Fantastic experience: Simon, Julia and their Team are always very Professional , Friendly and provide Excellent Dental Care at Wollaton Dental Care ( WDC), I have been using WDC for over 25years and visit the Surgery at least 4 times a year and find booking early on a regular basis always guarantees an appointment of choice as they are always in demand and super busy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a recent dental implant which was very successful. The initial consultation with Simon was relaxed, informative and easy to understand because of time taken , backed up with paper information. The appointments were carefully worked out time wise by one of the very efficient and friendly staff members. Implant surgery is a bit hard on the pocket but worth it when you consider the change it makes to your overall dental wellbeing. The care and advice I receive when visiting Leanne my dental hygienist is 10out of 10 every time , and Anna is my actual dentist who completes the circle of care I receive. Always friendly , informative and with my overall dental wellbeing in mind , honestly from start to finish any appointment, any time always a positive experience .

I ended up having an extraction on this visit and rejoining the practice. Simon was outstanding delivering pain and discomfort free treatment, prioritising quality workmanship. Fantastic experience: As soon as I entered the Practice, the greeting was warm & friendly. Nora welcomed me immediately and explained what I needed to do as a (very nervous) new patient and what would happen. I don’t like going to the dentist so this helped to settle me. I then saw David who was also friendly and explained everything clearly. He had a calm manner and discussed options available to me for treatment. He too spotted my nerves and reassured me. I’d recommend WDC to others and felt comfortable. Hopefully I’ll be less nervous next time!

I’m disabled but mobile, as I’m in ambulatory wheelchair user and I find the toilet easy to use as well because I can stand and walk to it with the help of grab rails when I get there. Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience at my previous NHS dentist which has now made me a nervous patient I decided to try a Private dentist at Wollaton Dental care and was seen by a dentist called Gemma Dix. And I am so glad I went to this dentist. It was the best move I made. Gemma put me at ease straight away she was very professional and looked after me with all the work she did from the check up, xrays advice and work done with my tooth. Including the after care.I didn't feel rushed either.The care that she gave me was brilliant! and she was very gentle when working on my tooth and explained everything as she went along. Fantastic experience: I have recently had a dental implant with Simon Lawson. He explained the whole process thoroughly and from having the ridge restoration to the dental implant has been amazing. The final implant today has been a perfect colour match to the rest of my teeth. I would definitely recommend and can’t thank Simon enough. I am so pleased with the end result. The whole team at Wollaton Dental Care are amazing from the lovely receptionists, the dental nurses, Julia my hygienist and to Simon who always takes the time to listen and offer such an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I decided last year to consider having a couple of implants , due to losing teeth to decay etc. Wollaton dental practice made all the arrangements for scans and gave me a comprehensive guide to the complete procedure and pricing structure, Everything was fully explained to me . I was a bit nervous as I thought it was going to be a big Job! however all the staff from the reception onwards did a superb job I had no pain and very little discomfort due to the skills of the dentist. My special thanks to David Bell who carried out all the work and put me at ease . 5 months after the implants were fitted all is well and I have fully functioning teeth again.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist practice we’ve ever been to. The friendliest reception staff you could wish to deal with, either in person or over the phone. All dental staff I’ve come across have also been exceptional and make the effort to make you feel welcome, even down to the details. Even though we’ve moved further away we have no plans to find a dentist closer to us because we can’t see how it would be possible for them to be any better. Could not recommend Wollaton Dental Care enough.

Negative experience: Absolutely no help, receptionist told me to “ring around asking for direct access” which I was doing and hung up! Awful customer service.

Fantastic experience: Went in this morning having chipped off half of my front tooth, all the staff were lovely and helpful and I now have a filling that looks identical to the original tooth.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my six month treatment with Simon for two dental implants. The service and care I received was exceptional, everything went to plan and I now have a beautiful set of complete teeth! If you are thinking of having this done, I would recommend going to see Simon, he explains everything throughout the different stages of treatment and makes sure you are comfortable throughout all the different procedures. It’s made a huge difference having my implants, thank you to the team at Wollaton Dental Care and especially Simon!

Very friendly, reassuring environment with a very smiley positive team. Anna had a lovely "bedside manner" and was very kind, thoughtful and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Anna was very thorough and gave me essential advice, advice that I had never been given before from my previous dentist practice. Fantastic experience: I joined Wollaton Dental as a patient after a string of bad experiences with NHS dentists at a practice. Simon and the team have always put me at ease, had patience and empathy with my nervous disposition, to the point that 7 years on, I am comfortable to visit the practice without spending days worrying. I have complete trust in Simon. The reception team are nothing but amazing, so friendly, always smiling, know you by name and make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much hard work for them and they will always do their best to accommodate patience’s needs. Once I met the dentist he fully explained about the procedure to follow. Within 20 minutes my tooth had been removed. The was very little pain or discomfort. The dentist ‘S’ was brilliant. Fantastic experience: Breaking a tooth, particularly one that is quite visible when you smile, is a distressing experience. I was able to obtain an emergency appointment with Simon on the same day that I called the practice. He assured me that the tooth could be repaired (I’d anticipated the need for a replacement with a very expensive implant), and clearly explained the two options, including their pros, cons and cost. I made my decision and the work was done there and then - I didn’t even require any anaesthetic! I’m extremely pleased with the result. (Forgive the ugly ‘before’ photo, showing the remains of the broken tooth’s filling, but the ‘after’ photo shows the entirely natural-looking result of Simon’s handiwork.) A final note: I moved to this dental practice ~2016, and Simon has been ‘my’ dentist since his colleague’s retirement in 2022. My experiences with everyone at this practice over the years have been excellent.

Fantastic experience: Wollaton dental practice is excellent! Having been patients of theirs for years, we thought it was time to give a review. From the welcome and friendliness of the reception staff, to the comfortable waiting area which includes fresh drinking water. We have received excellent care of our teeth by our dentist who always spends a minute to ask about our well being, every time we have attended. We were recommended by a friend who has previously been very frightened to attend the dentists, who happily attended Wollaton dental care. They truly do care, which I believe is rare. Fantastic experience: Gemma is so dedicated to her patients. I was contacted by the surgery to say they were in they were in the 3rd phase of their reopening after Covid lockdown. This meant they were ready to pick up treatments they had planned before lockdown. I was very nervous but I should not have been. From meeting Caroline on reception to being treated I felt so safe. As always this practice goes the extra mile for their patients. Gemma removed an old crown and has replaced it with a new one today. My temporary came off because I didn’t respect it. Gemma contacted the technician and got my permanent one delivered a head of time . She fitted it today and it is so lovely, much better than the ugly one she removed. Thank you Gemma.
