Fantastic experience: My experience has been positive. I'm conscious of my teeth due to tooth loss and not being supported about educated as a child about the importance of good dental care. However I'm not rich but my experience with the hygienist who your paying for time with was gold standard! She cleans them absolutely fantastic and talks through the clean whilst giving tips... recommend the hygienist to anyone over the NHS clean if you have the finances! My dentist himself showed empathy and listened and was so informative. He was so good and feel blessed. Next stop is the implant part...can't give recommendations yet but will update. Overhaul so far 10 out of 10.

I was seen by the dentist who did a very professional work helped by his dental assistant. They both showed professionalism and care, which are essential. The dental surgeon was very good he explained everything well and sorted my problem out,explained what to do for after care and told me to phone back in a couple of days if I still had problems. Negative experience: Absolute money grabbers! Had an NHS appointment. Was told I need a scale and polish but would have to book hygienist private in which they took a 20odd pound deposit and another 54 to pay on the day. Before my appointment I did mention that I should have had a scale and polish under the band on my last NHS appointment which I didn’t realise at the time. They insisted it’s not included. I know this not to be the case as I have rang two other dentists and this should have been included? So I had my hygienist appointment which lasted 16 minutes, she scaled my front teeth too and bottom and then tried to tell me I would need a second and third appointment to do the rest? I’m thinking I’ve paid getting on for 80quid for ten mins work as the other 6mins was talking. Based on that these people are raking in over 300 an hour and they won’t spend another 5mins of their time to do the back teeth? I went to Severn dental in hyson green before and they had very bad reviews, but I found those better and more honest than these bunch of crooks. At Severn dental I got a scale and polish included and they went deeper than this woman and did the back and this hygienist was telling me I would have only had a light scale and polish from them which was far from the mark. Which really should have been under my NHS band appointment in the first place? Reception very hard faced and dismissive of my concerns, all seem to be in on the money spin? All in all I could not recommend this place anymore which is unfortunate as I’ve been around 5years ago and it was really good. It’s all changed hands since then and now the cowboys are in town I would avoid if you can. And insist that a lot of treatment should be offered under the banding and not be extra private treatment. Don’t let them fleece you like they have done me. I feel utterly ripped off!

Fantastic experience: My original appointment got cancelled due to illness but they managed to get me in the same day with another dentist. He was absolutely brilliant, really friendly and very informative. I was seen shortly after arriving and as usual the service was great.

Negative experience: Went to see hygienist and only did part of the work saying didn't have time to do all of it as i was late which i wasn't. I had to queue at reception before my appointment which delayed me in seeing the hygienist. Then told I've got to pay again to finish my treatment which I refused as was already expensive. This should have been explained beforehand as I wouldn't have made the appointment knowing that. This dentist has definitely gone down hill and I will be looking to move to another one. Wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone. I complained to the dental association and then the dentist rung me and arranged for me to have a second visit free of charge which just proves I was right in the first place and they were wrong to try and charge me twice. The service didn't feel friendly and seems to be rushed in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfying with my dentist Dr. Ali Hussain whom did very high quality of my teeth filling which took nearly an hour without asking extra charge/appointment. He always take extra care of patients and their teeth healthy first, never rushing to go next one. I have no doubt to recommend Dr. Hussain to be one of the best dentist and thanks for his patience and high skill.
