Daniel made a life-changing difference and provided dentures that she doesn't know she's wearing. Cannot recommend Marston Dental Practice highly enough, absolutely delighted by the end result and so thankful for the professionalism and expertise that Daniel showed throughout. A huge thank you from Pat Simmonds, who at 89 perhaps thought that the days of enjoying all the foods she loves were behind her. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Dr Roheet Pindoria is a terrible dentist not sure why he thinks he's suitable for private practice. So many holes in his knowledge and technique so much that you need to spend £1000 correcting his awful work. Avoid this place.

Mrs Sahota was very friendly, provided a thorough inspection highlighting the potential need for some work but in no way pressured in to booking further treatment on the spot. Yasmin Sahota immediately put me at ease, she is polite, caring and professional. She explained everything fully, checking if I had any questions at the end. We discussed work needed and she happily went through all of the price points. When asked she talked through pros and cons of them. Thrilled to have found such a wonderful team

Negative experience: We have been attending this dental practice for approximately 18 months. I have had two dental checks at twelve months apart and was told both times that my teeth were clean and fillings were secure. Three months after the last check up I started having toothache and went to see the dentist. After examining the area of concern I was told the filling could be cracked and that there was excessive wear of the enamel which was caused by many years of over brushing! I felt let down by this dentist because on both routine check ups I was told my teeth and fillings were in good condition only to be told 3 months later there was excessive enamel wear due to many years of over brushing. Surely this should have been brought to my attention following the routine check ups.

Negative experience: Visited this dentist for the first time recently and I have just received a parking fine through the post. Their website states free onsite parking but do not be fooled. There is an iPad to register when you go in but they will NOT make you aware until you already receive a fine. Very rude on the phone when you try to call up with the issue. As a first time customer, they should make you aware of the parking measures in place when you arrive, as the website is not clear. I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the staff with my issue, she basically wiped her hands with me and told me it was not their problem. I am now going to have to fork out to pay the fine.

The practice is spotless, modern, and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Special thanks to our Dentist Yasmin, who was fantastic, and to the nurse and receptionist (unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names). They were all brilliant at their jobs and had a great sense of humour, which really helped ease my anxiety. We never felt rushed at any point, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients' comfort and well-being. Thank you so much to the whole team – we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Positive experience: Excellent service from the first phonecall to paying for the treatment. Each part of both procedure & price was clearly explained and staff were reassuring and professional. My NHS dentist had no availability for an urgent issue, which was to be expected but the receptionist was cold and uncaring, offering no advice or support so sadly, you pay for what you get. If you are looking for a dentist, albeit private, I recommend Marston Dental.

Fantastic experience: Having recently used the practice as recent as this morning. It was a fabulous service having had a dental emergency. I was seen earlier than anticipated. Tulsi was calming and empathetic to my dental issue and provided me was a fantastic explanation. Talking me through the procedure and next steps. Having not been to the Dentist for a number of years, I am happy and so relieved for the quick service and fantastic care received. Already feeling a lot better and looking forward to coming back.
