Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I've been to. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the whole treatment process is collaborative leaving the patient feeling totally in control. I was given all the necessary information and advice but the final decision about treatment was left to me. I am extremely nervous about any kind of dental treatment but I would recommend this practice without reservation.

Within a 45-minute appointment, the team successfully extracted two decayed teeth — absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist in 14 yrs I had a broken tooth i had left it so long as I was nervous about going to the dentist. the tooth had got infected and rotted away I was in so much pain i felt i needed to get it taken out,i am a very nervous patient I was so nervous about going to the dentist however i knew the only way this pain would go away was to have it taken out, So I booked an emergency appointment online with sarah when I got to the dentist everyone made me feel at ease everyone was so kind and helpful from start to end, dr sarah nackasha was amazing very professional she extracted my tooth in the same day now I am pain free i highly recommend the dental centre bedford 100%. Negative experience: Got a parking ticket which I received 2 weeks after parking to go to dentist… no one ever asked where I have parked my car or how I got there, no signs where to park for the dentist. Only find out I shouldn’t park where I did after my appointment which isn’t very helpful as I have to pay 100£ for car park?!?

Fantastic experience: Wow what a first class experience. So happy to change from my dental practice of some 30+ years. The Reception Team were welcoming as you checked in. Rishil, my chosen dentist was very professional and friendly at my first consultation. He took X-rays of my teeth as well as guiding me through a treatment plan explaining where we needed to ‘look after’ the most. Sara, the hygienist - Wow, what a talented lovely lady. I’ve never been guided through my oral care like this before! She took the time to explain every step and made sure I was always comfortable before proceeding to the next one. I walked out feeling, as well as smiling from ear to ear with a new set of shiny teeth. So pleased I’ve changed practices and therefore I highly recommend them to anyone needing a change.

I'm really impressed how much they listen and triying to help, I feel really bag that I can't remember my dentist name, but thank you for all you did for me today, from listen, to the advice. Positive experience: Excellent dental practice with friendly & professional staff

Negative experience: I visited the practice as a new patient with toothache, treatment options were not advised instead referred to two other dentists at the practice each referral incurring cost and importantly prolonging pain. On investigation I learned that the two other dentists specialised in root canal and composite bonding, even though it was clear that the aching tooth could not be repaired, it needed to be extracted. This practice is focussed on maximising revenue and not patient welfare

Fantastic experience: Dr Samantha Pugh is the kindest, most skilled, best dentist ever which is why I drive the nearly 2hr round trip to the see her. I also rate Sara the lovely Hygienist very highly, but since she told me it's her fault Sam works at that practice I'm afraid her rating has to drop from 4 to 1. Or maybe 2, on account of her Dentist Barbie.

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent root canal surgery. A particularly daunting thought for anyone. I was not looking forward to this occasion, however, I must say, it was incredibly professional! Dr Masih whom undertook the surgery was highly proficient with his education on the procedure and also the actual procedure. His assistant Mariana was also very helpful. Fantastic experience: **Highly Recommend** I needed an emergency Dentist appointment (typically on a Saturday) and no where was open. Rang 111 and they gave me the number for The Dental Centre Bedford in Great Denham. I gave them a call and the friendly receptionist was so helpful. They were fully booked but could see me on the Monday. I haven't seen a dentist in quite a few years so accepted the appointment as my problem had been going on a while, a couple more days I could live with. About 2 hours later, the receptionist called me to say someone had cancelled and would I like to come in! I couldn't be more thrilled with the service. The dentist I saw was amazing. I've had bad experiences in the past (hence not going for so long) and was really nervous about going but she really did put me at ease and explained everything to me in such a comforting way. I have more teeth that need some work doing and it was suggested I have a full check up to check everything and then a treatment plan can be put together for me. I honestly can't praise them enough how brilliant they are there. Thank you The Dental Centre Bedford, I have booked in to have a new patient exam and can't wait to get myself sorted

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth and I’m very pleased with the results. The whole process from start to finish, although quite lengthy, was extremely smooth and I was kept informed of my treatment plan and told what payments would be due and when. During my treatment, my teeth were not tracking as planned and this was picked up on and my treatment plan was altered. I followed all the advice I was given by my dentist and my results are fantastic. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who is unhappy with their smile as it really does make a huge difference to confidence levels. Thank you

He explains the procedure carefully and always makes sure that you are aware of the next stage in the process. His treatment room is like an operating theatre, and it's reassuring that he takes hygiene so seriously. I am very pleased with the implant and I have no hesitation in recommending Mario's excellent dentistry work.

Fantastic experience: WARNING NEW CLIENTS; Despite the Hygienist Danni and Dentist Rebecca both being fantastic, I need to make people aware that the parking for the Dental Surgery is quite small and directly opposite the entrance to the centre. DO NOT PARK IN THE MEDICAL CENTRE CAR PARK, THE DENTIST IS NOT A PART OF THIS AND YOU WILL BE FINED. (I had 2 before I realised.) I'm new to Bedford and needed a hygienist, the lady who looked after me (I didn't get her name) was amazing, very gentle, clearly explained what she was doing and (despite having senstitive teeth) this was the most comfortable hygenist appointment I've ever had, and I've had them every 6 months for approx 10 years.

I have just had work completed by Dr Rishil Patel and Christina and I am so pleased with the results. I was kept informed during the treatment so knew what was happening at every stage . I found this really helpful when a lot seemed to be going on at certain times during the process I have also had a hygienist clean with the new system available here and have to recommend it Sara and Ethar put me at ease and gave me plenty of tips for maintaining my smile in between visits. Their new GBT system is amazing at cleaning your teeth without any discomfort, there’s a bit of spray but the results are fantastic - a spa treatment for your mouth. Smiles all round. Thanks go to the wonderful team.

This resulted me to not smile in photos and being very conscious of my smile it general. Dr Vasilis Trikaliotis managed to repair this and did an excellent job! My smile looks a million times better! Christina who I also see with Dr Rishil is great, and my two year old now sees them both and they’re fantastic with children. Fantastic experience: As always a fantastic reception and greeting from Vicky, Our Dentist Rebecca is an outstanding dentist who reassured my very nervous son and made sure that he was comfortable and calm when having his treatment.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't seen a dentist since before covid was a thing, and felt it was time for a check up as my gums were regularly bleeding. I also had an old repair that needed seeing to as it has developed a rough edge. I decided to go for The Dental Centre as it is reasonably convenient between work and home. And had a cycle rack outside. Came in and saw Dr Vas. He did some X-rays and had a general poke about, explaining everything as he went along and what the problem was that was causing the bleeding. He recommended seeing an hygienist before doing the repair. So a week or so later, I came in to see Sara. I'm not going to lie, but it was fairly uncomfortable at times, but she used most of the weapons in her arsenal to remove years of scale build up and general "stuff". When I got home, my wife reckoned I had teeth like that Rylan bloke on TV. The next morning was the first in months that there was no blood when brushing and none since. Another week, and back with Dr Vas for the fix. Again, made me feel comfortable from the off. Came out with my new white repair on a front tooth where there is no visible join. Taking photos before and after for comparison. He did such a good job, I hope to have made it onto his "Hall of Fame". So onto today, about a month on and I'm back in with Sara for the follow up. And again she's using all types of what felt like industrial hardware to continue the scale removal, but with the added delight of some little brush things that go between the teeth. I'm not making it up when I say, 6 weeks ago, there were no gaps between my teeth. I've got to say, not only have I been really impressed with both Vas' and Sara's dental skills, but also the two assistants (who's names aren't on the website BTW so I can't give a name check) who were also excellent sticking those sucky tubes in my mouth too. No dribble, and wiping my chin for me like I was a baby! Also, a shout out for the reception staff. All very welcoming, and will call if a cancellation crops up. They are real humans, unlike some medical receptionists who can be a bit...well, you know. The whole place is spotless and has a very modern feel. 110% recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I received an advertisement from the practice throgh email with regards to invisilighn, and decide to have the treatment with Dr Sarah Nakasha as I already was her patient besides was pleased with my previous treatments and knew I'm going to recieve the best. I have had invisilighn several years ago with a different clinic and was not pleased with the results and was still longing for that dream smile. Just after my first retainers I noticed a huge difference in alignment and knew the results can only get better. I had the treatment at the start of March 2023 and completed my whitening and treatment in October. I still have to wear the retainers for several months to optimise the results. I am so pleased with my results it is a thousand times better than I have expected it to be and my colleges have complimented my smile. Overall the treatment I had with Dr Sarah was outstanding, she explained everything to me and gave me the results Iwas looking for. Dr Sarah and her team of staff was pleasant and I would offcourse recommend them

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with teeth sensitivity my whole life and have been advised and tried every product available from sensitive toothpastes to special mouthwashes to prescription medication without any success. Finally, I was referred to the brilliant periodontal specialist Dr Mario. Using his vast knowledge and experience he was quickly able to identify the root cause of the issue and put together a treatment plan to surgically restore my receded gumline. The surgery itself was painless. Once the anaesthesia was applied I could feel hardly anything and sat idly while Dr Mario surgically treated me. During my recovery Dr Mario was always available by phone or email to answer any concerns I had and always reassured me during the follow ups that everything was healing properly and to keep going with the recovery steps. I can now safely say having completed Gum Graft Surgery it was the best decision I’ve made. Recently I was completely blown away during a routine dental teeth polishing that Dr Mario was able to spray my teeth with cold water and I felt no pain or sensitivity. Previously I would have been jumping out of the seat in agony! On a more personal note Dr Mario is very thoughtful and kind professional who you can quickly see takes great pride in his work and quickly made me feel at ease. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I now look forward to being able to enjoy a cold beer or ice cream without having to let it warm to room temperature first!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rishil Patel has transformed the appearance of my teeth by replacing old amalgam fillings with white fillings. He also replaced my old cracked, deteriorating crowns with new ones that fitted perfectly. He took care to make sure the treatment was painless and I was absolutely delighted with the result. Dr. Joseph Masih provided painless endodontic treatment to repair my deteriorating ancient root canals. I would highly recommend these skilled practitioners to anyone who cares about their teeth.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal treatment which I was very happy with. Today I had my tooth prepared and a crown fitted all on the same day which was perfect. I was very well looked after with cups of tea while I waited for my crown to be made. The staff are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental centre. The reception staff are warm and friendly and Dr Hussain is absolutely brilliant with children. He communicates with them perfectly, puts them at ease at every step and is professional at all times. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd time reviewing The Dental Centre Bedford as I wanted to send a huge thanks to Hygienist Sara Andrews & Nurse Christina for taking the time over a couple of appointments to show me the correct cleaning techniques using an electric toothbrush and those interdental brushes so that my gum health has not only improved significantly but I finally feel like I’m in control as I have a cleaning routine that actually works. 1st Review 2022 Thanks to everybody at The Dental Centre for making my 3 kids feel so welcome today and for taking the time to explain how to look after their teeth. It was a great experience for them. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Simply can’t put into words how much I appreciate the team here at The Dental Centre Bedford. I have recommended this place to countless of members of family and friends simply due to days like this. I have recently had 2 wisdom teeth removed through Bedford Hospital and have been agonising pain since removal four days ago. Samantha who I can’t seem to say enough good words about was quick to see me on the same day and stayed later than expected for me. She has always been so reassuring, considerate and compassionate about her work and her patients. Even though Bedford hospital were not cooperative, I’m grateful to have a team that I can rely on. Fantastic experience: Dr. Samantha Pugh and nurse Becca have provided for me two gold crowns on two lower left molars and two implants with ceramic crowns on two upper right molars. Their work and care has been exemplary and I am totally satisfied with the results. The dental facilities are modern and up to date. All the staff are very professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier having registered here! I had one negative experience in my life with a previous dentist in london and avoided dentists for years in fear. But honestly, I'm so happy that I registered here. The service is outstanding and I feel that everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and dentists really care about me. A massive thank you to Marian the receptionist who spoke with Dr. Patel and tried to fit me in last minute when I was having the worst tooth pain of my life! It meant so much that you went the extra mile and truly sympathised with me. Dr. Patel and Christina were wonderful, very gentle and careful. I can't sing enough praises!

Fantastic experience: I have had a tooth extraction today (wisdom tooth) and despite some initial fears about not having general anesthetic for it, I was incredibly pleased and surprised by the procedure. My dentist Sam Pugh was fantastic, and her colleagues also. Polite, helpful and kind. I also just had a call at the end of the day from Sam to ask how I was, I can honestly say I have not had that before. Great experiences after my last dentist being shambolic. Great work, Tom

Fantastic experience: Parham and his team are terrific. In fact the whole team are great. I would recommend without hesitation. I've also had root canal treatment from Dr Joe, as a nervous patient I was apprehensive but the overall experience and outcome were 1st class. 5 star.
