Fantastic experience: I have been going to Church Road Dental Practice for over 30 years, initially when my dentist was a school friend who I trusted to do exactly what was needed. Although he is no longer with us, I still have the same trust in the current staff (Jonathan and Sarah) to continue to make the 40 mile round trip to the Practice.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always friendly and helpful at Church Road Dental Practice and I was seen on time. I saw the hygienist first and had my teeth cleaned. She was very thorough and my teeth looked whiter afterwards. I then saw my dentist, Steven, who was extremely professional and examined my teeth. He then informed me of the options if I had any issues in the future. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Professional yet informal, friendly, helpful and very caring. As soon as you enter the practice you are always greeted by friendly, very efficient reception staff. Our dentist Dr. Victoria Davies has such a lovely manner with her patients and is such an amazing dentist. Victoria always delivers outstanding, high quality treatment every time we visit. She explains what she is going to do beforehand and throughout the treatment. This helps my wife who is a very nervous patient. Hygeinist Denise Williams also provides excellent service, very thorough and also very caring. We feel so lucky to belong to such an excellent Dental Practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We highly recommend them.

In the many years I have been in his care, he has always been very professional, kind and friendly, in demeanour. Mike is always cheerful and welcomes his patients with a friendly smile, which puts them at ease instantaneously. He is a truly wonderful dentist who listens to the needs of his patients, in an holistic manner, with great empathy and patience. He takes care to explain his thought processes relating to treatment very thoroughly. He is committed to offering a consistently high quality of care by making himself available, should a patient need immediate assistance. Fantastic experience: First class service at extremely short notice. I telephoned Church Dental for an emergency appointment as my crown was detached and was worrying. The managed to get me in the same afternoon and carried out a repair and reinstallation meaning that I could enjoy the rest of my week without worry. I have 100% faith in Dr Jonathan Collis who is calm, friendly, professional and ultimately a superb dentist along with his dental nurse Sarah who is always lovely and so understanding. Fantastic experience: What can I say… absolutely amazing dentists! We started off seeing Mal Davis many years ago and his manner, experience and results are first class. More recently we have been seeing Victoria Davis too, as Mal works limited hours. Victoria is as amazing and skilled. We feel very safe and comfortable with them both. Alison at the front desk went above and beyond to help me when I broke a tooth—she managed to find me a same-day emergency appointment and even called me back when an earlier slot became available. I was seen by Steven, who conducted a thorough assessment including X-rays and clearly explained all the treatment options. We decided that composite bonding would likely be the best option, and he was able to fit me in later that day. Steven and his dental assistant did a fantastic job matching the bonding to my natural teeth—I’m really impressed with the result. The service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other clinics I contacted. Highly recommend!

I had a total of 10 fillings, over two sessions, achieved without any anasthetic (so no numb mouth afterwards) in part because Charlotte’s calm and reassuring narration of what was happening in real time allowed me to manage the discomfort with relative ease. A good “bedside” manner is such a plus, in my book! Highly recommend.

My Dentist is Matthew Clark , and I honestly now consider him as a Family friend . I moved from Whitchurch two years ago to West Wales , and yes I still do the round trip down the M4 , for dental care and treatment .

Fantastic experience: Had to book emergency appointment for my wife who was suffering toothache and NHS dentist couldn’t find a problem just by looking. ( no Xrays ) Wife has severe sight loss and is very anxious in new surroundings, everyone here were absolutely first class from reception up to dentist, made to feel comfortable before starting, explained everything to my wife, took X-rays and found problem straight away. Treatment plan ongoing. Yes you pay more but you certainly get what you pay for. Fantastic service, well recommended

Fantastic experience: From my first visit, where I was politely but firmly admonished for ignoring my teeth (I brush twice a day etc, but realise now that this is not sufficient), to getting my broken tooth fixed, to visiting the hygenist, everything has been so easy and good. The repair was excellent, and my teeth are now as good as I can expect for my age, thanks to the team at Church Road Dental. I just wish I knew before what I know now, but had I not made that first visit, I would still be living in ignorance.

Fantastic experience: Dr Matthew Clarke and dental nurse Barbara were excellent during my visit. I had to have emergency treatment on a cracked tooth. The procedure was explained clearly. It was unscheduled as I had gone in for two routine fillings. They work brilliantly as a team,are always warm,friendly and funny at appropriate times,which helps calm my nerves when faced with syringes,drills,and all the dentistry paraphernalia! A great duo. Very friendly,helpful receptionist team too. Recommended 100%.
