Negative experience: Nice friendly staff and clear Dental advice. I was advised to get the Whitening kit and custom made mould which I purchased straight away. I was due to get the mould through post in a week time but unfortunately I had to chase the dental practice. I have not received yet in nearly two weeks. Bit disappointed with this service.

From the moment she arrived, she was made to feel completely at ease — especially thanks to the receptionists, Lara and Emily, who were so kind, welcoming, and comforting. It really made a big difference for her. She also couldn’t speak more highly of the dentist, Dr Sufyaan who was incredibly polite, patient, and took the time to make the whole experience feel personal and unrushed. Mum felt genuinely cared for and safe throughout her visit, which means the world to both of us. Thank you to the whole team for looking after her so well. Fantastic experience: I had a consultation at this clinic for a dental implant, I have always had a phobia of dentists which has caused my teeth to not be in the best condition. I was nervous about my appointment, however as soon as I walked in I was greeted with the biggest smile and I instantly felt reassured. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. Always very friendly and helpful. I had to bring my young daughter to most of my appointments and all staff would remember and accommodate to this, making sure my appointments where downstairs due to me having a pram with me and staff even interacted with my daughter and had colouring books for her to keep her occupied. When I was not 100% with how my teeth looked, my treatment was extended and corrected straight away with no issue. Would highly recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: First appointment today, reception staff was lovely and welcoming, drinks offered and Lara made a really good ice coffee. I was kept informed through each stage of the appointment, the dentist was very honest and transparent talking me through each part. Went for my meeting with Tyrone, he was very informative, listened to my concerns and answered them in depth. Really made me feel at ease, so much so I have gone on to book the treatment plan offered and look forward to returning, thank you for the 5 star service!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience with YDS, from booking my apointment, to being welcomed by Lara at reception and speaking to George about my treatment. All were very polite and made me feel at ease. I then met Dr Nigel, who is going to do my treatment. He is amazing, put me at ease immediately, explained the whole treatment plan in detail and my options. Nothing was pressured or made me feel bad about my teeth, in fact he made me feel better. Finally I met Tyrone who talked me through options for payments and timings for my appointments. I had no hesitation in signing on thre dotted line, first appointment mid September, can’t wait to get my smile back. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: Really good initial visit to Yorkshire Dental Hull. Receptionist staff ladies are very nice, friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, I was offered a drink and given a welcoming goodie bag. Dr Nigel assessed me and provided great advice regarding the dental work that I need which also makes sense to me. There is an interest free 2 year payment plan available which I have taken advantage of. Over all, a great visit, so I will be booking further appointments for dental work. Totally recommend Yorkshire Dental. 5 stars based on the initial visit.

Fantastic experience: Today I attended my appointment at Yorkshire dental. I did not expect the customer service I received! On arrival I got the most warm welcome and offered a complimentary drink which they have a wide variety. My actually appointment was brilliant the Dentist I seen explained everything into grate depth. I was over the moon when I was told my teeth were healthy as I did not expect that outcome. I highly recommend Yorkshire Dental Suite! The receptionists are on the high end of polite, respectful, friendly and very welcoming. I also received a welcome goodie bag which was also a moment of shock. Overall very good experience! And I can’t wait to return for my treatments in the future
