Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave online reviews of services I use but I have to say that today I had an exceptionally positive experience at Together Dental. I went for a hygienist appointment and was met with a great, professional service. Will definitely be going back.

Negative experience: First appointment with them for 9am, I arrived for about 8:50am and ended up waiting till 9:10am. The dentist arrived late also, I saw him arrive at 9:05 and even then there didn’t appear to be any rush on his end considering he was running late for an appointment, even making chit chat with the receptionist. I don’t like my time being wasted like that and zero consideration whatsoever. I had to be in the office and needed this appointment to be on time. I left without having it and won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Together Dentist in Whitechapel last weekend and had an exceptional experience. I was attended to by a compassionate and highly professional Egyptian female hygienist who is actually a fully qualified dentist in Egypt. This means you’re getting someone with a very high level of qualification and expertise to clean your teeth. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease. This was my second visit, and I was truly impressed by her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care. As someone who has a fear of the hygienist and dentist, I can honestly say she embraced me with kindness and understanding, demonstrating not only excellent clinical skills but also a heartfelt approach rooted in compassion. Her professionalism, combined with her sincere demeanour was second to none! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, qualified, and skilled hygienist. Negative experience: Went for a consultation as I needed a new dentist. Was told I needed 4 fillings and wrote up a dental plan at a cost of >£1,000. Went somewhere else for a second opinion - only one filling needed, for £200.

Fantastic experience: My mum had an appointment and after today's treatment was very satisfied. The dentist with support of the dental nurse did two small fillings, filled and aligned front teeth that were chipped. Dentist was very friendly and always has been, her humour and reassurance during anastasia helped calm my mum and me just watching it! Thank you and keep up your professionalism.

Negative experience: After having two emergency appointments cancelled, I managed to get another appointment booked. However, it wasn't the best experience, I was seen twenty minutes late for a quick check up. The dentist that saw me was quite rude in her manners despite her being late, she moaned at me about the care of my teeth, gave an X ray and booked another appointment two weeks later. It was a rushed appointment that left me baffled by the experience. I still have an ongoing toothache so I most probably will need to seek dental help if the condition gets worse and the pain relief doesn't work. I've been at this place for a while now but my previous dentist has retired. Service was better before. My dentist used to do a thorough dental care whether I paid or not. On a positive note, I felt the reception staff were helpful and polite.

Fantastic experience: I had my first hygiene appointment at Together Dentist in Whitechapel, and it was a really positive experience. I’ve never been a big fan of dental visits, but Ghada El-Zayat, the hygienist, and her assistant were wonderful. They were calm, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Both spoke so kindly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. They did an excellent job and reassured me about a few concerns I had. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism, and I would happily recommend them to friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars I had an incredible experience with Virginia for my Botox treatment—she is truly a master of her craft. I came in hoping for a subtle, refreshed look, especially around my jaws and face, and she absolutely delivered. The results are natural, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for—no frozen look, just a more relaxed and youthful version of myself. Virginia is not only skilled but also warm, professional, and attentive to detail. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality Botox with beautiful, natural results!

Negative experience: I was on hold for over 2 hours and 30 minute's and never received any response. When I started the call apparently there were only 3 people ahead of me. In truth there is no agent on the other side of the phone and the only way your position goes up is by the people ahead of you hanging up. I was at caller number 1 for over an hour and never received any response. Genuinely infuriating that they have a system set up just to waste time.

Fantastic experience: I took my kids for a dental checkup by dentist Imran Khan. He did an excellent job - very patient, thorough and informative. This was my youngest child's first dental appointment and she thoroughly enjoyed her experience. I really appreciate his service. Thank you!

Positive experience: It's nice place and friendly ppl at the front desk but they did not do a good clean on my teeth it was very quick and quite rashly rashly I was not very happy with that hygiene cleaning she was ok but not as i was expected because I also got hut 3 time while she was cleaning when I ask for bit more mouthwash she side go to the toilet there are some but there wasn't any.not as professionals and careful as I thought it would be . And did not clean very well too.

Negative experience: Male receptionist was unprofessional, he was on his phone texting, whilst I was waiting to talk to him. I just left after that experience.

Fantastic experience: Ghada and her Dental Assistant were incredibly warm and friendly. I have a on/off relationship with going to the dentist and funnily enough these was most pleasant comfortable experiences. Thank you for creating a relaxing environment. Fantastic experience: Dr Valera is excellent! Good communication that puts you at ease throughout the process. I hadn't been to the dentist to in over a decade, which made returning a daunting prospect. Dr Valera and the whole team at Together Dental were very welcoming, kind and caring. All treatment was quick and painless, with minimal discomfort even, and the results are perfect. I have had no issues in the days/weeks since, and Dr Valera offered great advice about aftercare and general tooth/gum health.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a wonderful hygiene and air polish appointment with Dr Ghada and a lovely dental nurse. I want to share my positive experience with others and encourage all to visit Together Dental Whitechapel. Dr Ghada did an exceptionally thorough clean! I appreciate that she really took her time and gave each individual tooth lots of care and attention, whilst being gentle as the same time. Other practices have often rushed. My teeth and gums feel incredible! Dr Ghada also understood I was nervous, an therefore took extra care to explain everything before starting, let me take breaks and checked that I was doing OK every so often. She even made the extra effort to wipe the sides of my mouth throughout to keep me as clean and tidy as possible. Her kindness and patience has encouraged me not to be so fearful of the dentist and will visit again soon. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I was putting off going to the dentist for the past 4yrs. My experiences at previous dentists have been extremely painful and rushed, which always made me feel anxious. What an experience I had with Dr Ghada, a highly accomplished dentist, who is the most professional, dedicated, welcoming and warm dentist I have ever met. The entire team are exceptional at what they do, including highly skilled dental nurse Shelina who reassured me throughout and treats every patient as a priority and is dedicated to her job. The hospitality was beyond words and Imran's team (manager) went the extra mile to ensure I felt like I was in safe hands and I am forever grateful. I have severe gum disease and needed a deep clean. Dr Ghada thoroughly numbed me and did the periodontal scaling and root planing with minimal pain. The results were phenomenal with no tartar in sight and I felt immediate relief! Fantastic experience: My 6 year old daughter was treated by Dr. Madelina who showed much kindness and patience, explaining things to my daughter in such a way that she relaxed and felt much at ease to comply with the treatment. For my own appointment, I saw the dental hygienist, Dr. Ghada, for cleaning. She alongwith the dental nurse Dr. Shelina were very professional, being gentle but at the same time thorough. I have been to several cleanings previously that felt like they were a little rushed. Dr. Ghada took her time and even gave me advice on how to take care of them. The front desk team was friendly, kind, professional, and minimized the waiting time for each appointment. The practice manager Imran took the time to greet us personally and checked in after our appointments to see how things went. Hence, I would recommend visiting the clinic.

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist at all cost. Staff member was extremely rude to my dad. Specifically talking about an old white woman with white hair. I don't know her name but she needs to be fired. No professionalism whatsoever. The dentist calls up my dad and asks him to come in for a check up, he then went in and they ask him to pay up for the check up. There was no transparency in the beginning. Dentists like this need a structural change from the roots. Avoid at all costs. There's better dentists out there.

Fantastic experience: I had two treatments with Dr Varma and starting my Invisalign in 2/3 weeks. All the consultations went very well. It was helpful, informative. I was given guidance on oral health and how to best maintain my teeth and gums. All the appointments were very easily scheduled, smooth service. I love all their staffs in reception super helpful and always attentive. I always get followed up for my appointments and given reminders. I would say this practice has excellent, communication, treatment and services! I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone!

Fantastic experience: My mum had an appointment with the dentist Madalina Julin today for tooth extraction. She treated my mum with genuine care and attention with every step, she explained everything in detail throughout the procedure and made her feel comfortable and at ease. She was warm and gentle with her and tended to her accordingly, constantly giving her reassurance. Overall excellent service and definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Kept me waiting for an hours the dentist take make me sit on the chair says it’s okay not even seeing me for one minute. One of worst dentist in this area keep way at all cost it’s not value for money and need to be report to NHS for not providing proper care of treatment.

They have advised also as to how I could save money as I was not on any benefits I could take the advantage of. The Dentist/Hygenist were very gentle, polite, patient and reassusring. Negative experience: My initial appointment was pleasant enough, but I am so glad I decided to seek a second opinion. After my check up, I received an estimate via email totalling £1,600, including a deep clean (£300) mouth guard (£250~) a filling replacement, and several new (white) fillings. I hadn't been experiencing any problems with my teeth (just some tightness in my jaw and a little sensitivity, which I have always had). I decided to get a second opinion at a different practice. They took X-rays and did a very thorough exam. I was then told that I needed a mouth guard, and to switch from floss to interdental brushes - nothing more. I asked the dentist several times if she was sure I didn't need extensive work, and I showed her the email estimate I'd received from Together Dental. She was completely horrified, as am I. This practice is no more than an exercise in extortion, and the resident dentist should be ashamed.

Fantastic experience: I had hygiene appointment today. The hygienest Gita is excellent. I would definitely recommend her. She is very kind, gentle and professional. I came home with free interdental brushes a combination of what my teeth needed. She also wanted to see how I brush my teeth and had a sample toothbrush. Best dental experience!

Negative experience: Subpar service for NHS patients, the dentist I saw had the audacity to suggest she could do a better job if I chose private treatment at the same clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad tooth when I went to see the hygenist, Madalina Julin. She treated my bad tooth as well as cleaned my teeth. I appreciate her consideration and patience, and admire her professional skills and advice.

Negative experience: I had appointment for my 8years kid at 4.30 pm .Time is now 5pm. Still waiting.

Negative experience: Such a let down with appointments. Booked a critical appointment in 5 months only to be told half way through that it had to be cancelled due to no NHS Dentist available. Was told I have to call back after 3 months! Infuriating to say the least!

Negative experience: Do not Book if you are an NHS patient, they will cancel your appointment nearer to the time. They only prioritise private patients and don't care if you have been waiting 6 months for your appointment. Apparently they only have one NHS dentist working one day a week and have been waiting for other dentist for several months. No care if patient require check up or are in pain.

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed by the treatment I've received at Together Dental. Dr Varma replaced my crown and I'm delighted with it. Dr. Varma is calm, thorough and professional. He saw a possible problem on my tongue and referred me to the hospital to have it checked out. I feel very fortunate to have found an outstanding dentist.

Negative experience: In so much pain from the last time they treated me on one of the tooth, now can't seem to be seen. Had 3rd appointment cancelled in a row, just called them and they say to call back after three months.

Negative experience: Very bed experience. If you want to waist your time this the place, they're care less.

Positive experience: My cavity filling came off and it would start hurting whenever I ate something. I tried for couple of weeks and My regular dental practice couldn’t give me any emergency appointments as they are always fully booked. So I had to go to a private practice where I could get some treatment to reduce my tooth ache. Together dental practice was recommended by my husband and he mentioned that there service is really good. So I booked appointment with together dental and there service was so good that all of my dental issues have been treated by them.

Negative experience: I had a root canal done here and it got infected, and it has literally cost me thousands to get rectified. The infection was so bad I had to have any remanence of the remaining tooth removed from my jaw and am starting the long (and costly) process of getting an implant put in. Really disappointed and upset about the whole experience.

Negative experience: I scrolled down the reviews and noticed they are selective in their response. THEY ONLY RESPOND TO PEOPLE WHO GIVE THEM 5 STARS!! It used to be a very good dentist with good service but it recently changed and became unreliable. They cancel appointment in the last minute or when you arrived. It's hard to get them on the phone!
