really understands my needs. She has a lovely smile and is very caring explaining thoroughly what Itreatment I need to have done. I recently had some teeth extracted and was pain free. I am definitely not so anxious now and a very big thank you to her.

Fantastic experience: Recently took my dad to see Dr Lall, a new dentist to us. She took great care of dad, who is in a wheelchair and has dementia. She took time to understand his needs and was also very mindful of my challenges as his carer. Felt very looked after!

Fantastic experience: My dentist Siena F. and her assistant are a great team they show great empathy, understanding and efficiency. My dentist explains everything in detail is very understand of my previous fear of dentists she has restored that and it is no longer a problem. She's kind, caring and plays some top tunes Radio one extra when I come to visit which is cool and it puts me at ease how real she is. Very grateful she is my dentist. The receptionists are happy and joyful when they great you greet customer service.

For the first time, I had completely pain-free anaesthesia, and Dr. Gupta explained every step of the treatment, making the whole process much easier. Fantastic experience: Nice receptionists, very nice dentist (I only know mine, Reedhee Ratadia, but she's great). They got me in at short notice (I suddenly had toothache which required a tooth taking out). My appointment was for 9am and I was called at 9am so there was no waiting around.

Positive experience: I visited the firs last month for a hygiene clean and everyone came across friendly and nice. When I got home to check my teeth I realised they may not have been fully cleaned so I contacted the firs via email. The receptionist said she would chase this up and get back to me but she never did so I chased this via email. The receptionist replied saying I would have a review but then didn't get back to me regarding my queries. When I received confirmation of the appointment nearly a week later I then phoned in and spoke to another receptionist who said she would chase up my queries but once again I didn't hear back from them so I emailed in once again and this time I was called and my queries were answered, maybe only because I may have had to cancel the appointment. This was such a frustrating experience. Whilst I appreciate being seen for another appointment, I should not have had to keep chasing for an answer to my queries. This was not a great customer experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment using The Firs Dental and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the receptionist was, as I sat there waiting for my appointment I noticed when the regular patients arrived they would greet them with a smile and remembered their name and before they got to the desk they would smile and direct them to their dentist. Then it was my turn and a lovely young nurse named Ellie came to take me to the dental room where I met my dentist named Siena who was fantastic. She was patient and friendly and did a thorough checkup including X-rays plus a scrape. Along with her nurse Ellie they put me at ease with their friendly banter and relaxed but very professional attitude.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the actual dentist herself were super friendly and efficient. The dentist clearly explained my treatment and options and was able to complete my additional treatment options there and then. Plus I was also advised about teeth whitening options which was very interesting. Overall a fab visit and I always find the dentist very friendly and approachable.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentist practices and this is by far the best, lovely reception team who can't do enough to help you, absolutely fab dentist and dental nurse. I am a very nervous patient but they always put me at ease. 10/10 , I know how lucky I am to have such a great NHS dentist!! Updated review: if I could give more than 5 stars to Reedhee Ratadia I would, she is exceptional in her caring attitude and her ability to make me relax, I have found trust in her. She even asks about my kids by name when I arrive which is very sweet.

The cream there from the reception team to the Denist have been first class the reassurance given helped me get the teeth that I always wanted . Would recommend again and again .

The reception team were fantastic, alleviated my worries and booked me in straight away. I saw Dr Essa and Farida who were both so friendly and accommodating. Dr Essa answered any questions I had and the experience was brilliant. Thank you Firs Dental for the brilliant care, I would definitely recommend the practise :)
